Neoliberalism states that The State, the polis, should be replaced by markets, which are more efficient at managing the relations between persons. State should be minimal, just enough to enforce contracts and protect markets; all forms of association should be banned, including Labour unions, national healthcare or any other device that is not a market.Social liberalism? Never heard of it. Neoliberals inerently oppose anything “social”. In their view, social is the form of organisation the market should replace.

They will tax it instead.Can there be a carbon tax:Any place that has dirty electricity and a carbon tax would already be taxing it. Part of my mind thinks it is really safe but my experience what I have had and recently I read an article on it says it is not safe.So in my Bad experience what happened was, We ordered uber in exchange place, NJ and some drunk couple took our uber, We called the driver and told him that he picked wrong passenger as we saw the car stopped and couple get in, We then noticed the number plate to make sure it aas our uber. Now that the driver did not stop ajd kept driving luckily the traffic light was red and we knocekd on his window to let him know that uber is harging us and somebody else is getting dropped.Long story short couple was drunk and started being racist and abused us. After calling 911 (which did not come till 45 minutes to be honest) the couple got out of uber and started walking, We started following them so at least we can tell police about it but couple started hitting us with the garbage bins on the road and what not.They ran away.Comingback to the driver we told him that this is totally wrong why he did not check with the passenger and he agreed to what they said? Couple could have hit the driver as well. We reported the incident to uber but I am not sure apart from getting money back anything else happened. So this was my story of uber but I still use uber and lyft (it is very cheap and I love it more than uber in many cases, LYFT LOVES THEIR DRIVERS UNLIKE UBER)So now another problem why I do not like uber for women sometimes is being explained very well in below article by julie borr, Please read it.Uber says it's had 'fewer than 170 complaints' of sexual assaults involving rides in 3 yearsNow why uber is safe in such cases when the passenger is not wrog you can find the passenger through uber and file a complaint against them.(I told you I am biased)In my case whatever happened even if they would have done anything else we would not have been able to catch them as they did not call uber, No photo id, No record of what they do where they are from so it could have been much worse just because of the driver's mistake.I dont say just because what happened with me makes uber unsafe but when you read few articles about how uber drivers or passengers have done wrong things you ll get to know. Due to such reason uber was banned in somepart of india. Anyway I cant stop using iner or lyft I just absolutely love the service they are providing and the number of jobs they have created.
