I don’t think anything can be said conclusively here. It’s just a piece written to give credence to those whining about more gun laws.What they don’t mention is that every mass shooter in the last couple of decades either followed all the laws when buying their weapons or stole them. Even in draconian states like California where gun laws are out of control, mass shooters don’t seem to be stopped at all by any of those laws. If you had to live in one of the two states with mass shootings as your only deciding factor, you’d choose KY. So what really, does that “article” actually mean to us as individuals? Not much.
