It is Open till Around 2 amEach Department in the Medical College has its Own Pantry and Recreational areas.There are 3 Mess Facilities available.Separate Mess for Boys and Girls.Institutional Mess(2)It is Very Good and Clean in my Personal Opinion,still as we Eat daily from there we get Bored.They Clean the Entire Mess after Each Meal. Anyway it's way better than Any Normal Government Institution!It serves all Sorts of Dish Atleast Once a Week. Myself a Keralite loves Masala Dosa Which is Usually prepared on Friday Nights.Most of the Famous Regional Dishes are Provided.We have Dedicated Non Veg ,Paneer,Ice Cream,Noodles and Pasta Days.Milk and cardamom Tea is Provided in Morning and Evening,they keep Coffee powder so that We can Make Our Own Cofee too.Students Cooperative MessIt's a New Intiative of SAAB(Students Association)It's Almost Similar to the Institutional Mess,but it's by the Students For the Students.We are also Free to Order outside food. Zomato and Swiggy deliver Food at Hostel Doorsteps.There at Tiffins Facilities Available too. So,when the Course is same,the Reputation of the College Plays a Key Role.The students of AIIMS are known as AIIMSonians.Best No. Of Cadavers Per BatchCadavers are an Important part of studying Gross Anatomy,thus plays a major role in forming a Good Base in MBBS.AIIMS Bhopal provide 8 Cadavers per Batch for Dissection and 2–3 Extra Cadavers for Surface Marking. i.e 12–13 Students will get One Cadaver.At AIIMS Bhopal Students are allowed to dissect Cadavers ,which will help gain more experience. It is much better than studying from predissected Cadavers.There are No post MBBS Service Bonds.Due to Intelligent Peers and Seniors we end up learning atleast a Step further than we might in a Normal Government Medical College.Histology Labs provide one Microscope for Two Students.Hematology Labs also provide one Apparatus for Two Students(Lab Partners).There are Integrated Classes for First month after Joining. Later on we were shown Clinical Cases such as Varicose Vein(Around November).Seminars are Conducted from 1st semester onwards.First Seminar was done on 9th Nov 2019. If that trend persists, I can’t imagine what one’s 60s or 90s must be like. It is one of the most successful franchises in history — we always knew.With Lego, it’s intuitively clear that you must first imagine before you can build. With many other things in life, it’s not — but the same principle applies. Believe in what only you can see, so that, one day, others will see it too.11. You’re at your best when you’re with friendsIn 6th grade, my best friends and I joined the choir. I have no idea why. All we did was goof off. We made fun of the girls, the songs, and each other. We got called out a million times. I’m a terrible singer, but, eventually, going to choir became my favorite thing to do. Not because of the activity — because of the people.You’re never as good as when you’re with friends. Together, you’ll feel unstoppable.12. Sometimes, you win only to loseOn the year-end school trip before yet another move, the hormones among 12-year-olds really started flying. We played a game of kiss-or-pass. My crush gave me one. Or, maybe, she only became my crush once she did.Either way, she left her sweater in our room. It smelled nice. Four boys were swooning. We argued about who she’d pick. I don’t remember how, but she ended up being my girlfriend for a few sweet weeks of summer. We held hands in school. We went to the movies.After the move, she came to visit one time. Then, it quickly fell apart. Even a 30-minute drive can be too far for clueless 12-year-olds.Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But, sometimes, you lose what you have won right afterwards. Those times stink — but those too are necessary for your growth.13. Never hide your powerOne time in history class, my teacher asked for the name of the big, wall-covering carpets you’d see in places like the Palace of Versailles. No one knew the answer, except me — I had heard it on an episode of King of Queens.I raised my hand: “Gobelin.” Our teacher was beaming. “That’s right! Great!” My classmates thought it was great too: “Ooohhh, go-be-liiiiiiin, look at Mr. Smartypants!” They laughed their asses off at my (correct) French pronunciation.Being a good sport about it, I laughed with them, but, deep down, that incident taught me: Never hide your power. The world wants you to be cool, not smart. But if you’re smart, you’ll win. So don’t try to be cool instead of being smart.Whatever power you have, use it. Do not let the world bully you into hiding your strength.14. Everything is art if you bring your true self to itI hated art class. I sucked at drawing, painting, and crafts. Mostly, I hated it because we all had to do the same thing. “Paint a wave.” “Use different-colored tracing paper.”Actually, we were free to use our imagination. The teacher gave us constraints, not goals. I just didn’t see it.I did, however, spend hours doodling on my pencil case, sketching anime characters, and turning my planner into some kind of Harry Potter book of worship.It was easy to express my creativity in some ways but not others. Eventually, I learned that everything has room for your ideas. You just gotta bring them — and then figure out how you can contribute to the task at hand.15. It pays to be earlyIn 2006, I discovered football freestyle. The community was tiny but growing fast. I spent hours practicing each day and, for about 15 minutes, I was world-class.I also uploaded some animated music videos I made on Youtube. Some of them got 100,000+ views. Maybe top 200 or so.The lesson here is that as long as you’re early, you can achieve a lot with effort alone. I wasn’t talented enough to be a hall-of-famer in any of these things — but if I’d stuck with them, they all could have been real careers.Don’t stop dabbling. You never know when you’ll strike gold.16. You can fall in love with places, not just peopleOur 10th grade school trip was to Munich. It took me all of ten minutes after getting off the bus to declare: “One day, I’ll move here!” The next year, I came back for an event. Three years after that, I did a 6-month internship.Each time I visited, I loved the city a bit more instead of less, and so, in 2016, I finally moved to where I belonged. It feels nice to belong somewhere.17. It is your job to insist on learning — the world won’t force you toMy state ran an experiment: They would allow kids to drive at 17 instead of 18, but each time they drove, an adult would have to sit next to them.I insisted on driving wherever we went. Five-minute drive to the station? I drive. Quick bakery run? I drive. It was more hassle for my parents, but, most of the time, they let me drive. If you want to know how far you can go, you must go farther than you’ve ever goneI didn’t feel very challenged in high school. I pretty much did the minimum and got straight As. In college, that changed — and fast.We had seven exams in our first semester, each of which determined 100% of that subject’s grade. They were all topics I’d never studied before, or at least not in such depth. Between advanced calculus, accounting, and deliverable programming homework each week, I was drowning.It didn’t feel good. I was overwhelmed. I clung to my friends, who felt the same. We studied from 7 AM to 11 PM each day. Eventually, we all passed our exams, and we learned: You can go somewhere you’ve never been and still return home alive.The only way to find — and raise — your limits is to go beyond them. Do it.20. Don’t override your principlesIn 2011, I moved into a new-build studio. Before, I’d lived in a run-down, cockroach-infested, the-shower-requires-coins-to-work situation — with roommates I didn’t know. The rent was 50% more, but my quality of life rose by at least 300%. Everything was better, and the part I enjoyed the most was living alone.I should have realized right then and there: I am meant to live alone, and I should never cheapen out on rent as long as I can afford it. Of course, I went back to living with roommates for another 7 years. That was a mistake.You can’t know what your principles are before you find them, but when you do, do yourself a favor and don’t try to outsmart yourself. Don’t override what you know deep down in your gut will always, universally be true for you. Stick to your principles.21. You don’t have to do things the way other people do themThere’s always, always room for you to invent a completely new solution. Our first three semesters had a set schedule. After that, we could pick electives. But it was only a suggestion. There were no hard rules saying we had to do our exams in that order.The third semester was the most brutal, so I did some electives first. I also postponed the two hardest exams — Math III and Statistics II — which I ultimately ended up “outsourcing” to my exchange in the US, where I could piece the credits together with multiple, easier classes. I returned home with 2 As in exams I barely might have passed otherwise (in fact, I’d failed Math III once before).There are no rules. Make up your reality, and then fight to see it come true.22. Travel is not the answerI spent most of my savings on trips while studying abroad. I also had a rich friend who invited me on the trip of a lifetime. Within 14 months, I went to more than half of all US states, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Australia, Sri Lanka, and a bunch more places in Europe. It was insane.It gave me a sneak peek of the freedom I knew I wanted to have, but it also taught me two lessons:Travel is a full-time job — and if you have another, you’ll have two.Travel alone will not make you happy.Since I came back, I never had the same desire to travel the globe. It’s nice. There are some places I wanna see. But indefinite travel pales in comparison to a solid, challenging routine and five lifetime friends.23. Most dream jobs are born out of dreamsIn 2014, I scored an internship at BMW M. They make my dream cars, and so it was a dream job. I lived in Munich. I made new friends. It was summer. I got to drive cool cars and go to insane events. It was the perfect six-month stretch of life.By the end of it, however, I realized the best thing about these cars was to drive them. They practically sold themselves, and there wasn’t much to do or learn in my department — sales. That’s when I decided: I will create my own job.Try to get the best job you can imagine. If you do and still find it unfulfilling, you’ll know: Your dream job is a job you must dream up. Don’t be afraid to make your own shoes if none of the ones society offers fit.24. No one will do it for you — “it” is anythingWhat I had seen glimpses of in college and my internship became a hard, full-fledged reality in 2015: You must take 100% responsibility for anything you want out of life.If you want to have great sex, you must work with your partner until it’s great. If you want to get ripped, you must do the workouts. If you want to make money in a certain way, you have to figure out a path to get there.In my case, no one would make me an entrepreneur. I registered a business and became one. Then, I figured out how to do it — one day at a time, through many failures and gigs I ultimately didn’t like. Until, one day, I had a system that worked and allowed me to go after what I want the way I want it.You are your own best asset. You don’t control everything, but you’re 100% responsible either way. Accept it so you can make real progress instead of complaining.25. Your space should give you room to thinkIn the US, I lived in a tiny, 90 sqft room. It showed me: You don’t need much. I learned more about minimalism, and when I returned home, I threw away a ton of stuff.Every item you own becomes a mental and emotional attachment in your brain. Even if you forget about it, it’ll still weigh on your mind. Letting go is liberating.The best part about physical space, however, is that it provides — as my roommate taught me in the first semester of our master’s — literal “room to think.”Minimalism isn’t about living carefree, it’s about creating space for everything you care about the most.26. History doesn’t repeat, but it rhymesWhen I fell down the bitcoin rabbit hole in 2017, I saw many parallels to the early internet. I saw each generation had its own way of doing things, and, when it came to finance, blockchain could be ours. I spent a lot of time learning, understanding, and failing in that space, both financially and work-wise.Especially as the price went down, everyone and their brother thought I was wasting my energy. Four years later, both the price and social acceptance look different.Your life is a unique journey across a small patch of history’s tapestry. If you try hard enough, you can adapt to anythingNo one expected 2020 to go the way it went. No one. Within weeks, we had to re-learn how to work, how to rest, how to study, how to parent, how to organize our lives and how to interact with each other. That’s a lot of learning in a very short period of time.From one day to the next, life 2.0 was uploaded to the app store, and we were all forced to “patch up.” At first, we struggled a lot. Now, we struggle a little less. Things are far from perfect, but, for the first time in decades, we were reminded that our capacity for adaptation is astounding.You didn’t ask for it. You wish you didn’t have to, and I don’t blame you — but if you try hard enough, you can adapt to anything.30. Tomorrow can be a good dayIf I could leave behind just one sentence, it would be this one: Tomorrow can be a good day.I don’t know when or how I picked up this particular lesson. It’s probably optimism by osmosis, picked up from being around my wonderful family for about two out of my three decades on this planet.There must have been about 3,000 instances in which this sentence saved my mood, time, energy, or any other of a million parts of my life, which, overall, pretty much equates to saving my life altogether.Tomorrow can be a good day.This is the message I most believe in — and maybe the only one worth sharing. Remarkable.The 2016–17 season has been the best season for Real Madrid in decades. So much silverware was conquered, so many records broken, so many goals scored! Surely, this season was gold. G-O-L-D. Absolute GOLD.This is going to be a long answer.Trophies won -UEFA Super Cup 2016FIFA Club World Cup 2016La Liga 2016–17UEFA Champions League 2016–17Records broken -Went 40 matches unbeaten until January (a Spanish record!)Scored in each and every match of the season (another Spanish record!)Successfully defended the Champions League title (something which no team has been able to do in the CL era, since 25 years)At the starting of the season, the main priority was to lay hands on the Liga trophy which we had not won since 2012, five years! Unimaginable to think of that a club like Real Madrid could go five years without being crowned the best team in Spain. No matter what, this had to be delivered by Zidane. The players want it, the city of Madrid wants it, the Cibeles wants it, the fans across the world want it. There is humongous crave for La Liga.The wishes and prayers were finally looking to be answered as Real managed to stay on top of the table for the majority of the season and there was always a potential three to five point gap between us and our nearest competitor Barcelona. Good results against tough teams like Real Sociedad, Athletic Club, Celta de Vigo and Atlético Madrid were enough to edge out on top as Barça slipped up occasionally against mediocre teams. The best highlight of the first half of the season was the very much convincing 3–0 victory over city rivals Atlético and that too at the Vincente Calderón stadium. Absolutely marvelous, a hat-trick by Cristiano Ronaldo and terrific play by the magician Isco summed up what could be termed as the greatest away victory in this league season. Three goals; against Atlético; away match; on top of the standings, what else do Madrid fans need? :D The year ended on a high note as we won the Club World Cup in Japan beating local champions Kashima Antlers 4–2 thanks to another treble by Cristiano.Proceedings into the new year weren't as smooth as excepted as we wobbled against Sevilla in the league and lost the Copa Del Rey Quarter Final narrowly to Celta de Vigo. To compensate myself, I thought bowing out of the CDR probably happened for the good as we were able to focus more on the league and the Champions League and avoided some the mid-week clashes to remain fit and fine. Just as we looked to be picking up form again, came the intervening month of February and March. We had comfortably beaten Espanyol at the Bernabéu and celebrated the return of Bale from injury. We had a game in hand and were also three points above Barça! But little did we know that the following days would bring a flurry of agitation and anxiety. We lost the rescheduled Liga game to Valencia on the road and the hectic schedule was probably too much to be taken by the team as we wobbled again against Villarreal but fortunately returned with three points in the bag. Three days later, we drew against lowly Las Palmas at home. In the space of eight days, we had dropped five points, that's too much for such a competitive league. The downfall had to end and it ended in great fashion. Comprehensive away victories over Eibar, Napoli and Athletic Club helped us regain form and secured us the Champions League Quarter Final berth. There was a sigh of relief as Barcelona, who a few days ago accomplished probably the greatest comeback in CL history, got owned by Deportivo La Coruña and surrendered three points. Going into the international break, Real Madrid still had the edge for the Liga title.The month of April was seen as menacing, and why not? The Madrid derby, El Clásico, a two-legged tie against the mighty Bayern München, crucial matches against Deportivo and Valencia, in total nine matches jam-packed inside the space of just 28 days. Personally, I was left speechless when I discovered the fixture list for April. This was terribly risky, to play so many matches in such a short span and that too against top teams in the world. There had to be a great deal of cautiousness so as to overcome this pesky challenge whilst maintaining the squad health by substantially rotating the players. It was widely considered that this month is going to decide the fate of Real Madrid’s season. In the CL, people saw Bayern as the overwhelming favorites and undermined Real. This did not bother much to the Whites' fans as we were okay to lose the CL but in no cost be denied the Liga. In my head, I had the notion that if we are able to cope with the pressure of this month, at least one trophy is coming home. Critics were all proved wrong as Real cogently got the better of Bayern 6–3 on aggregate to storm into the Semi Finals. There were clinical wins over Deportivo and Valencia but a defeat in the Clásico and just a point against Atlético left the doors open for Barcelona to pounce upon us. For me, April was okay. We were still level on points with Barça and had a game in hand. Came May and the first task was to prevail over Atlético Madrid in the CL Semi Final. 3–0, the score read at the giant screen in the Bernabéu after 90 minutes and we were sure that Cardiff is closer than ever. Though Los Rojiblancos gave a bit of a scare in the return leg, Real Madrid did not provide the Atlético fans a reason to smile in the last ever Champions League fixture at the Calderón. The final score: 4–2 on aggregate to the whites. Rain lashed upon the stadium in the final few minutes, which seemed to have been celebrating Real's entry into a second consecutive CL final.As Champions League is over, at least for now, we shift our attention totally to league title race. Sevilla, Celta and Málaga await the league leaders who, could not afford to drop more than two points if they had to win the title independent of Barcelona as the Catalans had a superior head to head record. Sevilla were trashed 4–1 in the last game of the season at home. Celta in the midweek did not have a different fate. They got beaten by the same scoreline. Came the D-day, against Málaga at La Rosaleda stadium on May 21. Even though a draw would've won the trophy, Ronaldo and co. got all three points and a clean sheet against a side, which had got the better of Barcelona and Valencia at home in the last few matchdays. League was won for the 33rd time being three points clear of Barcelona at 93 points. After the Clásico defeat, Real won six matches in a row in scintillating manner. Finally there was another Liga crown to celebrate after five long years but for me, it was the first league victory for I started supporting Los Blancos in 2013. Mesmerizing and sensational experience it was. The hardwork of nine long months had bore fruit. But we had to keep our feet on the ground because the season was far from being over as the finale in Cardiff awaited.4–1 . The most special scoreline ever.La Duodécima, the twelfth as it is called, became a reality. ‘Your dream, our reality' so true. Three Champions League conquests in four years, unbelievable. Juventus, the best defense in the world at that moment, was shattered. Unequivocally SHATTERED.End of a magnificent season.What exactly went Real Madrid’s way? Who played the key role? How was this made possible?The supremo, ZidaneNot every bald guy is Pep Guardiola, they said. I say, not every bald guy is Zinedine Zidane. The impeccable approach of this man to guide and mould the players so well is the greatest cause of our triump. He won five cups being 17 months in charge. Gaffer did not stick to a single formation, changed players' positions according to the situations, rotated the squad with massive precision, rested big names like Ronaldo and Benzema for the boost in the final phase, and took many other vital decisions.The Comeback KingsThis is my favorite point. No other team in the world is capable of coming back from the toughest of situations in which Real was put into across the whole season. That mentality, that aggression, that fighting spirit to escape from the jaws of defeat, is synonymous only with Real Madrid. Right from the first game of the season, we have experienced a sea of comeback matches. There have been innumerable occasions when the players stepped up as we thought the match was out of our hands. Special mention of our captain, Sergio Ramos aka Mr 92:48.Some of the comebacks we staged this season-Sevilla (Super Cup) - The inaugural match of the season which sees Ramos salvage the trophy for us by scoring off a header in the injury time. We go on to win the Super Cup via a late extra time winner by Carvajal.Sporting Lisbon (UCL) - Defeat in the first match of our title defense and that too at home? Not possible. Ronaldo sends a hell of a free kick into the back of the net followed by Morata’s header in the last few minutes gives us the win.Barcelona (La Liga) - The captain again, saves our pride at the Nou Camp in the dying moments just as it seemed that our scoring and unbeaten run has come to an end. We remain six points above Barça in the league.Deportivo La Coruña (La Liga) - Just the very next matchday and we score two goals inside 8 minutes to come from 1–2 down to win 3–2 at the Bernabéu. Head goals by Mariano and Ramos.This adorable celebration by Marcelo very well encapsulates the joy of that win. <3Sevilla (Copa Del Rey) - Though the tie was already won, at stake was our 39 match winning streak which was on the verge of being subdued as Sevilla were 3–1 up until 82 minutes. Ramos’ cheeky penalty and Benzema’s incredible solo goal extended our unbeaten streak to 40 and create a Spanish record.Villarreal (La Liga) - After losing to Valencia in the previous match, we were 2–0 down in 55 minutes and a second defeat on the trot for Real seemed likely. But it was just not to be. Bale, Ronaldo and Morata score thrice in 20 minutes to break Villarreal’s hearts and hand all three points to Los Merengues. This is personally my favorite comeback as it literally seemed impossible at that point of time.Las Palmas (La Liga) - Imagine this; your team is 3–1 down, clock says 85 minutes, your team is down to ten men, you’re playing at home, in front of your fans. A player of your team smashes two goals in three minutes and saves you from defeat. This is exactly what happened on March 1 at the Bernabeu. The player? Ronaldo.Real Betis (La Liga) - Giant screen displayed 1–1 at 80 minutes. Surprisingly, the team which was trashed 6–1 in the reverse fixture had put up a brilliant performance against the Whites this time. So we get a corner in the 81st minute… and the rest is not at all hard to guess. This is getting so boring now, Ramos!Bayern München (UCL) - Quarter Final first leg at the Allianz Arena. The favorites had dominated the proceedings for the whole of the first half and were leading 1–0. But out of the blue, it happened to be Cristiano Ronaldo, the man who eventually gets on the scoresheet twice and almost got a third too. Hard to believe, a man who was missing his shooting boots in the CL and hadn’t scored since the second matchday, now gets two goals away against Bayern! And the team which was supposed to be absolutely dismantled by the Bavarians, answered the critics profoundly with a highly spirited performance. There was such outright supremacy during the last half an hour, that at the end of the match I felt we deserved much more than just two away goals. Overall, this was the comeback of both, the team in the match and Ronaldo in the scoresheet.Sporting Gijón (La Liga) - It was totally unacceptable for the league toppers to drop points against a relegation zone team. Having been 1–2 down at the hour mark, Real, who for the majority of the match, had Isco as the fulcrum of all the attacks, eventually won 3–2. Isco delivered arguably the best individual performance of the season. He scored twice including the all-important winner in the injury time.Valencia ( La Liga) - Revenge was on our minds as we welcomed Valencia at the Bernabeu. We led for the majority of the match and the victory, which was much needed for the title, looked happening. But Dani Parejo had other ideas as he equalized through a free kick. Time was ticking and we had to win this one as pressure was high after defeat to Barcelona last week. Marcelo steps up and with a stunning run followed by a precise shot, fired us into the lead again. We win.It’s just so tough being a Real Madrid fan, they literally fill us with plentiful agony until the last moments :p I wonder how many opposition hearts have they broken this way :pMidfield MaestrosHands down. Best midfield in the world. Kroos, Casemiro and Modrić easily make up the most lethal combination of midfielders. Flawless passing, terrific fluidity, exemplary delivery into the box and astounding long range shooting ability make up for a complete world class midfield package. For backup, we’ve Kovačić, James and Asensio too. Winning midfield battles is very integral.The flair of full backsDani Carvajal and Marcelo. Defenders by name, assailants by game. Probably the most influential wing backs in world football right now. Their crossing, dribbling, chance creating ability is fantastic. Almost half of our attacks are initiated by this duo. And they also score crucial match winning goals occasionally.Set piece playReal Madrid scored 30+ goals from dead ball situations this season. That is almost one-third of the total goals. Mind-blowing. This team’s ability to score from corners, free kicks, penalties, etc. is top class. The presence of great headers of the ball in the squad like Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale, Ramos, Pepe, Morata makes it all the more easy. These players have a big deal of strength, height and heading precision.The so-called Real Madrid ‘second' teamTo cope with a relatively tight schedule, Zidane took the decision to rest most of the first team players in some matches and played a younger side comprising of players like Asensio, Morata, Vázquez, Mariano, etc. And they did not disappoint at all. The ‘second’ team played equally good. They gave great performances against teams like Sevilla, Deportivo, Leganés, etc. Vázquez and James did not let us miss Gareth Bale when he was out for months due to injury. Proudly I can say, we have the most complete squad in the world where every player deserves a chance to be in the starting eleven.Scintillating display against top teamsThis Real Madrid team, though being the less favoured side in most of the big matches, never failed to deliver and upset the football pundits. Atlético Madrid - home and away - 3–0, 3–0. Thrashing city rivals with a clean sheet twice home and away in a single season and also knocking them out of the CL for the fourth consecutive year? Wow. Just wow.“Bayern will rout them this time.” “The defense line of Ramos, Marcelo and Dani will get ripped by the Bayern attack.” as said by the forecasters. Result? 2–1 win for the whites on Bayern’s own arena. And in the second leg, scored four past them at the Bernabéu.The final against Juventus - If Barça couldn't score past them in 180 minutes, how can Real Madrid?
