Your California Driving Record or also known as the Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), can be obtained from the California Department of Motor Vehicles if you hold a license from California. Other companies sell access to driving records, but you can purchase one online from the California DMV costs for just $2.The online version is not an “official document”. Go to http://dmv.ca.gov then in the search box enter INF1125. Print the form, then follow directions for mailing. A fee is required, about $5.00, I think. The print out will be mailed to you, and is considered a legal document.You can print directly from the internet if you meet certain requirements, however this print out will not be considered to be a legal document, as explained in the FAQs provided when you search.
