It is possible to hear and talk to spirit guides whenever you want?

Let’s breakdown what “spirit guides” are and are not. Each of us has a Guardian Angel that looks after you life after life on Earth. They like the term, “Servants of the Creator,” as they also volunteered for this job, when the Creator of our universe put out a call. They are also known as “Golden Light Beings”, as using our terminology, they are ancient “whole souls,” that raised their vibrational levels to the point where they glow a golden color. Even when you pray, the request is routed through your GA, who knows your soul path or “contract”, as they’re called. Each GA takes care of hundreds of thousands of souls all at the same time; You have one main Guide, who is typically from your soul group or “cluster,” which means you are fragments of the same soul. Typically there are six to twelve fragments of the same soul in a soul cluster. Our souls may be having 500,000 to 1,000,000 lives all going on at the same time all across the universe for their learning (long story there); Then you have guides that come and go as you need them. As an example, when my wife and I owned an international wholesale tour company, I had two guides who assisted me with that business. They left when we sold that company, and I added two more when we went into the international film and TV program distribution business. When I started writing first, articles, then books, I added a couple of guides who my GA Theo says are excellent at writing (they’re helping right now compose). My mother (deceased) is a guide for all things feminine, as 75% or so of the subscribers to my weekly free newsletter are women; You can talk out loud to your GA or Guides. They are always there for you. I found the best time to receive answers is in a light meditative state. It sounds as if you are talking to yourself, but when you receive an answer that you thought you knew, but were wrong, you know you are receiving what are called “thought packets,” through the Pineal Gland in the back of your head. I ALWAYS surround myself in a bubble of white light, and I say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for receiving these messages PERFECTLY, thank you!” That brings in your own GA to protect you.If you would like to see a demonstration of the questions I ask in a meditative state, check out my latest free newsletter, and sign up for it if you wish. What should interns know when working at a bulge bracket bank?

I'm going to start off by saying that it is different for each firm (Goldman Vs JPM vs Morgan Stanley), which I know is not very helpful. So I'll try and keep the answer as generic as I can. Also, you'll notice there are more 'Do Not's that 'Do's on my list - that should send a message - a lot of successful interning is simply not messing up.WorkBefore the summer starts:1. Know everything there is to know about the history of the firm. I mean everything. How it was founded, the big deals that made the firm what it is, how it navigated different crises, famous alumni and what they're doing now, what the firm is known for etc.2. Know everything there is to know about the people on your desk - their backgrounds, schools they went to, what sports/teams/activities they enjoy etc.3. MOST IMPORTANT - Learn about what your desk in particular does - what the specific product / market is, who the key players are, some of the previous public deals etc.The analysts will keep teling you they'll teach you everything you need to know during training, but there's no way you can learn everything about synthetic Interest Rate Derivatives (which is the desk I was on) in one week.During the summer:4. Show up early and leave late. Exactly how early and how late? You should arrive within 15 mins of the first intern on your team to arrive and leave no more than 30 mins before the last intern. This is a good rule of thumb.5. Asking questions - people always say that no question is a dumb question. That is not true in IB. If you clearly don't understand something, by all means ask once. Then go home, look it up and read everything there is about it. Don't interrupt mentors / speakers when they are talking. Just listen, take notes and follow up with Google.6. THE TOUCHPOINTS METHOD (My Personal Favorite) - Always carry a small notebook, pen and calculator wherever you go. Write down every interaction you've had with someone. I called this my 'touchpoints' method.Eg 1. You met a VP who mentioned something about a deal that your firm is trying to land. Make a note in your notebook (draw a stick figure next to the person's name so you remember it was an interaction). The next day, follow up over email with a link or something useful you found.Eg 2. An associate passes by your desk and asks you to clean up some decks if and when you have some free time (no urgency). Put that down on your notebook and have it to him the next morning. Check it off your 'touchpoints'.So basically the 'Touchpoints' system is different from a To-Do list in that you put in every single interaction on it, not just requests or to-dos. Then, you follow up on these interactions on a daily basis. It might seem a little elaborate and over the top, but rememeber you are competing against the brigthest and best students from around the world. Everything counts. It'll take a couple of days to get used to, but after that you'll start relying on it very heavily. It's been two years since I was an IB intern and I still use this method everyday.7. Find innovative ways to add value. One of the interns on our desk started coming to work 30 mins earlier (we all usually arrived at 7am) and would make a 'Ten Things To Know This Morning' email newsletter that had news pieces that were very specific to our desk. For the first few days everyone kind of scoffed at it, and within a week, it was the first thing every single person read in the morning.8. Do Not - browse the internet when you're in the office or post ANYTHING on Twitter (product) / Instagram (company) / Facebook (product) about the firm (one of the interns got called into HR for simply positing a pic of herself in front of the building). Just resist the urge to show off to the world that you have a company issued blackberry and black car service or how late you work etc.Social1. Have one, maybe two nice suits - whether you're a guy or girl. Make sure your clothes are always ironed and starched. They'll pay you enough to ensure this. For men - do not wear pants that expose your socks. Trust me on this one. For women - avoid really short skirts. You would think this is obvious, but I've been surprised so many times.3. When you go to a social / happy hour with your team etc., stick to the two drink rule. When you're out only with the other interns, party hard, but don't overdo it. Everyone enjoys someone who can have fun but also knows their limits and sticks to them.4. Do not discuss concerts / parties / clothing / in the elevator. You'd be suprised how much of the GS Elevator tweets have some truth to them.5. Don't use the words Hermès or Ferragamo or Louboutin. Ever. You haven't earned the right yet.6. Do not try to be the life of the desk - the one who is always cracking jokes and making people laugh. I learned this lesson the hard way. People will not take you seriosuly. Be energetic but don't try and force it.7. Have a drink of choice that is simple, yet classy. When the waiter / bartender asks what you want - you should have an answer ready. Tom Collins, Maker's & Ginger Ale, Vodka Soda Lime, Jameson on the rocks, an Old Fashioned etc. are all good choices.8. If you can, organize happy hours / events / concerts on Sundays with the other interns (not just the ones on your team) and get to know them and hang out with them. Not all of you will return to the firm with a full time offer, so making these connections will go a long way.HAVE A GOOD TIME! I can't stress this enough. Being a bulge bracket intern is one of the most competitive positions and you should be proud of yourself and enjoy eveything that comes with it - the food, good alcohol, great parties, little things you've always wanted to buy yourself, bars you've only heard about on Wall Street Oasis etc. - go out and enjoy the summer! It was the best summer of my life and it should be for you too!AdditionalHere are some additional things I thought of:Read everything on the Mergers and Inquisitions wesbite.Subscribe to Politico (blog)'s 'Morning Money' daily newsletter and read it everyday. It's boring for most college kids, but it takes approx 5-10 mins and if the Gary Cohn reads it every morning, so should you.Subscribe to Investopedia Website's daily Finance Term of the Day. You should have been doing this for the last year.Learn how to play Chess, atleast at a basic level. It's an amazing life skill to have and a lot of people in Finance / IB love the game. Now go out there and impress everybody! If you found this post helpful, feel free to upvote. Thanks

I was in need of a way to get electronic signatures on an important document. I chatted with a lovely girl named Lena, who walked me step by step, sometimes two and three times to get where I needed to be, and got the task completed. She was friendly, helpful, polite and knew her stuff! I would never have gotten this accomplished without her.
