Put a 3 day notice to quit on the door citing your reason for eviction. You have to cite the reason, like non payment of rent, or some other violation of the rental agreement, such as abandonment if your agreement has that clause. You can google “3 day notice to quit” and there are lots of templates and boilerplate out there. If they don’t comply with that notice you have started the clock to eviction. You then have to file suit against the tenant in your local courthouse in order to get the sherriff out to evict them. You cannot forcibly remove them yourself.
