Wasn't the car, but out of the restaurant located in a high end mall. A younger student version of myself took the woman I eventually married out for dinner and a movie. Her best friend since third grade called her that she was in town and wanted to meet up; girlfriend/eventual wife coordinates her friend joining us for movie at said mall.Being the responsible and slightly broke student that I was, I had a coupon for a free entree at this restaurant as they ran promotional items in the weekend section of the local paper(yes, I am dating myself to a time before mobile phones and when people actually read a print edition of a newspaper). Get to the restaurant and they are a little behind seating for our reservation. When we get seated, we tell our server that we are trying to make a movie that starts in 45 minutes and ask for her assistance as we are ready to place our order. Of course she was “new" and followed the protocol of getting beverage orders and returning to the table with them before taking and submitting the dinner order. After checking on a few of her other tables, she assures us that the order will be out in time as 10, and then 15 minutes pass. We tried to order quick eating items, a chickened caesar salad and orders of wings in the event that we had to carry out the leftovers to make the movie. Thirty minutes after we ordered the food arrived, the order was wrong but we pointed it out to the server and asked for carryout containers as we had the movie to catch. The decision to pick up the tickets to the show while we waited to be seated started looking better and better on eventual wife/current girlfriend.Time approached to meet best friend, I sent eventual wife/current girlfriend on with their tickets and bagged food as I waited for server to bring the check. Check arrives 10 minutes later and I ask her to verify that coupon is applicable instead of just placing it in check valet. She disappears and returns in a couple of minutes with a new bill that took off the price of one entree with a corrected total. Having worked as a waiter, I appreciate the value of a tip, whether the service was demanding of one or not, but because it provided a great portion of the wages earned. I left the original amount of the order that made the tip approximately 25% on what was truly the start of a bad night to catch a movie. As I am leaving the restaurant I see eventual wife/current girlfriend with her bestfriend(who I had met several times before) waiting for me outside the restaurant. Here comes the server charging out of the establishment like I had stiffed her on the bill; in front of the other waiting patrons and my guests demanding to know why I didn't give her a tip? I turn to my guests and excuse myself, take one step toward the waitress and ask for her manager as we walk towards the restaurant entrance with all eyes on me. Of course, eventual wife/current girlfriend and bestfriend are close behind. Manager comes to the hostess station and I ask the server to repeat her comment. She does, I ask what I paid her, “60 dollars and a 2 for 1 coupon", with no tip. The manager asked her for the receipt while apologizing to me for the server's comments. I produce my copy of the revised bill of a little over $40 and said that I have never been treated like this before. We have a movie to catch, informed the server of the delay since our reservation was late being seated and politely showed the ticket to the manager. To his credit he attempted to usher me away from the entrance in soft tones, but I started raising my voice. “She chased after me like I skipped out on the check, looking for a bigger tip". Well of course she still had the original receipt in mind, I guess, which would have seemed like no tip even with her recall of the coupon. The manager apologized again, and offered me a free meal for 4 by writing the same on his business card. I turned to the first group of 4 standing in line and gave them the card as I said “ You will never have to worry about us returning here again".We missed the previews and just a little of the movie, but made for interesting conversation over drinks after the movie. I apologized to eventual wife and her girlfriend for any embarrassment and they just laughed, wife was itching to join the conversation with the manager, but her girlfriend held her back to let me handle it. She told me later that her friend, the maid of honor at our wedding, had told her not to “let him get away too fast" as he might be a keeper. 25 years and counting, we laugh everytime we go to that mall. The restaurant chain has folded many years ago, but the theater is still there and pleasant memories will always bring a smile.

Optional: Make the program convert small video files to GIFs as well.SecurityCaesar cipher - Implement a Caesar cipher, both encoding and decoding. The key is an integer from 1 to 25. This cipher rotates the letters of the alphabet (A to Z). The encoding replaces each letter with the 1st to 25th next letter in the alphabet (wrapping Z to A). So key 2 encrypts "HI" to "JK", but key 20 encrypts "HI" to "BC". This simple "monoalphabetic substitution cipher" provides almost no security, because an attacker who has the encoded message can either use frequency analysis to guess the key, or just try all 25 keys.
