Holdouts by Le’Veon Bell; Antonio Brown antics; Mike Mitchell and others talking smack about other teams did nothing to help the Steelers win last year. The team needs to be focused - and that starts with the locker room leadership.Finally, coach Mike Tomlin has to improve his play calling and extend his “standard is the standard” from the games to the practice field.
