It is a negation of the terms and interaction and how much it costs. The negotiation is typically more about the time/terms in relation to the price. If she is adamant about a price, then you should expect her to be able to explain how she arrived at that price. If she cannot, then walk away. A sugarbaby is not a restaurant. It is more analogous to negotiating with a general contractor. Don't get ripped off.Sugarbabies are in it for fun, or to support kids or parents or siblings; perhaps pay for school, perhaps have nice furnishings. Basically, people are sugarbabies for the same reasons that people take on any other job!Be conservative when sharing information about your income or net worth. Do not allow that to be a factor in pricing. What you earn is irrelevant. Your ability to pay is what is relevant.

This answer IS meant to imply that John Oliver is not funny.END DISCLAIMERFake news was originally used as a derisive term towards media organizations who publish satirical, or just intentionally misleading articles. Then, after it was pointed out that several mainstream news outlets had published articles that were fairly objectively just as bad, the term took on a satirical angle, used mostly by the right wing, usually younger people.Trump also chose the term as one of his key words, which send fairly effective, as anyone with half a brain who has taken the time and effort to look into random media stories can tell you, almost everything published is 'fake' in some way. The due diligence is not put in, and inevitably, accuracy or fairness suffers. This doesn't have to be just politics, almost every single “science” article that I've ever read could reasonably be said to be “fake”, if you aren't feeling charitable enough to call it misleading. Studies are without fail grossly misinterpreted. Things are “simplified” to the point where they are just false. Possibly sports articles are mostly honest.Anyone who has had any major media involvement in their personal lives, or in something that they have some knowledge about, will develop a sense of the news not being trustworthy. After all, if they get incredibly basic facts about my of expertise wrong, what else is wrong? Trump managed to really capture this widespread feeling.So yes, obviously the big political media outlets are biased. Biased in a sneaky, covert way. Once you've caught a major outlet in a flat out lie, you will never trust them again.The media, generally speaking, has a habit of seeking out the most extreme and stupid people in any issue, especially in the case of protestors not idealogically aligned with their viewer base. During the tea party protests, the reasonable and legitimate concerns held by most protestors were ignored, and coverage on CNN was limited to the most extreme, enthusiastic, and the least knowledgeable and we'll spoken. This generally always happens, and the interviews are always edited to make points of view seem simpler.I myself experienced CNN independently decide that an actual white nationalist was the one and only spokesperson for my movement, and they gave him a platform to speak, while denying the less extreme 99.9% any voice. I am sure that anyone involved in the tea party movement feels the same. This kind of fraud means that anyone in those movements will never trust a single thing that the news outlets say again. They truly are fake news.With all this set up, people were generally receptive to Trump's use of fake news as a buzzword. After all, the news themselves provided irrefutable evidence.Perhaps one reason that this is more common on the right is that only Fox is somewhat of a voice for conservatives. They provide a similar array of content, and despite years of gaslighting, I've realized that they certainly aren't any worse than the others, in terms of accuracy and bias.On the left, the opportunities for self serving content are widespread. Not only do most of the main networks offer specially cut interviews of the dumbest conservatives around the country, the Trump outrage porn is widespread. Any general issues with media honesty can safely be blamed on Fox News, who are easily dismissed as an outlier.On the right, there is significantly less mainstream media out there. New, less traditional outlets have a higher standard of reporting, and while they are biased, they are honest about it. This is what drives many to view something like Brietbart. They may sometimes simply be partisan entertainment, but they are honest about it.Despite all that, plenty of people in the left have seen the issues with the media. Anyone who is at all interested in facts and informed opinions, and not just partisan backrubbing sessions will tend to pick up on the garbage that is out there.Of course, some partisan backrubbing sessions should be expected. That's why shows like Bill Maher, SNL, Jon Oliver, etc, exist. Shows like Oliver's are just a host repeating a political opinion mixed with some humor, followed by an intesnse group partisan massage in the audience as everyone gets to feel good about having the same opinion as many other people. They don't have to think about anything, and just enjoy the echo chamber.That's “comedy” - or entertainment in general, since those shows really go beyond comedy. But the news isn't supposed to be like that.A while ago, it was discovered that a lot of young people in the left got their news from people like Stephen Colbert on their comedy shows. These shows are obviously one sided, and certainly don't go into anything rigorously. But, they were stealing a lot of market share from the main news outlets.This didn't necessarily happen based on a particular study or event, but the big news outlets have been shifting away from information, to entertainment. They no longer do much fact checking, or any real investigate journalism whatsoever. Watergate required real journalism to find, and that was one very subtle transgression. If Trump has allegedly done all these bad things and committed fraud, where are all the reporters? Most of the articles are just loads of hot air.When Trump was accused of not paying contractors, I looked very carefully, and despite a metric ton of blotovating and hot air, I couldn't find a single shred of real evidence. Every news outlet just used another news article that had no real information as their source. Some articles had literal chains of sources, which sometimes even led back to one of the same articles.Yet not a single journalist did any kind of in depth look, or anything other than half assed quotes with no real verification. Pretty much “some guy named Bill says he's a plumber and it happened to him”.So now, I don't know if that even happened, if Trump ever even ripped anyone off. I generally assume that's it's false until I see decent proof, and every journalist seemed to go for self indulgent partisan blather instead. Whether Trump ever actually used stonewalling tactics to convince people to accept less payment, is not the question. The point is, no journalist in any main news outlet bothered to go the extra mile to get something real. Instead, the viewers who don't like Trump were treated to some well crafted outrage swill, the McDonald's of news, cheap and easy to digest.So with news as entertainment being widespread, and interview tactics being more and more designed to elicit black and white, simple soundbytes, things are getting quite polarized in news. After all, CNN can't afford to publish anything that doesn't go through all the motions to be easily accepted and comsumed someone who doesn't feel like thinking and just wants to have their beliefs reaffirmed. This is why they will never publish anything positive about Trump, even if hypothetically he ushered in world peace. Admitting that someone that you don't like did something good requires serious thought, and this doesn't fit in the news as entertainment paradigm. This goes doubly for those who view the President as public enemy number one. They won't accept anything that doesn't tell them what they want to hear.Those type of people will always exist, on all sides. Otherwise people wouldn't watch Jon Oliver. But when major “news” outlets adopt this paradigm, that becomes an issue.So those who want real news are left out. Most people do want some real news, and some partisan back patting. I have certainly made jokes about Democrats in private, in part to make me feel better about the way I've been treated. I've referenced the “Democratic plantation” and similar things, that's not any real policy but just a way to run off some steam a bit. Those who have experienced the issues that I have will understand fully what I mean, and others may not even be capable of getting anything meaningful from that phrase, she to their experiences being different. Some of the things I've said in private would likely rile up some on the left, and the jokes wouldn't be suitable for them to consume. Certainly that type of thing has no business being on the news.But I also want real news, that are honest about there biases, but who still provide the facts. When I look on CNN and see a story about Trump eating chicken the wrong way, I really am not getting any news. That is quite simply fluff, so that people can feel smugly superior for a bit.ENDING WOMEN'S SUFFRAGEThis is a good example of fluff. This is funny because women don't know what women's suffrage is, even though some of them are in gender studies. This video, as evidenced by the comments, is also an excellent place for people to view stupid liberals in action, and to experience some satisfaction that the other side is dumber and definitely incorrect.This video is fine, and it's kinda funny in my opinion. It's also sad that women's studies majors apparently don't know anything, but if course they also probably put only the women who didn't know anything in the video. In this video think they included a few who did know.However this isn't something that should be posted on the news. In fact, the stuff on the news is often worse, as they don't even always include the smart people for juxtaposition. It's used almost everywhere, and no cause will go unmisrepresented. It's a very convenient one, because technically the news outlet isn't lying at all, they are just “randomly” picking people to interview. They also tend to make people seem much dumber, as anyone who has ever watched themselves on TV can attest to.Anyways, all of the above issues were festering for quite some time. The left wing used the term to refer to low quality spam on Facebook, and sometimes satire. Then the right, realizing that the quality of CNN isn't much higher that the quality of USAPatriotHypeSquaD from Facebook, except for better suits, started using the term sardonically to refer to CNN. Somewhere around this time, Trump started using the word as a buzzword, with his ever keen ability to find the correct word or phrase to sum up things that many people feel.At this point the word was used by Trump in his tweets, and by many others on the right, many times in a sarcastic or semi sarcastic manner. Everyone knows that CNN is not actually satire or spam, so it's kind of a satirical term, but there's also a lot of truth somewhere when you can them fake news. Much of the jokes on the right are like this, both sarcastic and not at the same time. It's very subtle. My idea of left wing humor is limited to stuff like Stephen Colbert or John Oliver, which usually is very direct. I can't tell you if they have anything similar.It's also largely how Trump operates, for whatever reason. He says things that are both objectively false, but still true on a very real level at the same time. It's quite shrewd, because when his opponents focus on the strict interpretation of what he said, those who know what he meant will feel superior, and I'm some sense at least, are actually smarter. It's a good feeling. Fake news is just another example of this. Most of his followers don't actually think CNN is the enemy of the people, but then again, that are actually the enemy of many people. You could say that freedom of the press is important, but that would be completely missing the point.Whether this style of speech is appropriate for the President is appropriate is another manner. Maybe if Trump spoke more clearly, leftists wouldn't hate him so much. Having people who won't vote for you hate you more is irrelevant, so maybe that was the right strategy for getting elected. Maybe it's not the right one for being president, though. Maybe using a form of communication that those on the other side are literally completely unable to understand, by simple virtue of their situation, isn't the best way to reach them. Just maybeIn any case, after the adoption of this term “fake news” began to spread more rapidly among the right, it began to get picked up by other people, and in particular news stations.Now of course, as soon as it was picked up by the news, it lost all of it's subtlety. It was used as a good way for those on the left to feel smugly superior, another example of a complex and nuanced complaint condensed into the stupidest possible slogan, which nobody really actually believes in. The most common usage among the left is with an explicit or implicit laugh at how stupid people who use that term are. Prime material for “news as entertainment”.To summarize, bad practices among news organizations, such as selective interviews with the most extreme or stupid sounding representatives of movements, the shift of news away from investigative journalism and facts to entertainment, to complete with fun and endorphin releasing echo chamber political comedy, and a movement towards confirming views biases via direct agreement,d carefully crafted outrage “you can be outraged in solidarity with us" pieces, all designed to make the audience feel better in the short term, coupled with many people being personally part of something that was massively mischaracterised by the media, to the point where they will never trust them, had created the term “fake news” which is bitterly sarcastic, but still true at the same time. Trump also uses the term, and I'm not psychic, but I think he's communicating with those who like him and understand what he says. Now the term is paraded back and forth by the news organizations, like a petty criminal before his execution, so that the crowd may feel superior. It's lost all it's subtlety, when used anywhere near a news anchor.
