17 years old girl from Ghaziabad, last week decided to spend time with a boy, she met on Facebook. Both of them were having pizza and liquor in the park and the girl fell there out of inebriation in the park.Because of that, she missed her coaching class and was not even in the condition to return home. Her boyfriend dropped her, near her home, one hour late than the usual time of her arrival.When confronted, the girl told her mom, ‘The teacher in the coaching center raped me’. Outraged, the mother filed the complaint against the coaching center teacher. Just imagine what would have happened in the absence of CCTV. That innocent man would have haunted for life and his reputation will be tarnished for a very long time before he will be declared innocent. By the time, he will be declared innocent, half of his life would have finished.As per NCRB report, (Google: CRIME IN INDIA 2016, NCRB PDF), 63% of the cases that were solved on that year is false ones. The 63% do not even include the cases that were dismissed on lack of evidence and cases which are withdrawn.Now as usual feminists will be rushing to say, CASE ACQUITTED ON BASIS OF LACK OF EVIDENCE, DOESN’T MEAN, THE ACCUSED IS INNOCENT. This is a recent baseless and illogical trend, being used to divert the injustice being faced by men.Still, I cannot understand the logic, CASE ACQUITTED DOESN’T MEAN, THE ACCUSED IS INNOCENT. It can be also told as ‘Victim accusing someone, doesn't mean that the accused is a criminal or perhaps we can also say, ‘Victim claiming to be a victim, doesn’t mean the victim is the victim’Suppose in the above case, assume there is no CCTV available. What would have happened? Well, the coaching center owner will be arrested and after maybe 6–7 years will be declared innocent because of lack of evidence as it will be impossible for anyone to prove something that happened fictionally.And will you keep on saying, case acquitted doesn’t mean the accused is innocent? Unless or until you are a Salman Khan, you cannot simply go unpunished after doing a crime in India.The Indian society knows to cry for its daughter, never bother to shed even a single tear for its son.It is the curse of India and Indian’s worst habit to treat its own men as garbage. I don’t know whether the life of men is so cheap that one can simply destroy it to spend time with her boyfriend.(Note: Any misandrist comment will be reported and deleted. Any comment trying to justify the incident will be reported and blocked. No parent will ever allow his boy/girl to spoil her life in drinks and stranger instead of attending the coaching center and no way, you can justify the incident. I would say that most K-12 public schools are cut mostly to the bone these days as evidenced by teacher walkouts, stressed budgets, and decaying buildings in many areas.Most of the wasteful spending in public education is at the public University level where they have money to burn, literally. Universities are coming under scrutiny for constantly raising tuition, paying adjunct faculty 1/10th of what is costs to run acourse, and making all sorts of risky investments.
