PDF Editor FAQ

Are contracts created by scammers legit?

This is a contract fraud and a contract created under false pretense not legitimate. A person commits contract fraud when they make a knowingly false statement that serves to trick or deceive another person into signing a contract. A person also commits contract fraud when, through misrepresentation, they trick an individual who does not believe they are entering into a contract, into signing one.

Why are liberals not angry about Obama's expensive new house?

Why would anyone be, unless they were straight up jealous or think that only conservatives have the right to live large? What, you think that any ex-POTUS should live on the street?Produce any proof that Obama obtained his wealth with shady dealings, or unethical behavior or using his position as POTUS to enrich himself, and then we can discuss it. As far as I know, it ain’t against the law to make money and buy a house.Or, is this question coming about only because a liberal actually has wealth, since it doesn’t appear to bother you that the current occupant of the People’s House seemingly got his wealth by shady dealings (breaking contracts, frauds like Trump U, getting loans from Russian banks and trying to hide it), unethical behavior (breaking contracts, not paying people for their work) and using his position as POTUS to enrich himself (charging the government rent in his Trump Tower so that they can protect his family, jacking up the membership fees at Mar-a-Lago, Jared Kushner’s sister using her connections to enrich herself).Yeah, that’s gotta be it. A liberal makes money and it makes you mad. Cause when a conservative makes money unethically, that don’t seem to bother you at all.

What are some of the most unbelievable or hilarious things people have sued for?

There was a man named Doug Costello who sold a used $40 USD printer on Craig’s list. He sold it to a man who frequently filed lawsuits and was known within the county for filing lawsuits about ridiculous things. The man who purchased it was named Gersh Zavodnik.According to him, the printer was broken—not functional. Gersh sued Doug for ‘falsely advertising a malfunctioning printer with missing parts, and taking Gersh’s money.’Zavodnik threw away the printer, although he sued Costello for a whopping 6k USD.Now poor Zavodnik, he is emotionally distressed, as all people would be when they get a printer that doesn’t work… so he files another lawsuit. Taking it to the county superior court, he files a lawsuit for ‘breach of contract, fraud, conversion, deceptive advertising and emotional distress.’…this guy is creative. He tried 27 more times to get him to pay $30k USD for the sale of the $40 printer. He’s denied each time.So Zavodnik, creative as he is, files a $300k lawsuit against Costello for conspiring with a judge. He also files a $600k lawsuit against Costello for liabilities for the sale of a $40 printer.By this time, you are surely thinking: WTF?And Costello ended up having to pay that $900k accumulated from multiple charges.Six years after the sale of the $40 printer sale, Costello pays $30k for breach of contract.Remember, this is a $40 printer on Craig’s list.

People Want Us

I love how customizable CocoDoc is. You can get it to do anything you want, with as many custom conditions as you want. We use this for both external-facing forms like job applications, and internal forms like incident reports and expense reports. I love that you can not only receive an email for every completed form, but also easily download a PDF of each one or download a spreadsheet summary of all responses to date. Or better yet, you can have CocoDoc deposit all of that straight to Google Drive for you. The form features are very robust, and I'm constantly taking advantage of new ones. For example, we have a very long form that users can choose to save before they submit it. I've set it up so that they get an email reminding them to go back and complete the form later. I also use the e-signature feature, the "upload file" feature, and I'm constantly setting up show/hide features. As in, if someone answers "Yes" to question 5, hide questions 6-9. CocoDoc has added a cool new feature to make their email notifications dynamic, so that only questions that are answered are included in the auto response. It's wonderful!
