Many more were injured[3][3][3][3] .Soon after the attack, Muhammad Hassan[4][4][4][4] , the official spokesperson of Jaish-e-Mohammad[5][5][5][5] contacted the Kashmir News Agency to claim responsibility for the attack. He also shared the image and video of the terrorist involved.The perpetrator, was a Kashmiri by the name Adil Ahmad Dar alias Waqas Commando of Gundibagh, Kakpora[6][6][6][6] .Note 1: Terrorist Adil Ahmad Dar clearly states his affiliation to Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammad in the video released by JeM spokesman. His video and pictures have JeM flag as background.Note 2: This is the third deadliest peacetime attack on security forces in India. And the second car bombing incident in the last 20 years[7][7][7][7] . When terrorists martyred 19 sleeping Jawans at the army brigade headquarters in Uri - India retaliated with a Surgical Strike within 11 days.This time, the death toll is more than double.The ReactionsSince the news broke up, the reactions coming from Pakistan can be broken down into three broad categories:Oh, a “False Flag” Operation again. They have as much to do with Kashmir as I have to do with PSL[9][9][9][9] in Pakistan.The real perpetrators behind this attack and every attack preceding this one are the same old bunch of men in uniform, who run marriage halls[10][10][10][10] in Islamabad and silly paid trends on Pakistani Twitter.They also run the country as a praetorian state[11][11][11][11].India is their rationale and apologia.Perpetual Zero Accountability is their Super Power.This sad bunch of real estate thugs and corner plot grabbers in Uniform, have never given two hoots for the life, property and respect of a common Pakistani. Remember the Cold War, and how it was ultimately won?Here are a few suggestions:Complete the investigation on the Pulwama Attack - share it with international institutions and media.India as a sovereign nation should formally declare Pakistan a Terrorist State. Impose an international sanction in stages on all arms suppliers to Pakistan. Let them chose between a few million dollars from a State Sponsor of Terror and a welcome sign to the largest free market of the world.Strengthen BIMSTEC as an alternative to SAARC - Work towards opening the Indian Markets and removing business restrictions for entrepreneurs of all our neighboring countries except Pakistan.Name 42 new annual scholarships in the name of the 42 Martyrs of Pulwama - especially meant for the under-privileged girl students of Kashmir.Remove Visa Restrictions for the Pakistanis - provide work and medical visas to Pakistanis online and offer on arrival visas for intellectuals, artists, sports-persons and citizens above the age of 55 or below the age of 13. The idea is to make it easier for capable inmates to runaway from the jail.Immediately stop the use of bullets and pellets on the protestors in Kashmir - use non lethal alternatives like LRAD Sound Canons[18] for effective crowd control. Video record all demonstrations. Identify participants using violence, arrest and prosecute them as per law.Start a truth and reconciliation commission in Kashmir involving citizens and democratically elected people of Kashmir. Open up files on previous excesses and prosecute people if found guilty in a transparent manner. Open up and discuss freely about the excesses done by the militants and the extremists as well.Provide a road map for the removal of AFSPA[19] and Article 370 and 35 A from Kashmir. Provide security and safety to everyone who talks peace in Kashmir.And lastly, just focus on India’s own development and economy.Pakistan is an artificial country which has stopped working for its own citizens. It derives its relevance from India. If India decides to ignore it and isolate it further, the economy will eventually do what no armies can.Every single day that India remains united is a question mark on the very existence of the security state that Pakistan is today.
