Since I had certain rules and regulations on my time, I spent more of it in a state of “deep work”/focused attention.I drank more water - Since I was waking up earlier, I was naturally taking in more water per day than I would if I woke up later.I became stronger - Since I was missing less days in the gym, eating more food, and staying hydrated, my strength in the gym increased as a passive effect.I used less Internet and watched less TV - Since I had to wake up earlier, I also had to get to bed earlier. This made me skip over a lot of inane late night web surfing and TV watching.I read more - Since I had to learn more, I had to read more. I replaced a lot of my TV time with book time. I ended up reading 38 books this year. Not bad.I made more money and got more clients - My writing helped certain things to sell/convert, so I got more referrals/testimonials, which meant more clients. More clients means more money.I had more time - Interestingly enough, since I was becoming more productive and as result, more efficient, I had more time on my hands to do certain things.
