My husband joined a banking company in 2017. Couple of months later, his manager informed him that since he had perfomed very well, he would get promoted.We were happy or I would say, felt exultant. Both of us were dealing with number of issues on personal front. This news came as a gentle breeze of air.However, days later his manager said that due to budget issues he couldn’t be promoted.We took this as a lesson and moved forward. He kept performing well so that he could gain visibility and get promoted.This is all about his work front.On the personal front, he managed everything at our home. Due to my health issues, I wasn’t able to contribute much at home.Every month we had doctor visits ( we still have those visits) where he would accompany me, once home he would manage our house, do grocery AND gave me moral support.Couple of days ago, he again appeared for an interview for promotion. Today morning his manager scheduled a meeting with him regarding the promotion.I agree, I was more nervous than him. I wanted him to get what he has been waiting for. However, what if he didn’t get it!! I did not want him feel down.Therefore, I decided to send him this message.Our bad luck, he didn’t get promoted this time too. I was nervous to talk to him after the meeting. However, to my surprise he was very positive.He simply said, ‘I think this is not my time. Our priorities are different. Apana time aayeega.’ ( My time will come.)He did not nag, did not complain or abuse, he simply decided to look beyond it.I feel that men’s efforts goes unnoticed.We appreciate a woman if she is able to manage home and work. We give her title of ‘Superwoman’. They say that every WORKING woman is a superwoman but what about working man?Even when he feels low,Even when he wants to run away,Even when he is broken into millions pieces,Even when he is scared,Even when he is hurt,He picks himself back up,He dusts himself off,He puts on one more smile,AND manages to see a future.Yes, he is a Superman! ( To all the men who manage everything by their own and still manage to smile.)P.S: Here is something I learned today, ‘Exultant’ which means ‘Extremely happy’ or ‘Elated’.

That’s an interesting question that attempts to influence politics ,but there is a difference…between reconstruction and plastic surgery, although reconstruction may fall under a plastic surgeons domain. The hospital or office contribute facility and supplies on in kind measures.And too, there is this. Surgeons of all measures schedule both time and lost finances under the auspices of donation. I’ll give you a salient example.In 2017 I fell on/into an enamel bathtub, shattering an orbital bone and lacerations that required stitches. The hospital I went to immediately called in a plastic surgeon and scheduled a surgically disappearing growth plate for my eye. They also scheduled a financially assisted MRI which diagnosed MS. commondreamsI would imagine that knowledgeable minds in both finance and medicine will de·lin·e·ate ad hoc, what they will.This a question, not a business plan.
