Your affidavit of support has(had) very little to do as far as your sister’s visa. She qualified for it on her own merit. Otherwise your support wouldn’t mean anything. Now, you want to get her visa cancelled because of a family rift ? USCIS would laugh at you if you made such a request.The real problem here is/was, you chose the wrong man to marry, who could not keep it in his pants. Actually your sister did a big favor to you by helping you see your soon to be husband’s fidelity or rather, lack there of. If it was not your sister before the wedding it would be some other person after the wedding, causing you a much bigger heartache. So, my advice is, count your blessings that you did not make a big mistake, before going after your sister. Not that what she did was acceptable by any means, but by dumb luck, she saved you a lot of future trouble. If you want to get revenge from her, let her marry the a-hole :)

As per official government sources today (18-Feb-2020), the e-Visa of Mrs. Debbie Abrahams was revoked on Feb 14, 2020. It was revoked on account of her anti India stand, anti-India activities, etc."Her visa was revoked on February 14, 2020, on account of her indulging in activities which went against India's national interest'. The rejection of the e-Business visa was intimated to her on February 14", sources added.I assess the situation as follows:You can’t expect entry into the country if you bad mouth it openly. I am currently in UK. If I make public statements against the UK, the UK has a right to deport me, cancel my current visa and ban all future visas.Debbie Abrahams is an MP and a public figure. The consequences of her stance, statements, speeches on official media carry more weight and impact. If you criticise a country, that country has every right to deny visiting rights.Will you have a guest in your home if that guest is spreading vitriolic information against you?While some may not think it so, India and Indians consider Jammu and Kashmir is integral part of India. J&K is an internal matter.The current PM Narendra Modi was denied a visa to USA, UK, EU and many other nations for his alleged role in the Gujarat riots. Mr. Modi was cleared of all charges by the High Court and Supreme Court. Yet he was not granted visa even after acquittal. (Do note that the INC government at the time tried their level best pressure tactics to get a conviction.) So if Mr. Modi was denied visa based on an insinuation, do the same standards not apply?Edit and post-thoughts. What I am saying below is entirely speculative, conjecture and interpolation of events.I believe that it was a well-thought and enacted plan by the British Labour MP. She did receive the notice of e-Visa cancellation. A copy of the cancellation has been posted by the Indian authorities where the date is clearly mentioned. The MP claims that she never received the email. This is false because the e-Visa cancellation notice is always sent by mail.So fully aware that her e-Visa was cancelled on Feb 14, Debbie Abrahams decided to visit India to make a scene and propaganda. She knew very well that her entry would be refused. When she was denied entry and made to stand in the corner box where deportees are told to assemble, she made the public video on “how she is being humiliated”, “how she is being denied entry in spite of having a visa” and “how she is being treated as a criminal”, etc. etc. She was/is hoping for an international attention and trying to get focus on her agenda.If that is not the case how come the sudden visit just after the visa cancellation?May I add that having a valid visa is not an automatic entry permit. A visa is simply a document that states that the person has been accepted to be allowed to enter the country based upon the final immigration officer’s exam. Otherwise there is no reason for an immigration officer and an interview with the usual questions - what is the purpose of your visit, how long do you intend to stay, do have hotel accommodation, do you have funds, etc.
