I will sign for maximum years. I received the offer letter in few daysI joined the Tata Motors on 02-Jan-2012 and every day was filled with lot of learning and the experience started shaping me. 80% of the calls made by employers from Naukri.com are fake. Recently I got a call from one of their employer and he told me that my resume has been selected for reliance industries limited in vadodara. I asked him to email me all the job details but he denied. He said we cant provide that information through email as our call is being recorded all the time so I will provide you the required details on call. But they dint provide much of details. He told me information such as job role and salary structure and location but all were fake. He tried to convince me to apply and I agreed. After that he told me to share all my necessary documents on his email id. Which I did. So the next day, another employer called me and told me to pay 2100 INR as security deposit to generate the reference id as part of applying procedure. Employer told me that this amount is refundable suppose if I am not selected then I will get this amount back. Employer provided me the recruitment process that two interview rounds will take place, one will be telephonic HR interview and next will be face to face technical interview. So I got convinced and payed 2100 INR in the account of the company’s HR. All these were fake. I got a call again conveying that my telephonic round will be next day so be ready in the given time. So next day, telephonic interview took place the HR asked me all basic HR questions but dint question my answers. After 20min of interview I was told during that call that I am selected and I dont have to appear in face to face interview round. This was very weird to me. HR told me that next day one email will be sent to me regarding form filling and other documents to be attached. Additionally he told me that, company’s bond is for 6 months, location vadodara, job role : hardware, working days : mon-fri 9.45–6, saturday and sunday off. So all the information they provided were fake. After that I was told that after verification of documents they will send my documents and name to the company where they will verify and prepare call letter and agreement letter. Which will be sent to me next day by email and by post. My joining date will be just after graduation in the month of June. For a moment I believed that its kind off true. But in the next day, Naukri.com called me and confirmed that you are selected and we have sent you email regarding the procedure ahead. In that email they told me to send photo, sign and 4 forms and in the end 10200 INR as company’s bond and this amount will be returned to me after 6 months. This striked me and I was 100% sure this time that this was all fake. Most noticeble thing here was they demanded amount on that particular day. So I called them back and told that I know where this is going to I am not interested now. Give me back my 2100 INR as you said it was refundable. But he denied and then call was disconnected saying this was good opportunity for you but you spoilt it.So beware of such calls, this was a perfect experience for me. There fraud people everywhere just be carefull. If you have any doubt or query confirm with others or with any that particular company. Other thing is always tell the recruiter to provide job details via email and never pay any security amount and amounts ahead of it because what they do is they take amount from you one after other and in the end they disappear. This is a serious on-going issue going on today and has been going on since long time. AVOID SUCH CALL OFFERS.Thank you.
