Thanks for A2A.Unfortunately QNET is not Banned in India but I strongly believe it should be banned. You are going to see the reason why I say so -I help people get their refund from QNET and as of now I have received more than 10 queries regarding the same. In almost half of the cases these people don’t have their QNET portal password as their upline never shared it with them. Half of them have access to their portal but they find out that their upline have given wrong mail id, address and phone number. I don’t think in any legal business anyone would ever try to fill in wrong details intentionally.I will tell you why uplines update wrong details. You see, when the plan is shown to people (prospect to be precise) QNET IRs talk about business but never talk about the product. The idea is to hide the information that the business model is MLM or Network Marketing. They even don’t tell the company name in the first meeting. The second meeting happpens only when The prospect pays all the investment money (decided in the first meeting) to the IR’s account. Once the money is transferred, they will organise the second meeting, tell the company name and explain the whole business model except telling the prospect’s role in the business. Even in this business they don’t tell the prospect that they are going to sell some product to him/her and there is a refund policy for the same. Now in this situation if someone receives a mail regarding QNET products then they will most probably panic and ask more questions about the business. It becomes more tricky for them to handle situations like that. If the prospect receives a mail regarding the products then he/she will search about this business as he/she didn’t know anything about it which will make them realize their mistakes. After knowing the truth these people will try to get their money back from the company. As they received the mail, they also know about the refund policy and refund procedure.Now let’s come back to the real scenario where people don’t get their details. There are 3 scenarios here -Some of the people go home after second meeting and do some research about the company profile which actually takes them to all negative details which makes them realize their mistake and apply for refund.The other type of people who don’t research about the company further, within upcoming two weeks they realize that in this business they need to make other friends invest in the business so that they can make money . Now most of these people try to get out of it and get their money back if possible.Rest people who are genuinely looking for such business, stay in the business.In first two cases, when these people try to get their money back, the IRs stop them from doing so. I personally don’t have any problem with that but the point is that, these IRs should not force them to change their decision. The IRs will try their best level to avoid telling them about the refund policies if the prospects are insisting for refund. If the prospect has completed one week in the business then they will say, one week period for refund is over. Now if these IRs are genuinely concerned about the business then I see no reason to hide the refund policies.As the prospect is not getting any help from IRs, he/she tries to get some help from internet. Now if a person gets the refund procedure from the internet, he/she applies for the refund but if someone isn't able to find that info, he/she simply looses money.Now the story doesn’t end here. If the purchasing is done in INR, the refunded amount is transferred to the prospect’s account (which they provide to QNET directly using their mail id).If the purchasing is done in Dollars, then the refunded money is transferred to the credit card through which the payment is made. Till date whatever refund queries I have received, all of the cases had others credit card (either upline of the other senior uplines’ card). Trust me, doesn’t matter how polite and professional these uplines may seem in first two meeting but these people are way too unprofessional when it comes to the return the money even when QNET has reverted the transaction. I have helped so many people get their money back from QNET but none of them has been able to get their money back from their IRs. Only Purchase of some products is essential.(Although joing is free but the new joinee has to pay for the products.)Company and associated people help to grow in network marketing.(Associated people are also called as upline or a series of uplines).In Network Marketing Skill can be developed during the process of sales.(So, Not necessarily one has to be a trained sales agent one can learn as it goes further).Incentive is shared among the sales force at deferent levels or layers of agents. The Incentive can vary company to company and the incentive plan of the company.Some choose Binary,Hybrid,Matrix etc..

QNET itself is a Legal Entity and Government has approved the direct selling business in India under Vihaan Direct Selling PVT.LTD. The main problems lies with the distributors and not the company.For Example : Some friend of yours who has joined QNET, starts uploading photos going to 5 star hotels, Luxury car etc. Even if it not theirs they keep uploading and making people think what actually the guy is doing, Curious enough We ask about it and He states he is doing business, He wont let you know anything about it, But you urge to make easy money will keep you asking him about it and you wanna join too.That’s when the trouble begins, A meeting is setup where they tell you, you have to work for 3–4 hours a day and you have to pay a sum of anywhere between 2–2.5lakhs.You are still not told what you will be doing. Once you pay the money, after two meetings you are told about the clear picture. They’ll tell you the 2 lakh you gave is basically an Investment, but in reality from that money Products are purchased which gets couriered to you address, and your upline gets commissioned for that. Now that you have entered it, The work is nothing but meetings and Brain washing people how to achieve and how to grow i:e get more people.I don’t think QNET has a clue about it and even if they do they are not doing anything about it. Due to this many people are falling in this trap of network.These are some points QNET mentions which are not followed :1. If upline is taking any money for registration. It is free of cost.2. If the IR meets you or explains you anything about the business without wearing official QNET Id card around their neck. Yes, it should be around their neck, visible to you. Keeping the id card in the bag doesn’t count.3. If QNET name is not disclosed to you in any of the meetings or conversations.4. If any IR asked you for any token amount or reservation amount for position blocking.5. If financial plan was explained to you after taking money.6. If QNET name was explained to you after taking money from you.7. If your upline did the product purchasing on your behalf with or without your approval.8. If the upline made purchasing from the global portal using credit card without informing you about it.9. If anywhere your upline or any business related person used term ‘investment’.10. If the upline represented himself as a business partner of either QNET of any other group. QNET Policy and Procedure clearly defines that people promoting the business are Independent Representative (IR). They are neither any business partner nor an agent of QNET.11. If the upline had given you projection or promise of any income.12. If upline used different email id or phone number for your registration and kept these details for a significant amount of time.13. If your upline took money from you rather than you making a DD in the name of Vihaan Direct Selling PVT Ltd.14. If your upline sold you some product in the name of business or investmentSo If anyone comes to you with a scheme from Qnet. Do remember these points and you’ll be safe.Also If you get in to it and wish to get your money back you can claim for refundIts 30 days if the products are ordered from Indian Website and 7 days if its ordered from Global Website.Thanks.
