You can do a trekking trip to see this scenery from top of the hill.Tanjung Tinggi, Bangka Belitung, IndonesiaThis beach harbours hundreds of massive granite rocks from who knows where. Some of the rocks are so massive.Tanjung Aan, West Nusa Tenggara, IndonesiaLocated on the quiet side of Lombok, it has very long lines of white sand beach and beautiful hills nearby.Raja Ampat, West Papua, IndonesiaThis one might be the best one but the most expensive and bit difficult to reach, it has thousands of islands like these.Wakatobi, South East Sulawesi, IndonesiaThis is the tropical island you always dream of. It also has beautiful scene underwater that can be beaten by no one.Karimun Jawa, Central Java, IndonesiaIt has "black tip reef shark" conservation range, where you can swim with those sharks. Don't worry because they don't bite.Maratua, East Kalimantan, IndonesiaMy personal favourite because this one is cheap. Every morning big fishes flock under my hotel room.Kenawa, West Nusa Tenggara, IndonesiaThis island is so quiet and so secluded. It has beautiful beaches with brown and yellowish grass during the dry season.Morotai, North Maluku, IndonesiaAustralia and Japan fought here during the World War II, if you dive you can see shipwrecks and plane-wrecks under water.Amazing, eh?I think when it comes to beaches, Indonesia is a safe bet.You can pick any random provinces in Indonesia (even Jakarta) and still end up with pretty decent beaches.
