Practo is a big bubble.They are coming to doctors with all nonsense offers for premium listing. INR 600 to 1000 per lead. (just dial has a cost per lead of 60rupees). They are trying to sell the leads those are probably inquiring for the same doctor only. They will tamper your organic ratings to force you buy premium listing.Their business model has a flaw. For sure they will fail. They are not honest. worse than Just dial. Just dial openly admits that they sell leads and they deliver. Practo guys are hypocrite.

Hey! I recently got the Digital offer from TCS as a fresher of 2021 batch and also worked as the T&P Student coordinator in my college. So, I think I am the best candidate to answer this.So, from 2020 onwards, if you talking about the rank, then there is good news that no such criteria is there. If you just clear the first round of CodeVita (which you can do by just completing one question correctly), then you get the interview call. On the basis of your performance in the interview, you can either get the Ninjas or Digital offer.If talking about myself, I got around 11.5k rank in CodeVita. In my college, around 46 students cleared the first round of CodeVita, and get the interview call. So, after the results, 24 students are selected through CodeVita, in which 18 got the Ninjas offer and 6 got the Digital one. I attached some of the entries here. I got the Ninjas one through CodeVita, but I also got it upgraded to Digital through TCS NQT. (You can see my name at the top with the Ninjas offer in this CodeVita Interview Results list. Also, note that the column “Type of Offer”, in which some got the Ninjas and some got Digital”).All these offers have no relation with the rank. Even a student with around 13k rank got the Digital offer.Before finishing, just want to reveal some of the facts that I experienced myself. All these service-based companies having a premium list of institutes. If your college falls in their premium list, then you must be get benefitted a lot. Like my college, BVCOE, New Delhi is listed in the premium list of TCS. So, there are some extra benefits which the students of premium list colleges get over the non-premium institutes are:All the process, either it is about test results or interview calls or maybe offer letter allocation, your institute students get an early chance to grab it. Like I got the CodeVita interview call in the initial days of September even with having 11.5k rank, but the students even with a better rank than me, from non-premium institutes, get the call later.Sometimes, the cutoff is different for the premium and non-premium institutes.Other than TCS CodeVita and TCS NQT, TCS conducts one more hiring exam in the premium colleges known as “TCS Digital hiring”. But, even in this interview, it is not sure that you must get a Digital offer. You can either get the Ninjas or Digital or nothing maybe. I attached here the announcement of this one.So, if anyone actually deserves, TCS gives a lot of chance in the same year to upgrade your offer. Like in my college, some of the students who got Ninjas offer through CodeVita, either get it upgraded through “Digital Hiring” or TCS NQT. Similarly, some students who got the Ninjas offer through “Digital Hiring” also got it upgraded through TCS NQT. Other than these three, there are TCS inframind and CodeVita round 2 as well for Digital hiring. But those are quite difficult to clear as far as I know. Also, TCS gonna conduct NQT on a quarterly basis. So, I hope this answer helps you buddy!
