I just read a nonsense brief from Senate Democrats to the SCOTUS that just threatened the court. It was basically a brief that said, do as Democrats say or we will expand, pack, and maybe impeach you.I just saw a Democratic Presidential candidate *EDIT: A Democratic Presidential Candidate's Twin BROTHER who is also a sitting Representative of the same party* release the list of Trump donors and where they live, where they work/or what business they own, which could only be used as a tool of intimidation.I just watched an election where one party and its candidate paid a foreign Intel agent to get information from Russian sources in, or close to, the Kremlin that said that the leader of the opposing party, Trump, was working with Russia. Well, he wasn’t but why are Hillary and the DNC getting a pass; they colluded and no one needs a special counsel to see that.I just went through watching three years of the media and the left accusing a President of being a traitor, only to find out that it was lies. Democrats then blasted the President for taking advantage of the Russian hacks and WikiLeaks releases…but it was Democrats that spent 3 years promoting and saying they themselves had smoking gun evidence of the fake conspiracy. They are still making this charge and likely to take up impeachment although in throwing out the Democratic Party’s lawsuit a federal judge scoffed saying their suit was “divorced from the facts.”I just saw a Democratic Chair of a House committee charge the Attorney General of the United States with contempt because he would not break the law. The same person made a false statement in a press conference saying that Mueller said Trump would have been indicted if not for the OLC policy. I saw this same guy, now demand 18 year old records of a Supreme Court Justice in order to either intimidate him into voting with progressive Justices, or probe him because the Democratic Party is upset that the fake sexual assault allegations didn’t stop him from being confirmed.I saw the nation’s top newspaper fold to the Democratic Party and change a headline because Democrats didn’t like it.I saw the Senate Majority leader get death/violent threats from a mob outside his home have his twitter account suspended for tweeting the evidence…There is one party screaming that the other party and the people that support it are all racist, but the screaming party are the only party screaming about race, and employment among minorities is the highest it has ever been.Democrats say Trump and Republicans are destroying the Constitution, yet Democrats and the left have advocated the elimination of the Electoral College to suppress and disenfranchise huge swaths of the country, and expand the Supreme Court so they can cancel out conservative voices by stuffing it with progressives. They believe the justice system should be guilty until proven innocent. The left controls most college campuses where they allow all the free speech you want to hear unless it is Conservative, supportive of Israel, or does not present Muslim extremists as victims.The Governor and legislature of California passed and signed a state bill designed solely to preventing one candidate from making it onto the ballot unless he does as they say.I watched the New York AG run a campaign on saying she was going to investigate Trump, his family, and anyone they do business with, have done business with, or plan to do business with. Effectively investigating people and businesses as either harassment, or to hope and find crimes, instead of finding crimes and then investigating to find perpetrators.I saw the State of New York charge a person with State crimes after they were convicted on the Federal level purely for the purpose of negating any possible pardon. All because they hate Trump.I saw the last Democratic administration weaponized the IRS and target conservative groups. Then it looks a lot like they also spied on the opposing party’s campaign using our intelligence agencies, the State Department, the FBI, and the DOJ.I heard one news network whose guest was saying that there is no negotiating with Trump, his supporters, or really Republicans. A week before a guest and a host created a falsehood saying that Trump is calling for the extermination of Latinos.Our 2nd Amendment protects right. It is a natural right that was never bestowed upon us by government therefore it cannot be taken from us. Because I think the overall message I am trying to show is an important one, I gave way to censorship and changed the image.The Chinese people were told that the Chinese Army was the “People’s Army.” They were made up of the People, and were there to defend the people. This is just a small picture, a small pile of bodies, that remained after the Chinese “People’s” Army marched into Tiannamen Square and started “breaking up” the protests, you know, with real assault rifles, not the ones people today claim are assault rifles. The “People’s” Army are estimated to have killed hundreds, if not thousands of people. Another estimate, around 10,000 people, are believed to been arrested for their roles in the protests, and several people were judicially executed for those roles. The people didn’t have guns, and were massacred, arrested, and some were executed.Mass shootings are horrible, but the biggest mass murderers in history are governments. I think we would just rather keep a grip on our own guns and rights, especially when the ones screaming “Fascists,”are the ones slowly taking all of the actions of…fascists. The 2nd Amendment is still as valid as it ever was, if not more so.EDIT: Wow, I was not expecting such a response. I did not write this to advocate any kind of violence, and I am not trying to say that you should run down to the gun store and stock up.My intent was first, to answer the question about the relevancy of the Amendment today. Second was to point out that when the country is so polarized as it seems today, it just might not be the time to go and regulate your rights away, surrender them. In fact, we should not be doing that at any time. We all must also remember that events in the country and the world are amplified and happen much quicker than ever before. When you feel that the day has passed where an individual right is not needed, it doesn’t mean that you won’t regret that in the future.Our country has been fairly stable and pretty damn safe. The Founders of this nation wrote a damn good Constitution with a lot of checks, balances, and rights. Many found the Bill of Rights to not be needed because the Constitution defines the limited things that the government can do. Others realized that Government tends to grow, and oversteps it’s bounds. For over 200 years the Bill of Rights turned out to be a damn good thing. These checks and balances also create a lot of frustration. But that does not mean they aren’t working. We should not make rash decisions when we are so divided. Today we see that frustration.We have not had to have citizens rise up and bear arms in large scale action going back to the Civil War. I don’t think that makes the 2nd Amendment irrelevant. I think it might mean that it has been working. If we surrender rights such as the 2nd Amendment, I wonder if extremist sentiments within our body politic would be less tempered and produce a situation where we are left with the regret of surrendering so easily.

How many defamation cases BJP and Congress have filed against each other? None, because their politics rely on allegations but not on legal actions, they can't see someone else scoring point on their game!There are many questions being asked today likeWhy he had to apologized instead trying to prove his allegations?As per party release, Arvind is facing many similar cases in different states, we know how such cases and different sections are forced to any cases, those actually need personal appearance, not possible for AK to appear everywhere personally, this was also impacting his work. Moreover how can he prove something without having any support from Punjab leaders or owning any investigation agency in Punjab?2. Punjab leaders were not informed, they are disappointed and may form another party?Seriously! For whom he put allegations against Majithia first? For himself or for those Punjab leaders only? How much those people helped with evidence and proofs against Majithia to Arvind? They have become MP and MLAs with the power of AK, they should have brought legal things to prove the allegations, they failed to do everything and now questioning AK's apology!3. Does it give a party time to Arvind's critics?question here is, how does even impact your life, if AK apologizes or not? Just before 2 days a finance bill was passed in 30 mins without having any discussion, which actually legalised illegal foreign funding! Doesn't that impact the same people? I am pretty sure they chose to stay mum for that! Enjoy something good and criticise something which actually impacts you!Its not an easy thing to be Arvind Kejriwal, the challenges and stress he faces fighting the corrupt system today, where many of us lost hope that this system can ever be changed, where we never dared to speak up against the system, he is standing still and strong! Everyone knows what system does to the one who tries to change it!
