Short answer: No.Long answer: The reason why VIT has been placed above all private colleges is because it came up very well on the ranking framework. Who designed the framework? Directors and VCs of IITs, IIMs, NITs and Central universities. What does the framework cover?The framework covered parameters like Faculty-student ratio, Faculties with PhD (which is now mandatory for all VIT Faculties), Library and Laboratory Facilities, Sports and Extra-curricular (don't forget about Clubs, Chapters and Riviera here), number of publications and citations (helped by good number of students in VIT), footprints of projects and professional practice (know about Cocee (Cisco), collaborative laboratories and professional workshops!), combined percentage of placement (CSc really takes it above), higher studies (VITians are everywhere) and entrepreneurship (try visiting entrepreneurship cell of VIT), coursework (we do 180 credits for engineering in comparison with 140-150'ish in general), percentage students from other countries (more than 400 Chinese students, some African and a few others also), percentage of women and a lot of other such parameters. VIT is way better than a lot other private and government institutions on these parameters. However, I am pretty sure, VIT would have lost some points for not so good feedback by students for their teachers, but the self learning atmosphere of VIT is always encouraged. VIT is comparatively new university as compared to very old IITs and NITs and it has a lot to left to do. Although there are points like core placements and may be over population of VIT, but VIT is still doing better than most of other Institutions.You can check the parameters on MHRD's website and also see how much points each university have been given for different sections of parameters.I mostly agree with the MHRD ranking except, I would have kept BITS Pilani above VIT and NITs, but I guess it was not covered this time.Also, I wanna criticize your allegations on both VIT and MHRD for being corrupt. MHRD is one of the most important ministries in India and throwing on random allegations on MHRD just because you couldn't google more about ranking parameters is a problem a lot of people possess. We should have some more faith in the government and the institutions, or at least learn about it, after all, you can always file an RTI very easily.

You’ll need tremendous discipline.Get the Book Mastery by Robert Greene and study it.Find a curriculum for Artificial Intelligence from a good school, and read the books; get feedback by starting a study meetup for support.Avidly read research papers on various aspects of Artificial Intelligence.Talk to professors or graduate students in the areas you are studying.Take online courses in the subject.Best of luck.Links:

Depends on the college of graduation and ur demo lecture.U have to clear an entrance test and give a demo lecture of ur fav topic.Then u will be selected based on ur performance and college of b.tech/m.tech/bsc/phd.Generally if the candidate is iitian salary is more.then goes nit and colleges accordingly. Generally fresher btech iitian/nitian gets minimum salary of 50k in the starting.U will be given 1 batch of 10/11/12 andput at doubt centers initially .If ur feedback is good then in 4 months ur salary will increase.Salary will be more for experienced iitian and the increment is huge based on feedback by students and with experience . The teacher will have to work hard to maintain this state. Much more effort than a corporate/IT job .only who have the passion for teaching can do well in kota.The rest get substandard salaries. B.Tech from private college freshers are hired based on performance but paid much less salaries and are put in doubt centers for few years.Msc in( phy/maths)and bsc guys also have the same situation put in doubt centers and teaching class 7/8/9 students few classes with salaries as low as 10k.Situation changes after a experience of 3to 4 years.
