Tumblr (http://tumblr.com) is great for a blog site and they still offer free domain mapping, which is essentially "unlimited domains" as you mentioned. Tumblr has a great user interface for quick editing and design changes.Wordpress.com (http://wordpress.com) is probably second in my opinion because to some extent it's an all-in-one solution--hosting, software, templates. Some of the design templates they offer have some great features, but Wordpress isn't anywhere close to Squarespace's slick user interface and "design in the browser" functionality. With Wordpress.com, you may also run into cost issues as they have many premium paid features.An OK solution is to get a cheap hosting plan on Hostgator, BlueHost, GoDaddy, or Mediatemple.net, and use the Wordpress.org (http://wordpress.org) software. You could run essentially run an unlimited amount of different websites on the same hosting package. Most hosts are also doing "one click installs" of Wordpress which makes it's very quick and easy to setup.I personally don't recommend self-hosting anymore because you set yourself for added manual work (management, updates, fixing hacks/exploits/problems).
