The Canadian government provides the following instruction for obtaining a FBI certificate from the USA (which the FBI itself calls the “Identity History Summary”) : How to Get a Police Certificate - United States.So you print out and fill the FBI request form, get your fingerprints done somewhere, and send the filled request form, the fingerprint card, and a $18 money order to the FBI.As far as the FBI itself is concerned, I don’t think your status in the USA (or the absence of such status) should be a problem. The form has a checkbox asking whether you are a US citizen or legal permanent resident or not, but it does not go into further detail (i.e. if you are neither a citizen nor an LPR, they don’t ask what your exact status is. For all they know, you may be an alien in some valid non-immigrant status, an adjustee, a parolee, an asylee, a refugee, an asylum claimant, etc). The form also asks for the last 4 digits of your US Social Security Number; but I imagine that if you have no SSN, they should be able to process the request anyway. (After all, there are plenty of foreigners who spent some month in the USA some time in the past in some legal non-immigrant status, never applied for an SSN, and now need to get an FBI certificate for e.g. Canadian or Australian immigration or naturalization. Their requests have to be dealt with somehow!)Getting fingerprints done may be a bit more problematic, depending on where you are. One can get a blank fingerprint card from the FBI web site, but to get your actual fingerprints on it, you probably would need to go to a local police station (or some other law enforcement agency) somewhere, with a valid ID (I suppose a current foreign passport should do), and pay a fee (used to be around $5 in many police departments). I understand that in most US states local police does not inquire about the immigration status of people with whom they interact on some routine business (as opposed to those who are actually arrested - those may, in fact, be transferred to the ICE custody). You may want to check somehow what the policy of the authorities in your state is, though…(There is apparently an organization who strives to “name and shame” states, cities, and counties whose authorities fail to sufficiently well cooperate with the federal government in regard to the transfer of state prisoners to immigration detention. First we need to go to the Ielts website check the your results section.we will be shown a pdf of the request form which is to be downloaded and you need to fill it. If your univ doesn't accept the online copy then in the PDF write the full address of the univ and check in the appropriate blank either for airmail or post. 250 INR for each univ for e-copy and 1250 INR for offline mode. Those copies will be sent to Institutions only either a college or an company but not to individuals.
