SRK said that “Pakistani players should be allowed to play in IPL”.This statement infuriated many Right wingers and it begin a series of protest against him. Shiv Sena condemned SRK badly and demanded that his film should not be screened in any theater of India.Karan Johar, the director of My name is Khan met with higher police officials and asked for security.Shiv Sena was threatening with violence Ashok Chavan, that time CM of Maharashtra threatened to withdraw security cover from Shiv Sena leaders.Later on CM Ashok Chavan called in 5 battalions of Maharashtra state police reserve force to protect the theaters in Mumbai city which was about to screen the film from Friday.This was followed by multiple arrests and Ashok Chavan himself went to see movie on the first day of release. This is what I called rule of law where government do not bow down to low level goons rather show middle finger to them.Year 2018,Padmaavat film is about to release and its trailer cause a lot of hue and cry across India.
