HC Verma is a great book with seriously challenging questions but I feel it is not necessary for NEET.Never leave calculations or use calculator while practicing questions. Make a habit of doing as many calculations as you can mentally. You'll thank yourself for this during the exam because every second matters.Set goals for the next day, the night before. Continue doing this throughout the year. Ticking them off is the best feeling ever!Give dedicated hours to physics everyday. I used to finish my biology and chemistry work by 5 or 6 pm. Then I gave undivided attention to physics till I slept.Do questions in a limited time frame even while practicing. Try to be more accurate than to focus on solving all questions in that period.Lastly, stick to the basics. You shouldn't forget silly things like SI units, dimensional analysis, conversions. NEET mostly asks questions that are directly formula based and sometimes reasoning based. Don't get caught up in doing extremely difficult problems.If you believe you can do it, you're halfway there. Dimensional Analysis is way more useful and helpful than we think. It can be very well used to check if our solution is error-free or not. I used to do this all the time during high school :)

Planck’s constant is the quantum of action, and if you use the basic SI units, it is easiest to use Joule.sec because these are basic units. Dimensionally, it is ML^2/T, so what else would you use? The suggestion to use E/f gives you a dimensional analysis of M.L^2.T/T^2, which is the same, but clumsy.
