It just happened a month ago and i am feeling i have fully recovered from that instance of mine.Well i was scheduled for a routine health checkup in my university, just to check its been 4 months in USA and out of my country and i have been studying and working like hell, should there be anything which i should be concerned with i was feeling really healthy and normal before the the appointment. Then the doctor called me up and told me about the procedure for the health checkup that it would take about an hour to complete so not to go anywhere. So they followed with blood sample, Urine Sample and then the Eye Test, They told me to look at a wall and read with some distance just like a normal eye test. But i was feeling like pain and tears in my Eyes while concentrating on the letters. It was all blurry, I was feeling mild pain in my Eyes and head I thought it would be because of Hours and Hours of Coding and working on my laptop. I was not so concerned till now, Then they checked my blood pressure it was 167/100 on first time, 180/110 on the second time and then came back to 167/100 the third time. The Assistant was a little concerned. She asked me if i have taken any drug or medicine. I was like NO!!!!Now i was concerned with the looks she was giving me, then i started talking to her about it that what could happen and what does Blood Pressure means to human body. She was like you have very High Blood Pressure, she called in the doctor as i was more concerned and talking more about it, the Doc came in and told me relax and not to think about it, as it can happen because of high stress levels, she continued m health checkup and told me to come back again next day just to check my blood pressure again. I was feeling normal the rest of the day but a little concerned about the condition as i am in real a health concious kind of a guy who exercises daily just to stay healthy and fit. I went the University’s Health Center the next day, the assistant told me relax for a bit before checking my blood pressure. I was relaxing then they check my blood pressure it was 212/120 on first, 202/120 the second time and 192/118 the third time. The assistant was gazing at me and asked “were you smoking pot or weed?” i was like NO !! NO !! NO !!They told me to wait in till the doc sees me, she came in a hurried manner and looking at me started looking at my eyes and testing my vision and checked my pupils while i was lying on the bed not knowing about anything what exactly is going on with me. The Doc then asked me if am feeling tired or experiencing sever headache or blurred vision. My heart rate at that right moment started pumping and i was feeling uncomfortable standing there, and i was feeling agitated and unconscious. The Doc told me to go to urgent care right away not to delay at any cost as this was as she quoted “FATAL, you can die any moment ! you will get a stroke and you will be all over the floor !” now i was just lost it, i never felt so nervous and so uncomfortable handling such condition on my own as i was all alone there. I called my roommates, explained them the whole scenario, they also suggested to go to the urgent care and one friend was with me the whole time. After 3 Hours we got our appointment and the nurses simply suggested us to go to the emergency as she quoted “The readings are really high, not curable here!” and i was like what is going on.Then my friend told me to calm down, as it would only increase my blood pressure and we rushed to the emergency, we asked to see the doctor sooner they asked whats the urgency. we explained the whole situation and showed them the reports i got from the university. The guy calmed me down as i my heart was pumping like its going to pop out of my body and explained us that this thing is not gonna end here we must follow up with a doctor and it would cost us much more then we think. Then i thought to myself it might be because of the stress level. If i give my self free time for 2–3 days i,ll be fine. I was feeling a little bit relieved that i was saved with huge money they would have charged me while going home. Then after one i felt uncomfortable like shit, my chest started to burn, my heart rate was like somebody pumping bass in my body, i was sweating the whole time and was feeling thirsty the whole time, i was feeling like this could be it !, worst of all i did searched out “what happens when you are about to get a stroke?” worst mistake like ever, then i felt like this is it! I will die now… I have not harmed anyone, not cheated anyone, not earned anything valuable in life too, I am 26 still no girlfriend, People think of me as under achiever, not sure what i am doing with my life ? Is the work i m doing is worth working For? i have not done anything till yet what my parents would think of and feel proud of!These all questions were rotating in my head the whole night as was not able to sleep, the next day i decided to hell with saving money i want to live no matter what, there are lot of people who count on me. I’ll go to the Emergency so we rushed to the emergency.Friend snapped this, just to get this on record and also to make our whatsapp’s Apartment’s group picture later, which he did :P, bastard he is :DThey took like 10–20 Tests on me, nothing came up and unusually my heart rate was high and my blood pressure was high. I was thinking that they can give me some pill that would relieve my pain. So they did they gave me a medicine called Clonidine .1 mg and told me to take it twice a day. It did worked but the next i felt like there is some vibration on the left side of my head, and i cannot see things properly as my vision was getting blurry, sudden light headedness, Constipation, Dryness, Rashes, Joint Pain, Thirst all the time like i end up carrying a water bottle with me all the time. I was instructed in the emergency facility that i should followup with one of the doctors for my further tests on me to find out what exactly is making my blood pressure high. But as my universities semesters exams were about the next week plus i had presentations of the courses so i thought to take rest for a day then we will go the doctor. The next day of slumber, the side effects increased exponentially and that medicine made me so nervous and slowed the overall movement of my body and made me move like my weak like my body is at its weakest point and i am about to collapse, i had experienced sleep paralysis, sleep disorder, thinking impairment, confusion, hallucinations and felt like fainting twice trust me people it was like near death experience. Like i could feel my body stop functioning and me fainting on the floor but somehow i survived.The worst strikes again when i stared researching about the side effects of the medicines on the web, the internet was full of side effects and i was experiencing all of those, what can i possible do at that point of time i became so nervous and it actually made me a paranoid that i was drinking juice with adding half proportion of water in it. i was literally adding water to anything i see. and ironic was it my birthday coming up next week, i decided to go back to india and get my treatment done from my home. Somehow I managed to survive my exams and booked the ticket to home.The Day finally came in when i was about to board on my home plane and finally be with family and get my self treated. But guess what bad luck strikes again “My Passport was Torn” and i did not knew about it. The Security did not let me board the plane because of my passport, i was crying after a very long time in my life, thinking that the god wants me to be unhappy and an unfortunate guy all the time. I called Indian Embassy, Houston and told them the situation. The Officer told me to get to Houston by 9:00 AM sharp the next day in order to issue a new passport in tatkal scheme. So i cancelled my ticked, had to pay 400$ as penalty. Somehow managed to get to Houston from Dallas through BUS travelled the whole night alone. The scariest night ever, thinking now anything could happen. somehow managed to get to the Embassy and applied for the passport and fortunately got the passport in a day. Returned from Houston and Booked the ticket got home the next two days, now i am feeling fine, have left the medicine the time i got in india and on Indian Medicines now feeling much better now probably because of family :)EDITwell the things are as doc quoted here “You had this from a longer time, probably you did’nt knew about this! buts its fine it can happen if your family has it and as it turned out my Mother had it from a longer time, i knew about this but thought how can that happen, and now my mother fine !” The Doc put me on some medicines did like 7–8 tests and as i was hoping my system is working fine :). Nothing to worry but i do have high blood pressure, which can only handled through medications, good thought, healthy routine and no stress level.Hmm.. I reality i am a very ambitious guy, plus a lot of changes are going on life me going out of country, a lot of hopes are with me as am the first one in the family to actually got admission and pursuing graduation. May be stress might be the only reason i the doctor meant by his statement “Tension mat liya karo, kapalbhati kiya karo subah uth k” yeah that’s what he said :P… I think this incident is alarming for me for making some life changes. and Its been a month and i am feeling normal now.and of course thanks for reading and for asking my health guys :)

Did you know that Adolf Hitler had a nephew who served in U.S Navy during WW2?His name is William "Willy" Patrick Hitler. He's the son of Alois Hitler, Jr (Adolf Hitler's step brother) and Bridget Dowling. William had a brother named Heinz Hitler. Unlike William, Heinz became a devoted Nazi and Adolf's favorite nephew.William described Adolf Hitler as "he has surrounded himself with luxury more extravagant than any kaiser ever ever enjoyed".He wrote an article titled, “Why I Hate My Uncle” in 1939. In this article, William reveals what it was like to be Adolf Hitler’s nephew.“This is Hitler’s new Berchtesgaden home which I first saw in 1936. I drove there with friends and was shown into the garden. Hitler was entertaining some very beautiful women at tea. When he saw us he strode up, slashing a whip as he walked and taking the tops off the flowers. He took that occasion to warn me to never again mention that I was his nephew.
