An interview score sheet is a tool used by hiring managers to evaluate job candidates as they give responses to interview questions.A typical score sheet is set up so the interviewer assigns a candidate a numerical value for each question to reflect the relative quality of the candidate's answer.A score allows the hiring manager to track each candidate's performance objectively. After several interviews, the score sheet serves as a useful comparison tool.Human resource departments often develop or review score sheets to ensure they meet fairness standards. It's important that the same score sheet and scoring system is used for each candidate to avoid discrimination claims.

Here is the link to the sheet - this is open source and feel free to modify it for your benefit. It is the same raw file that I used 3 years ago, and it is a bit amateurish compared to how I make an Excel today - but there is a certain purity in the form that it was. Additionally, the formula in “Target” is a moving target - it increases if you don’t meet previous targetsQuant to Logic : These are the child sheets in which the data on a daily basis is supposed to be put. It helps you keep track on what you are doing everyday and what your weaknesses are. A GK sheet existed in case I wanted to take up any exam needing GK (I didn’t)AIMCAT Analyses - Full Testing : This is for analyzing all your tests and identifying any weaknesses or repetitive errors that you may make. This was immensely helpful to me as I started understanding what to do and what is a waste of time/I will get wrong. Fun fact - I got a 100% in Verbal after leaving 2 questions - I owe this to my manic testingMaster : This sheet drove my time allocation over the months I prepared. This is the only edit I have made in this document, as the timelines I have put are more indicative of how much you should prepare for the CAT (unlike what I actually did)Wordlist: It’s a wordlist, and those words were collected by meI could have put the guide in the Excel sheet, but I didn’t really want to alter what is now a piece of nostalgia for me :)Happy to answer queries in comments, and anyone who wants to spruce up the sheet can share it with me - I will host it. I once had an experience to conduct the GD as as a panelist for 2 batches at Indore Admission process. I then was a 3yr old Alumni and went to meet Bala sir- where I got a chance to relive the entrance process- but from the other side of the table!Coming to your question:The overall process consumes almost a day. It starts with a long (very long) introduction session- which is important and gives you the insight of the SBS culture.Concurrent process are held for WRITTEN- Essay writing/ logical written questions; GROUP DISCUSSION and PERSONAL INTERVIEW.GD- Bala Sir (president) is present/ senior most college faculty is present.INTERVIEW- Conducted by senior faculty membersWRITTEN – Coordinated by Student Managers (1st year and 2nd year student Volunteers).My experience- (in 2011 as an Aspirant):WRITTEN- was easy and logical. No aptitude/ mathematical questions etc.INTERVIEW- I was interviewed twice- once by late Dilip Bam- one of the pioneers. And then by Vignesh sir- Director BITM. My interview (in total) went for 45mins and we spoke of automobile, Music, Guitar, Photography, etc. They test the overall attitude of the aspirant. Stay confident. Speak what you know. Admit on what you don’t know about. Don’t try to brag on your achievements. Be Fluent. Try to Highlight more on the extra/ co-curricular experiences. Be very clear on the choice of Specialization and choice of Institute.GD- Bala sir is very specific on the body language of the aspirant. Boys- Go clean shaved and neatly dressed. Girls- Prefer wearing Business formals or Indian (No Jeans/ short Kurti). Everyone is given a number for marking purpose. Topic of GD can be anything. Politics, Policies, Sports, etc, anything. Bala Sir, in his assessment sheet used to put a mark for each entry made by a candidate in the GD. Try to keep up with the leader of the GD and make equivalent entries.Overall it was a hectic day. I knew nothing about SBS before the process day. But had a good time.My experience as a moderator (in 2015)-I had visited Indore for vacations and got to know that the Admission process are being held at some hotel. I planned to visit Bala sir and other faculty members present.I met all faculty members and lastly went to meet Bala sir- who was moderating a GD group. He briefly met me and then asked me if I was available to take some interviews and GD. I was hesitant, but said yes. To this, he asked me to conduct the GD of next 3 GD batches.I was now on the other side and was told to give a GD topic and keep score on the for each candidate.I gave similar random topics based on politics/ latest technology/education system, etc.A sheet given to the moderator has the names of GD candidates with certain columns consisting the academic/entrance exam scores. The candidates also are given number batches as per the serial number in the score sheet. The moderator can keep track of the no. of entries made by each candidate, content presented by certain candidate and their flow of speech.In some cases, Bala sir gives a topic to some random groups to prepare a skit.
