Refraction Policy: Fill & Download for Free

They drill a tiny hole in the chip or then end of a crack to relieve the stress. They put some tape or vacuum on the inside to block the hole, then fill the outside with some cyano acrylate - super glue, basically, the glue sets fast with external catalysts (UV) and you have a waterproof, stress relieved hole or crack that won’t spread. Vacuum and capillary action will spread the glue into the crack areas.You can still see where the chip or crack is is but it wont’t spread. In some cases it can be nearly invisible as the glue is closer to the index of refraction of the glass than air but typically you can see something. So its partly cosmetic.Temperature change, stress from heating or just bumps driving down the road will cause an unstopped chip or crack to spread, sometimes very rapidly so if you want to get it fixed do it immediately. It costs about $50 and many auto policies will pay this 100%, directly billing the insurance.

Thank God.My reply - Prisoners of geography, this book talks about the significance of geography in international politics.M1 - What is the status of India's foreign policy under Modi regime.My reply - Sir, right now we've moving away from the ideology of all time friend or enemy and we are emphasising more on India's interest. For ex - We've comparatively good relations with both Iran and Israel, and this departure is quite beneficial for India. So we're going in the right direction. (M3- remarked - very good).M1 - So, how much would you rate the govt in terms of foreign policy on a scale of 10?My reply - Sir, the present times are challenging and we are facing difficulties here and there, but still I am quite optimistic about it. How many siblings you have?My reply- Sir, My father works as a supervisor in a private construction firm. And I am single child, so no siblings.M3- Typical Bengali family, no?Both of us smiled.M4 - Asked about refraction and light.My reply - I said during the reply that light can always travel in straight path according to Newton. He said, then what about refraction. I had to clarify that even during refraction the nature of path is always linear, only the direction changes.M2 - So you're from Dhanbad, tell something about it.My reply - Told. Added few interesting points like, Dhanbad railway division is second in terms of revenue generation after mumbay (owing to coal). And also how according to open signal Dhanbad had the highest 4G penetration in India (in 2018).M3 - Okay, you can go now. All the best.While I was coming down from the hall, where I had kept my files and bags, the chairman was coming out of the room, he recognised me. I greeted him. He patted me on back and said - good, all the best.From my first hand view, the interview went really well, provided that it was my first ever interview. But then you never know what impression you've created in their mind. So God knows, how it went. I just expect they give me average marks in the interview.
