If I start my study 5 days before exam, would I forget most of the things which I studied in day 1?

Hello,Humans are actually pretty good at remembering what we study at the beginning and the end, however; whatever we studied in between is often forgotten a lot more easily. To ENSURE you will remember everything I would advise you study all the 10 topics thoughtfully and then mix up the order in which you revise.Example Schedule:Day 1Chapter 1 and 2 for however long it takes.Ensure you are showing all steps! Sometimes I am in a rush(stress really) and document my homework problems very badly and when I'm stuck on a question I have no idea how I did it the first time!Day 2Chapter 3 and 4 for however long it takes.Spend 1 hour reviewing what you did on Day 1. Make sure you spend sometime covering up your notes!! From my own personal experience, when there is a lot of information to process; we often think we know the material well however when our notes are taken away we only remember 50% of it. Fortunately, physics is very intuitive so this part should not be overly difficult for you.Day 3Chapter 5 and 6 for however long it takes.Spend 1 hour reviewing what you did on Day 2.Spend 30 minutes reviewing what you did on Day 1.COVER UP YOUR NOTES AND TEST YOURSELF.Day 4Chapter 7 and 8 for however long it takes.Spend 1 hour reviewing what you did on day 3.Spend 30 minutes reviewing what you did on day 2.Spend 15 minutes reviewing what you did on Day 1.COVER UP YOUR NOTES AND TEST YOURSELF.Day 5Chapter 9 and 10 for however long it takes.Spend 1 hour reviewing what you did on Day 4.Spend 45 minutes reviewing what you did on Day 3.Spend 30 minutes reviewing what you did on Day 2.Spend 15 minutes reviewing what you did on Day 1.COVER UP YOUR NOTES AND TEST YOURSELF.NOW, what I would normally advise is that on the final day (after you complete everything I pointed out on Day 5), you mix up the order in which you revise. So if you studied from 0-10 in ascending order, ask yourself a question from chapter 3 or 4, then 9 and 10, and then 7 and 8 and so on, I think you get the idea. If you have a dice (just go online and Google online dice) then roll it and see what number it corresponds too, if you roll 'X' then quiz yourself on what you did on Day 'X'.Lastly, I planned your schedule for 5 days. Although this schedule is very effective; it is even better if you follow the schedule and then the night BEFORE the exam, or day of the exam if it is in the evening, you do some past papers. Although not 100% required, it REALLY increases the chance of you performing better. If you can't get any past papers then simply review all your homework problems and make sure you can do them perfectly :) oh and as usual COVER UP YOUR NOTES when trying to recall!!I hope this helped! And best of luck in your future endeavors :)

How do I study consistently for hours?

In my major, sometimes the only thing I do for weeks is study, eat, and sleep. Here are some things that helped allow me to build a better tolerance for these harsh conditions:1) Get 7-9 hours of sleep. There is not too much to be said about this and it is easily the most overlooked step to increasing long-term focus and productivity. Getting enough sleep is a crucial step if you want to wake up refreshed with a clear mind. After all, you can’t expect to mentally perform your best when you’re running on fumes!2) Try the Pomodoro technique! I use this for homework, studying for tests, and even at work! It will change the way you study. I like to use tomato-timer.3) Eat high energy foods. I used to a box of pizza before studying (I have a big appetite) and would be confused as to why my mind would be so blah when I would study. Once I started eating balanced and healthy snacks before and during my study sessions, I had more energy and my mind was much more clear. It was like I was a different person. My favorite snacks are yogurt with apples and peanut butter, banana and a protein shake, or granola bar with yogurt and apples.4) Drink lots of water! Water supplies the brain with energy for all sorts of functions including thinking and memory processes. When the brain has the necessary amount of water, we can think faster, maintain longer and more intense focus, and simply be more creative. Also, I personally found that drinking a decent amount of water while studying makes me pee every 30 minutes. This causes more blood flow throughout my body and keeps me awake and alert (some of the classes I study for are snore-fests).5) Preparation is key. Write down exactly what you will be studying, what pages you will be studying, how long you will be focusing on that task, and any notes relevant to the task! It is much harder to study for long periods of time when you don’t have a set goal to accomplish. If you couple this tip with tip #2, you will be accomplishing a goal approximately every 30 minutes. This makes you feel productive and visually shows how efficient you are being. Here is an example of what setting yourself up for failure looks like:4:00 Study Calculus II5:00 Study Physics I6:00 Break7:00 Do Chemistry homeworkHere is an example of what setting yourself up for a successful and productive session looks like:4:00 – 4:25 Re-do Calculus II problems (pg 345 problems 11,13,16) – Solutions were covered in lecture notes today4:30-4:55 read Chapter 7 in calc book – Radius of Convergence (pg 355 – 404)5:00 – 5:25 Physics Homework problems 1-3 pg 193 – Problem 2 is similar to problem covered in lecture today5:30 – 6:00 Physics Homework problems 4-5 pg 1936:00 – 7:00 Watch new episode Game of Thrones..Etc…..I follow these tips religiously and noticed I was able to study longer and harder!Good luck!

- simple and user friendly interface - easy to learn - does exactly what I would want an electronic signature program to work and not more of what I don't need - very affordable pricing for many features - the time a document is sent off for signing, the recipient will see it in their inbox fairly quickly. Love how fast this work.
