However, living in an Alberta city is very expensive.As such, the average resident of Vermont gets the same sort of level of service that a Canadian living in a largely rural municipality will get. Burlington, the largest city, has a population of less than 43,000. I think Prince Edward Island is the only province that has a largest city that small.
