I had a job candidate once who thought she was going to have an Assistant Teacher job handed to her on a silver platter because she was friends with the Education Director. Nope, not happening, despite the Education Director’s thinking she was all that.She claimed to be working on a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential—but that’s what she’d been saying the past five or six years, that she was “still working on it.”The parents on the interview panel disliked her because she was rude to them, and two Center Managers who’d had her at their center as a substitute said they wouldn’t be interested in having her there as a full-time Assistant Teacher. She no-showed frequently even as a sub, and threatened to call the Board Chair every time something happened that she didn’t like.Well, she threatened to call the Board Chair on me, too—because I offered that Assistant Teacher position to someone else: a Head Start parent who’d gotten her CDA credential in less than a year, had a great attitude and sweet personality, and was well-liked by the Center Managers and the other parents.Although I’d rather NOT have listened to the Education Director’s friend screaming at and threatening me, I don’t regret the decision one bit. I think I dodged a bullet.

Yes.Typically, if it’s something that could impact a student’s learning, other teachers or counselors who’ve worked with the student before will spread the word to the student’s new teachers every year.“FYI, Timmy’s mother just got remarried, and Timmy’s having a hard time adjusting to his step-father, and he seems to be lashing out at all men in his life, including male teachers…”Positive news about a student’s home life spreads quickly too:“Timmy’s parents are very well-off, involved with the school, and generous. They’ll introduce themselves in person within the first week and ask if you need anything in your classroom. They’re serious about that. They bought me a printer, and I was only kind of joking when I said I wanted one. I didn’t think they were taking notes. They’re good people…”Sometimes, we get special instructions about which parents aren’t allowed to pick up their own children from school. That’s usually a sign of a major problem at home.Doing two parent/teacher conferences for the mother and father, because they can’t be in the same room together, is also a good clue about some of the things that kid’s been through.The contact sheet on file for the student is another good clue. If it only lists one parent, and the emergency contact is a grandparent, it’s safe to assume the other parent is not involved in that kid’s life very much.

I will give you an example,There is a student studying in say grade 5. His teachers are always concerned about his progress in school and always give him test papers, worksheets etc so that he becomes better in his subjects.The student always gets irritated with this. He wants to come to the school but feels that his teachers are torturing him by asking him to do classwork.There is another student in the same class, he is quite receptive. He understands that unless he looks at his teachers positively and trust them, he can not do better in his subjects. Sometimes he gets tired or bored, but he trusts his teachers and knows that he needs to do his work.Both students are in the same class, but both have different attitude. Who will do better?Same thing is with Twin Flame journey. Twin flames need to understand that they have signed up for a tougher exam. If you take it as a torture, you will be in a negative mindset and it will difficult for you to gain anything eventually.If you choose to be in a positive mindset, trust the divine and understand that this journey is about inner work and it is going to be a little harder than you think, and you have chosen it yourself…be patient, you will find your way eventually.You decide, what kind of a ‘student’ you choose to be…?The attitude choices we make in our lives hugely impact the way we live and what we achieve.
