My money was debited from my account, but I didn't receive it while withdrawing from the ATM it. Even the bank is not helping. Is there any consumer court or some higher authority I can complain to?

Please don’t worry your money is safe & no need to go consumer forum as each bank have a process which they have to follow strictly. If the amount is debited from your account & u haven't receive the money from the a.t.m, Bank person found cash excess in there a.t.m. & there is a TAT to return the money to consumer (min.24hours & max 7working days). Any bank a.t.m automatically received your account details while you insert your debit card (it's dosen’t matter if you are holding the other bank a/c.). So it’s automatically Credit in your a/c .these are the some step you can take from your end:- 1. Inform your bank about the transaction so the bank can claim the money to particular bank. 2.keep the receipt which you receive from the a.tm. I hope this can help….!

Have you ever complained about a meal at a restaurant, only to receive extreme backlash from the waiter or chef?

24 years ago or so (I remember because of the car I was driving).. Memorial day weekend I think it was. The girlfriend and I were out on a random road trip day, and decided to check out a popular vacation lake a few hours from home that neither of us had been to..So mid afternoon, we decide its food time.. At the lake, we find an italian restaurant and decide to eat there..Seemed fine, quite a few people.. I ordered pasta something something with sausage.. And I can’t remember what she got.. $10 meal or so, and that wasn’t exactly free back then, so I figured it was going to be a decent meal..When the salads came.. On a bread plate, maybe 6″ in diameter.. Maybe a 1/3 of handful of iceberg lettuce, ONE single thin slice of cucumber, and one tiny wedge of tomato… and a little bit of dressing on top.. That was it, no croutons, no cheese, no onions. No fancy purple lettuce. Just a little mound of iceberg, 1 thin slice of cucumber and one small wedge of tomato.. Worse than elementary school cafeteria salad. This isn’t looking so good….So our meals come.. I do not remember what my girlfriend got…. But it was similar to my meal, and just as bad.. My sausage and pasta, on an oval plate that an appetizer would come on. Oval, about 6x10 inches… Spaghetti, “sauce” and a single Italian sausage link sitting on the top…The pasta must have boiled for about 7 hours, it was mush, and leaking water all over the tiny little plate..The sauce wasn’t sauce.. A decent sauce is simple. Crushed tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, some italian herbage, maybe a little wine and some tomato paste to thicken.. This was crushed tomatoes out of a can (and there is NOTHING wrong with that).. But it was missing the garlic, the onion, the herbs, the salt and the pepper.. It was literally just crushed tomatoes straight out of a can (and there is nothing wrong with crushed tomatoes from a can, I use them all the time).. NO seasoning, NO herbs, NO spices, NO sauteed vegetable matter… Literally just crushed tomatoes out of a can..The single sausage link.. Standard italian sausage you buy in any grocery store, except this was a “seasonal” restaurant, open from approximately memorial day weekend to labor day… Nevermind the fact that it was a single sausage link plopped on top… But it was a leftover..It was really really easy to see that it had been over cooked at some previous point in time.. And then recooked… It was a bit shriveled and one side was rock hard… And then I tried a bite.. Y’all know what a freezer burnt piece of meat tastes like?? This sausage was the poster child… It had been cooked the previous summer and sat in the freezer for 9 months and then re-heated.. NASTY!!!The girl friend had the same pasta and sauce complaints with her meal…So we call the waiter over.. Lay out the complaints in a civilized manner and got some backlash.. And then the manager..This is our 1st day of the season, all this food has been brought in fresh and cooked today… “Taste it”.. Its rock hard, shriveled and has been sitting in a freezer for FAR TOO LONG..It wasn’t an overly hostile confrontation, but it wasn’t pleasant.. The food was absolute garbage….On the sauce.. This is “The Families” 100 year old recipe.. “The Family” eats this sauce everyday.. And I remember my girlfriends response like it was yesterday..“well, then I feel really sorry for ‘The Family’, this is disgusting”…We got out of there paying for the salads and the sodas, they never even offered a fresh meal.. And I think they ripped us on the salad cost, $4 each or something.I guess it wasn’t extreme backlash, but it was backlash.. They really were trying to defend the indefensible.I think that is the only time I’ve ever had “backlash”.. Wait a second, there was one more time..——————————-Local restaurant, really good food.. Reasonable prices. Its a little shit hole in the middle of no-where, they don’t even have a real sign… Dirt parking lot, 8 booths, 6 tables. Been there forever..My favorite meal is the Red Ranchero Skillet.. Hot cast iron skillet.. Sliced, seasoned, cooked potatoes as a base.. Covered in red chile pork, cheese, onions, peppers, and 2 eggs on top (over easy of course, but always ordered over medium)… Toast or tortillas on the side.. Its a little slice of heaven…So one waitress.. And this went on for some time.. To Go orders and twice in the restaurant.. She would not WRITE on the ticket “Red Ranchero Skillet”.. For some reason her brain made her write “Red Juevos Rancheros”.. Which is corn tortilla, eggs, red chile, cheese, beans on the side.. No SKILLET involved, No potatoes.. Its not bad, but its not a Red Ranchero Skillet..So one sunday (always go on a sunday) we are in there, and this waitress is there, and I order a RED RANCHERO SKILLET.. And she says “Red Juevos”.. And I say NO!!!! I do not want Juevos Rancheros.. I want a RED RANCHERO SKILLET..“Its the same thing”“NO ITS NOT!!!!!!!”..“Yes it is”“NO!!! ITS NOT!!!, just scratch out that ‘red juevos’ and write ‘RED RANCHERO SKILLET’ on the ticket”.“Its the same thing”“NO ITS NOT, I do not want jueveo rancheros, I want a RED RANCHERO SKILLET”After a bit more round and round.. I was getting heated, and she was getting heated.. She finally scratched out the ‘red juevos’ and wrote RED RANCHERO SKILLET on the ticket…Boy howdy was she surprised when the plate (skillet) the kitchen put up wasn’t Juevos Rancheros.
