I kind of like one of the houses and just thought of giving it a try. I downloaded the APP and began my house hunt. I went ahead with one of their plans which gave 25 more owner contacts (which was about Rs. 1200/-). In this plan, I had to schedule appointments with the house owners. An upgrade to this would have provided a manager who would schedule the visits but I didn't opt for it as I literally didn’t want any third party. I shortlisted the contacts from their app and visited few properties. The app user experience was pretty smooth and minimal effort.My Experience: One of the properties was already rented out. I simply reported it on the app and they gave me one more contact to choose from. There I knew it; that I have chosen the right people to help me out.Also as expected, I found that the rentals had gone down a lot. I got a good deal with a 2BHK property in Koramangala within less than 3–4 days and 0 back and forth with the brokers.CHERRY ON THE CAKE: I saved around 25K in brokerage.- I wasn’t kidding about the vacation :PMORE PROS: I wanted the new house to be sanitized and clean as a precaution against COVID.
