He is also the Advisor for Science and Technology of SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and a member of the faculty advisory board of the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University.Secretary of Education: The current Secretary of Education doesn’t have a resume that would get her a job as a small town middle-school principal. I want to see that change. Right now, the top state for K-12 education is Massachusetts. So I’m promoting that state’s Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Commissioner Jeffrey C. Riley to the big job. A former teacher, Principal and School Superintendant, this appointment stands in stark contrast to the last.Secretary of Veterans’ Affairs: This is a hard one. This is one you keep hearing people on social media nominate Gary Senise because apparently “liking and doing good things for veterans” means you can effectively run a multi-billion dollar government department employing 377,805 people. Give me Sen. Tammy DuckworthSecretary of Homeland Security: Ah, yes. My most important appointment for last. For the Dept of Homeland Security, I nominate No-one. I break up this ill-conceived post 9–11department and send all the associated Bureaus and Offices back to the Departments from whence they came.

There are no guarantees, of course, but that might increase the likelihood of finding a good one.
