Why is our generation so unhappy?

My Whatsapp experiment :=> I am a person who sends “Good Morning” message to my contacts almost everyday. And, I am not a person who sends crap messages to people in bulk to promote politics or Hindu-Muslim Issues.=> I have my own level of messaging. I only send motivational messages and Quora links to read.=> Two days back, I did a social experiment, specially to write an answer on this question. I sent following message to my contacts. And, following are the responses I received :Can you see, the reason why we are unhappy ?We are emotionally trying to fool each other. Because, We are having so many layers to hide behind nowadays.=> Many friends sent me correct response. And, As I know them personally, I can say that, These friends are having happy souls. Because, They are not faking their emotions.=> Many who sent wrong response, are also happy souls. And, I know who they are. Because, I am sure that They did not do this intentionally.=> But, I was confident on some friends of mine. And, They did exactly as per my prediction.=> I like to share a small story with this :A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed. The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised. That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.#Things we are doing wrong :(1)I will add here :A morning text doesn't mean, that the person who is sending you the message is free. If a person can spend two seconds to send you a message, It would be good if we also spend two seconds to read it and respond properly. It is necessary to maintain relationships.(2) According to 1st point, We have become a generation, which knows price of everything, but value of nothing.(3) We are judging people for being real, and loving people for being fake.=> Because We are judging people for being real, People who are showing who they are really, are not happy. They are feeling that, If they will mask themselves, then and then they will be liked.=> Fake people are being liked, but they know deep down in their heart, that They are faking. And, Just like the boy mentioned in above story, They are conciving a self doubt whether the other person is also faking like them. Hence, They are unhappy.=> And Just because we are having so many masks to wear in our Virtual world, We are failing in understanding who is right and who is wrong. And, I feel This is one of the core reason, We are unhappy.Thanks.

What are your unpopular opinions about K-Quora?

Saying that “Soyeon is better at rapping than Jennie is an opinion, not a fact.”PART 1 → FactsPART 2 → Beauty AnalogyPART 3 → Addressing the PointPART 4 → TLDRPART 1 → FactsWhat is a fact?fact\ ˈfakt \Definition of fact2: a piece of information presented as having objective reality// These are the hard facts of the case. When referring to the condition of possessing a more comprehensive magnitude of skills in comparison to another person, the second definition veraciously defines the ‘fact’ K-quorans refer to when comparing two idols, as they take these comparisons as objective pieces of information. When a person makes such a comparison, it can also be denoted as a comparative statement, as the purpose of the clause is to contrast two entities on a particular topic. In my opinion, comparative statements are not facts, but opinions, because they are based on subjective standards.PART 2 → Beauty AnalogyWhen we ask, ‘Who’s more beautiful, Jennie or Lisa?’ the answer will differ considerably based on the standards the comparer appropriates. They may adopt the Korean beauty standards, the American beauty standards, the Indian beauty standards, but all of them may not yield the same answer, as the variable of ‘differing standards’ has been inaugurated into the scenario. However, once a decisive standard has been set to judge the two women on, then the outcome of the comparison is a fact, as a computer can factually determine the slimness of their noses, the degree of their jawline, and the diameter of their eyes in proportion to the rest of their faces. Therefore, the variable has been eliminated and a ‘factually correct’ response can be achieved. Now, is beauty an objective or subjective comparison? It’s subjective, because beauty by itself does not stipulate a specific standard to compare two individuals on, therefore the heterogeneity of the standards can diversify the outcomes. Is beauty, based on a specific beauty standard provided by the judge, specific and measurable by a computer, an objective or subjective comparison? It’s objective, if a computer can calculate the percent accordance of each aspect of the beauty standard as per the person and follow the precise indication of the standards, it can reach an average that is numerically calculatable and factually comparable.PART 3 → Addressing the PointLet’s relate this analogy back to the debate between Jennie and Soyeon's skills. Is Soyeon being a better rapper than Jennie an objective or subjective statement? It’s a subjective statement, as there are no set standards given in the scenario that can be measurable by a computer. After establishing a set standard based on speed, clarity, and tone that can be measurable by a computer, then the outcome as determined by a computer will be factual, not to determine who is the better rapper, but who is the better rapper according to these specific standards. Therefore, the standalone question of ‘Who is a better rapper between Jennie and Soyeon,’ is a question that will definitively receive opinionated answers, however, if the standards are specific and measurable, then the response to the question would be factually based.Let’s give a scenario of two questions to ascertain which of these would yield a fact-based response and which would yield an opinionated response. Is Jennie a better rapper than Soyeon? → OPINIONIs Jennie a better rapper than Soyeon according to these standards [20% speed, 50% maintenance of flow, 30% clarity as determines by words picked up by a computer]? → FACTEven though the second question will produce factual responses, the answer to the first question will perpetually remain opinionated.PART 4 → TLDRComparing two idols such as Jennie and Soyeon on a skillset will generate a diverse quantity of opinionated answers as everyone will utilize different standards of judgment. Therefore, the variable of differing standards is added to the ‘equation,’ making the responses opinions instead of facts. However, if a measurable standard is employed to judge the two rappers, then a factually correct answer can be achieved, but the answer will only be factually true towards the specific standards utilized in the comparison, not to the original question of who is the better rapper. Therefore, the answer to a question analyzing two individuals on their skill sets will always be an opinion, but the answer to a question containing a specified skill set will be a fact.—don’t forget to smile :)mahi

Comments from Our Customers

What a rip off. They did not deliver what they promised. My transfer of data failed. Then the source phone was erased making it impossible for me to get my information. The tech support was inept contact was only through email and they took days to respond back. Then the instructions were impossible for the average person to understand. Then there was a definite language barrier. Then they refused to refund my money. Save your time and money and try someone different
