PDF Editor FAQ

Why is Kerala not so developed industrially like Tamil Nadu?

I shall write a few of my impression about Kerala in brief. I am not a Keralite. In fact I am from Tamil Nadu but born in Karnataka can speak Kannada well I spent Twenty years in Mumbai with Reliance. I am in Kerala with my daughter in the last 4 years only after my wife passed away.Myth of Unavailability of landI fail to understand this ln someways. Japan is a country that is highly mountainous. Japan is highly industrialized. Their Industrial output is phenomenal. Kerala’s Land mountain ratio is much better than Japan. Taiwan is another example. The idea should be to use land conservatively and maximize productivity. Kerala is a typical sprawl with most land is full of houses with land but with very narrow roads.Japan went through a major change known as meiji revolution. This led to the emphasis on Industrialisation and education. They rapidly transformed themselves. By the turn of twentieth century, Japan is the only Asian power to have defeated an European power Russia. Howe ever much one may not like Industrialisation, one has to accept industry multiplies productivity and leads to prosperity. You see that when you work in Gulf. But you are not willing to adopt in your land of birth due to deep divisions within society and unwillingness to adopt and change. Japan and other East Asian countries underwent profound changes. An intensely agricultural nation has transformed itself as an industrial power.I will not be advocating indiscriminate Industrialisation but an appropriate one. You cannot remain a service Industry forever. Ultimately we consume products that satiate our hunger and needs of our senses. Not only just service oriented IT. One cannot build n+1 th floor without building nth floor.Large tracks of land lies occupied under plantations crops in the hills. Most of them are dedicated to crops that are not currently very profitable due to high labour costs and seasonal work pattern and aged plantation trees and other assets. There are very little capital investments as they are not profitable. They prefer to keep it idle as they get exemptions under the stringent land ceiling acts and face expropriation if you change the status. If reforms are to be introduced we have to liberalise, then land price spiral will certainly abate. The presence of Tamil Nadu with plenty of Land, similarity of language and culture and incentives from local government is a big attraction . The industrial climate in kerala tends to be vitiated by the political atmosphere of socialist rhetoric and Government sponsored Strikes and Hartals and poor work culture and sense of entitlementHigh population density.Once again one has to resort to comparison with Japan and South Korea. They do have much higher population density than Kerala. As pointed out the plantation Lands in kerala remains vacant but cannot be used easily even for clean industry. Population becomes a liability only if you cannot absorb them in an alternate employment opportunities. Some of the answers are may lie in service Industry. In the early times the Government used to build township when they were building Steel Plants in Jungles Jamshedpur, Bhilai, Bokaro were some such towns that came up. Now you could have compact high rise buildings for such Industries like Medicine Cities, university and professional college towns, Research Laboratories, institution s higher learning. Compact Industry such as Garment. Handicraft villages.Welfare policies. As Kerala had not pursued the alternate solution and pursued misconceived policies of high and unsustainable wage structures on a political populism platform they have succeeded in destruction of jobs at the bottom of the pyramids Such destruction of the base in the name of welfare does actually leads to hyper inflation. Such as high land prices, leads to unemployment and creation of unsustainable employment structure and falling of productive capital formation and in the long run a self destructive cycle.Yes. Welfare standards of Kerala is the best among large states and HDI is highest. But it has come at the cost of higher education, infrastructure, like Road, Rails, Transportation, piped in safe drinking water, storm drainage and Sanitation.Kerala has won world wide praise for its Covid 19 management. The subsequent surge after people returned from Gulf indicated none of the battles have been won and human living is always constant struggle. But when a Tsunami like Covid 19, Myth of high cost of Labour hits in Kerala kerala becomes a welfare state based on remittances from abroad.Yes. The mandated Labour cost is very high. This has been created a long period of militancy and active support of political parties in and out, Governments. But you must realise it with unemployment prevailing and percentage of people forced to work at far lower wages in other states such as in nursing, self employment professions under contractors do exist.. In spite of abundant presence of highly skilled labourers like, welders, mechanics, fitters, carpenters, nurses and many such professions, the reality is, the average wage they get as compared to the mandated wages within the state is iow because of unemployment and casual nature of jobs.. These distorts the Labour market. Every time some part of the world sinks in turmoil from East Europe or Middle East oe Yemen. Keratitis are involved. What Kerala lacks is diversity of employment opportunities. People are dependent upon Government employment, or low paying Hospitality industry etc where Nepalis, Bengalis, Biharis are found. Due Complete ack of entrepreneurship and right education People are forced to emigrate within the country or abroad.Quality of Skill level of workforce. They are among the best workers available iin India and Industrial expertise at craftsman levels are excellent, but with a serious Caveat, but only for seasonal or contract work due tendency towards agitations. But managerial and entrepreneurial standards of Keralites are poor and tends to timid probably they were exposed to the years of anti capitalistic rhetoric and agitative politics..In my personal experience I can say they are the best skilled and semi skilled labourers, comparable any other states due to education, but the wage levels are low in those states compared to Kerala. At a policy level one has to look at average daily earnings. Here one must remember whenever I talk of wage level, It is about wage compared to their productivity and the quality of work done (rejection level). The main cause are the low emphasis on university and professional level by authorities. Some amount of artificiality and was introduced by the opening up of Gulf for Indian NoRK Workers. But the quality of life there, was miserable, but hidden from the eyes of immediate family and their savings were big because of exchange rates. These were at the cost of individual freedom, family life and fear of losing a job under harsh laws and lack of protection. Without the Gulf Kerala would have remained a extremely poor state comparatively. Why is the overwhelming rush to migrate to Gulf, and to other states, if life in Kerala was really a life in paradise. This should put the myths about kerala to rest.Industrial and Political situationIndustrial Relations are vitiated by the attitude of one upmanship between fractured caste and community groups and their politics.Frequent strikes, Lock downs, lock out, Industrial strife means average wage level of Kerala is low In spite of higher mandated wages by Government. In spite of Huge remittances from other states, and Gulf, the per capita income is not for better than neighbouring states. The cost of running a business is not low in kerala nor the infrastructure is comparable to neighbouring Tamil Nadu, Karnataka. They do have much better Road, Rail, Port connectivity. They have better housing, ease of commute. Better civic Amenities. Urban environment and entrepreneurial climate.Only malls, apartments, hospitals, resorts may be better. There are complete lack of productive enterprises. Much of kerala money is invested in non productive sector sch as large expensive housing real estate but lacking even minimal infra structure of clean protected drinking water and storm water and sewage drainage system they drain into sea, and land lagoons back water destroying long term value.Governance, You are not able connect the tunnel pass between Thrissur and Palakkadu because of legal problem and Bureaucratic opposition. I suspect some corruption too. There are No productive industry only service Industry like tourism, some school, education and hospitals. big extravagant festivals, Resorts. Only they are shining and Kerala has become west Indies, Bermuda and Bahamas of west as play ground of other states with broken family life, alcoholism and other consequences of miserable female life. I am seeing many women forced to work and many are abandoned and destitute.I came across a surprising fact that Tanil Nadu has twice as many doctors per 1000 than Kerala. In spite of high HDI. This is a direct consequence of lack of emphasis on higher education. So also kerala lacks the width in education like Economics, agriculture, forestry, food processing etc. You find the linkages of kerala with other states are fundamentally weak in spite of the spread of Malayalis across india and gulf is high. This may be because the connection are restricted only in low level employment level.you have excellent sea coast, back waters, jungle retreat places mountai retreats, Green land Sea . Coasts, beaches. Goa with its limited beaches does much better than Kerala. It is surprising why it is not fully exploited. Nor much touted Kovalam, Vizhinjam port is taking so long to get it commissioned. Of course I do see excellent medical infrastructure but Still Tamil Nadu is far better and more innovative. Has anyone thought of Hospitals in plantation land dedicated to medical tourism and NoRK workers. It is nice to have a welfare orientation. It is important. to understand that one cannot leapfrog to a welfare society unless one encourages employment, and, manufacturing and they are the essential basis of foundation in a country that is land starved even for traditional cultivation . Only a balanced approach can bring true prosperity. You cannot build a tall building with poor foundation.Urban Rural divide. This divide is non existent only recently. as people live urban conglomeration have jobs in the townships. Others live on land. They used to say they can live on land dependent on kappa a tuber, Anchovy or Kozhuva or Netholi fish a tiny one caught in streams of Kerala and small money earned from odd jobs. Kerala has excessive alcoholism and of females forced to work at odd jobs to support themselves and families Huge outward migration and Gulf attraction.Gulf bonanza s declining as oil Industry has huge problems and NoRK are returning to Kerala because of the collapsing economy and Covid 19.Industrial peace.Long fed on communist rhetoric the industry, and agriculture are moribund. Rubber, Teak, Tea plantations are dying. Slowly choked. Unemployment is above 15%. Even pre_Covid 19 times. You have the example of Bengal where communism ruled uninterrupted for for decades and now you can see their plight. Ideas need to change with time. Change is permanent. I feel Kerala is at inflection point it has to take the right turn. Static Naysayers will always be present. Thought leaders should lead Kerala.Let me tell you Tamil Nadu for all its corruption has got better balanced governance and ability to change its colours.Highest loss of working days. Industry completely shut down. This is the knot that needs to be cut. Productivity is a big issue. It is not that Keralites are incapable of discipline and hard work. One must see them working in other states and in Gulf. The best opportunity is now. In this period of low oil price, high unemployment, depressed economy in gulf and India, low investment, low saving rate. Bold decisions need to be taken. Reforms in land, investment, zoning, Labour laws are needed urgently.Attempts to reduce high employment and needs, control of wages spiral, change of mind set. Flexibility is the name of the game. Some of the opportunities that strikes me at the top of our mind. Conversion some plantation lands can be as Hospitals for NRI’s and medical tourism. Some plantation land can be converted into electronic manufacturing like South Korea. World Class Educational institutions world in place of our people rushing to US, UK, Australia and Canada.Establishing Labour intensive but environmentally friendly Industries. Can be encouraged. Cash crops, spice industry, tea is is being gobbled up by countries like Vietnam. We don't have palm oil Industry on which Malaysia and Indonesia thrive. This maybe a different way of looking at Kerala, but I feel such a change is badly needed and re-visionary fresh look is certainly needed and will reveal much more opportunities in Kerala. Look IKEA makes furniture in Sweden and he is able to sell competitive furniture in India. It is a technology you could make fast growing rubber tree and create an IKEA in Kerala. You don't have to build a Tyre factory in Chennai. Why you cannot have wide roads? If you want to live in rural area you have rural mind set and in the long run you will lose your children who will migrate and go and live away in cities. in other statesDo you know monozite sand contains not only thorium and also many rare and they produce rare elements that are required in electronic Industries. The new technology like lithium batteries use a lot of rare earth. Whereas Kerala has made rare earth factory dead, China makes huge money from this sand. Why do you wait for Government to start and run factories so that they it can be closed by unionism? Only in Kerala people are ashamed of being Ironing man in street but has no shame to send his wife to work as petrol bunk attendants.I see Fishing could be a huge industry. I am not familiar with the dynamics. I shall try to research and locals also can help and educate me. However we know countries like Japan and China roam the seas in search fishes. Why can't you build second Rail line fast in Kerala.? I think it is because of the nexus between Politics and vested interests. 1

Why should I 'gender balance' the leadership of my company instead of just choosing the best people for the job? Wouldn't it be silly to deny an additional female or male applicant just to fit some ratio that has no affect on real world function?

Here is the thing. Most companies fill their leadership positions from within. However, and this is a big however, as people move up the ranks of an organisation the number of women, as a percentage of the people at that job grade, drops. The problem is not that large companies fail to hire new graduates with a gender balance but that, for some reason, they fail to keep women long term.In fact, if you were to study the data (I know because I did), you would see that when women remain in the same (large, well run) company that they joined as a graduate, they progress in line with the man from the same intake year.So what is going wrong?Well, for numerous reasons, women in their late 20’s and early 30’s leave the company that they joined as a graduate whereas the men are (statistically) more likely to continue their career with that same company. This generates two different questions:Why do the men stay? Why do the women leave?Traditionally, and I emphasise this word “traditionally”, men have been encouraged to find a safe job that will provide for their family and stick to it. Men have been conditioned by their parents, grandparent and society in general, to take the safe road when it comes to career. This is changing but is still a factor. On the other hand, women (do I have to emphasise “traditionally” again?) have been conditioned to be homemakers and to place having a family ahead of their own career. In fact they don’t have the same pressure from society to stay with a single employer until they retire as men do.If you examine the data to try to understand why women are leaving safe employment at this age you will find that a significant percentage of them did so to have a child. Many do return to the workforce. In fact, here in Europe, the employer is obliged to keep a position of equal status open for them until they return. One of the hurdles facing parents today is the cost of childcare. This can cost so much that it is just not worth the effort to return to work for almost no pay particularly when the family have a second or third child. In addition to the cost of childcare, the woman, on returning to work might find that, although her employer has kept a position open for her of equal rank, she has slipped behind her graduate peers and finds it difficult to re-establish herself in the competitive environment if she had taken six or even twelve months maternity leave. The other major factor for women leaving a safe job is that they are willing to take a risk on changing horses mid-career. Remember, we still don’t live in a fully gender balanced society so for the women to have attained similar positions to their male counterparts they have probably have had to be better than them. These women who do leave are likely to be above average even for their peer group and, given half a chance, will shine where ever they go. That said, even when the move to a position in a new company, many end up taking time off to have children. Why this long ramble? Because it is my opinion that if companies want more women on their leadership teams then they need to address the reasons why women leave before they reach the lofty positions of senior management.Allowing fathers to share maternity leave with their wives will help but it will take time to ensure that both men and women have to deal with broken service. In addition, large employers need to consider providing child care facilities either on site or in cooperation with other large companies on an industrial complex for example.I was able to pursue a career that made demands on my personal time because I had a partner who looked after our children. If both of us tried to pursue a demanding career it would have been difficult to give the children the attention that they need. There is no rule or law that says that the attention must be provided by the woman. This is just a societal norm. I know many families where the primary income earner is the woman and the man maintains a more flexible work schedule. One of the barriers (resistors) to gaining a balance in the senior workforce is that the men who occupy this positions today grew up during a time when it was OK to have a male bias. They are changing and will change more once they truly grasp the magnitude of the resource they are missing out on by not having more women in their management positions. It is like running a powerful car with a V6 engine but only having some of the cylinders firing at any one time.Your company will be richer from being able to choose the right person for a position irrespective of their gender. Do not limit your potential by only hiring from half of the gene pool.

Which are the best websites for teens and college students to earn money online?

There are hundreds of websites to earn money online. It all depends on one’s skills, knowledge, interest, time, capital(if needed), etc but there are also places in fact sites which doesn’t need any sort of capital to start with.Yes, in 2019, any competitive market may be difficult to enter as a beginner or as a student. That doesn’t mean there aren’t any ways out there for students. There are millions! If not, millions, a hundred :).We’ll discuss on few of them now.So please pay attention & ask few questions to yourself pointed below.Ask yourself : How much time do you have on a daily basis? Yes, why time should be considered before you start anything. It is the prime factor which will decide what you will do & how. Yes, if possible take a book & make notes for yourself. Write down & it should make wonders. If you have one hour a day, two to four hours, six hours a day, or 10 hours a week. You need to keep aside time to work to see results from your work consistently.CONSISTENCY, Yes this plays a key role. Never skip your work. Be regular, be focused & you SHOULD be able to achieve what you’ve thought of.Then, the second step is note down your own skills. May be anything, like fast typing, able to create own ideas/stories/product review content(For example : You can write down the main features of IPhone X & its pros & cons)/ write a book / technical skills like hacking, coding/programming, app developer, etc. Note down your skills, it maybe one or a few in which you are a pro.If no skills not to bother, take sometime to think what subjects you like maybe digital marketing, finance, analytics, etc. Pick one broad subject, go to youtube & find at the max two or three channels which gives out information/step by step learning/courses/guides/ how to on the topic you wanna learn and subscribe to those channels. Watch all the videos on that channel & learn from it. OR choose your own way of learning, but be focused, & committed, and finish it in a month or two at the max.VERY IMP : LEARN WHICH IS TRENDING, LEARN TO EARN, NOT JUST FOR KNOWLEDGE.Yes, Knowledge is good, if it’s not implemented(meaning if doesn’t earn you money) it’s of no use. At least, should be of good assistance for you in the future.Because here we are discussing about earning as a student who needs money while completing his education.Next Step, Plan. Discuss with someone who is already in that business or doing the same job to help you in understanding what can be done to earn or how to earn with the skill you have/have earned. Planning is crucial for you to understand how to use your learning or knowledge into earning. This doesn’t begin after you have learnt something, it begins before you learn something.I’ll give you an example : You can’t earn if you only learn to make/develop a new website but you need to learn to monetize or how to earn from your website. And that’s called money-learning-skills. That’s what I’m interested in & will share the same with you. No matter where you’re from, which college/school/university/employment you’re in you need to know what you are doing, plan for what you will do & enjoy doing it.These days the world is a global village, & most of the countries give the best of education in schools & universities and if you’re reading this, yeah, if you’re signed up on Quora or any social networking sites then you’re way ahead of all but need to understand the power of digital.Yes, if you aren’t digital you’ll end up working for a boss lifetime. If you like jobs, please continue, no offense. If you’re already from the elite universities & you are confident that as soon as you graduated you’ll be in a MNC with at least good 5 figures each month, or if very luck though, then 6 figures each year. Who knows! Please continue in what you’re doing, but if you are just reading to get pocket money or to pay your university bills, etc please continue reading. It may also turn out to be a game changer, I mean a big full-time earner if you like it.There are penny jobs with penny results, yes pennies on the dollars to be earned online through ClixSense, Neobux, Cashcrate, Swagbucks, UniqueRewards, Surveysavvy, SuperPayMe, FusionCash, Points2Shop, GetPaid, TreasureTrooper, Squishycash, Inboxdollars, Sendearnings, Zoombucks, Buxp, Offernation, RewardingWays, MindsPay.This is just the beginning. Yes, the above sites while help you earn like $0.02 per click, or to download apps, play videogames & win, take surveys, rewards for referrals, PTC sites (paid to click), get paid for browsing the web, download/upload apps, etc. These might take few secs to 30 minutes for one job to be completed. Suggestion, get enrolled/signed up for at least 6 to 7 sites mentioned above. People have earned from few dollars to 4 figures in a month.(Income mentioned here is in dollars). For those who are not interested in such thing you have other options too. I will tell you , “hold your horses”.Other earning way is Stock trading/investing. Yes, learn in-depth, & keep some capital to start with at least 10,000 INR to 50,000 INR, & if you’re really smart & things works out well, with this capital, you may earning anything between 1,000 to 10,000 INR a day minimum, & maximum depends on the capital. The risk is equally high. You may even end up in losing all your capital so take calculated risk so can also plan for long-term once you see good profits in daily trading like buying equities(stocks of companies like TCS, MRF, TITAN, etc) for 3, 5 10 + years & see your money grow. This can turn to be your full-time income.Next option, Get paid to test websites. There are number of options or websites that pay to test websites and I can suggest 16 websites that pay for testing websites and give your honest feedback/suggestions/response.Sites that will pay you to test websites are :User Testing, Respondent, Userbrain, TestingTime, TryMyUI, Userfeel, Userlytics, IntelliZoom, Validately, WhatUsersDo, uTest, Loop11, Enroll, test IO, Intuit User Research, Checkealos.Make sure you sign up with as many website testing companies as possible and be sure that you’re taking advantage of practice and sample testing opportunities, as many companies will only allow you a couple of times to pass their test. Always make sure to turn in your best possible work, as many companies rate their testers and those with higher scores tend to get more and better-paying opportunities.Next option, in fact maybe a hobby, you may need a good camera in your smartphone like Iphone or some may also have good cameras or DSLR. You may think I am doing well in dropshipping. To be honest, due to my financial burden I am just waiting to gather some capital as I said around $1000 to $1500 then I’ll rock it. I did start but didn’t have enough money to spend on ads so just put that idea on hold.Later, you can also make ads on Google, use Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter to get audience, there are free ways to promote your dropshipping business too. So wanna earn in 6 figures in dollars, yeah $,$$,$$$ your first year then dropshipping is the one of the best and the easiest business model which you can expertise in a month & get started. And very important, don’t try to be perfect in all skills just learn a couple & get started, once you are into the business you will learn it, or once you see income coming in you also can hire/outsource the ad making. Just start, take action now. All are earning and are live proof so you too can, start & don’t leave, be consistent in your efforts, dedicated & committed, success will then follow you.The other business model I like is Affiliate Marketing. Yes, this needs some time, money, efforts but the results are worthwhile.Someone else’s product either physical/digital, you promote it on YouTube, your own blog/website, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit, Emails, etc and once sold you earn a part of it as commission, and it can be one time or recurring. This time I won’t again explain it in full or detailed as did I for dropshipping. But I will tell you where you can find detailed information to learn & to implement. Yes, again I will tell you the name of youtube channels you can learn from One is Marcus Campbell, Franklin Hatchett, Amazon Affiliate Marketing Tutorials, etc. Please let me know if you want to know detailed information on any one of these or on the affiliate marketing business model.Next, one of the easiest but time consuming is starting your own YouTube Channel. Time consuming because it may take time to see the first earning as you need 1k subscription & 4000 hours of watch time to get your Channel monetized with YouTube Partner Program(there are some exceptions - read the guidelines on YouTube). Yes, creating a new YouTube Channel on topics you are interested in like cooking, travel on bike or car, product review of gadgets, luxury watches/houses/yachts/airplanes, tips for health & diet, exercise, swimming, house/kitchen organization, business ideas, investment ideas, gardening ideas, DIY craft work/ furniture work/woodwork/handmade toys, prank video/ compilation videos, etc.People on youtube are earning three, four, five & six figures a month in dollars. Yes, by consistently making videos & posting it. The more views, engagement, like, & subscription you get with better quality of your video, the more you earn. Just pick up any good YouTube Channel name & search the name in SocialBlade site to check their earnings, so that earning will not be exact it will be an estimate so you know people are really earning with this method.Once you crack this method it will be a cakewalk for you, yes, it will be fun/hobby. What difference it makes to boys who loves long drives/rides and post such videos & earn on it. People are making a living by only doing this. Many get paid to travel to places/cities/countries/hotels & put their honest reviews on hotels. One elderly villager & his son in South India earned 1 crore INR ($140,000). The father is the cook & son assists father in cooking and takes videos & they cook in bulk and post those videos. There are thousands of such channels so if you have such idea, just buy a reasonable but good quality camera and get going. Do some editing, title & description writing, good thumbnail & tags, you’re done & if you can’t just give it to some professionals or if you have IPhone you can edit on your phone on iMovie or with some free editing software.People are just editing & posting other’s videos on their channel which is called compilation & earning from it. There is a catch in it. Be very careful your channel has the risk of getting blocked permanently by YouTube. There is something called as Creative Common Videos on YouTube which you can use/ post on your channel but make title/thumbnail/tags/video editing/music/subtitle/audio editing and then use it on your own channel and there are big channels who do this way & earn in millions. One such famous guy on YouTube who teaches you with his very dirt cheap reasonable course if DavidVlas with his compilation course of only $197, I think he is increased it’s price to $297 now. Buy now, learn & implement. As said earlier I will repeat myself, watch for 5 minutes and then implement it on your own channel take 15,20,25 minutes to master it. I am not a affiliate, just my suggestions to you.Disclaimer : Don’t take my words again, do your own research before making any such purchases of any courses online. You may earn or you may not earn a penny, all depends on your interest and the efforts you put on a daily basis.Remember One Golden Rule : In the Online Business World, it is called as SOS- Shiny Object Syndrome. That means, you keep buying courses online, but don’t implement it fully or not satisfied with it & then you keep buying others, keep switching your business, then you’ll never find your success.STICK TO ONE BUSINESS MODEL, BE A PRO. KEEP LEARNING IT, UNTIL YOU CAN TEACH IT TO OTHERS, & YOU FIND SUCCESS IN IT. THEN IF YOU WISH SWITCH TO OTHER BUSINESS.With the last sentence I said, I would also love to add that many experts/pros/millionaires/billionaires do one thing in common in the online business world. Once they learn something fully, they make a digital course/s of it & sell it online and earn passively for years to come. Wow, what a brilliant idea right. Yes, there are many softwares which will help you to make courses for you and sell on your behalf. So sit, relax, think, be patient, and choose your best. Research on one thing, take a month to decide what business model you like, and the next month to learn from it. Yes, the entire guide/tip/suggestion whatever you call it is not only for students. Anyone searching for how to work online or how to earn online or how to earn full-time income online, please refer the above.I would like to write about affiliate network soon in detail. Just keep reading & sharing & now go to take action..All the best in your efforts and stay happy and be successful. :)BE A IMPLEMENTER, NOT A DREAMER. LEARN TO EARN, NOT TO YEARN.
