Comments from Our Customers

My experience was terrible and confusing. First, I had to contact support because I was a shown a price when I chose my plan that was much lower than the price I was given at check out. Once I purchased, it let me export one video properly, without a watermark, and then didn’t let me export anymore. It also didn’t take the money from my checking account until 4 days after I purchased, even though it said it went through on paypal. I deleted the software and expected my money to stay. They did not issue a refund even after I explained I no longer wished to use the product at all and I was led to believe I would be keeping my money. Terrible and disappointing. Wish I had listened to reviews before hand. This was not worth $60 by a long shot. Edit: I cannot figure out how to reply to the comment below and I’m not wasting anymore time waiting on emails. I’m not interested in continuing to argue about the issues. Just wanted to write an honest review.
