Comments from Our Customers

the customer service has been great so far, but as for like Filmora in general, it has room for improvement. the whole reason i had to contact customer support to begin with was because the program prompted me to update to a version that wasn't actually up to date and had missing effects. fortunately this was an easy solve thanks to the customer support, so no big stress. aside from that, i really wish there was a way to streamline certain things, and i will speak specifically about automation lines. there are none. there should be. now i don't know how complicated automation lines would be to implement in a video editing software, but as someone who produces music in Ableton, i know that automation lines make life much better. let's say you want to take an effect, but want it to gradually fade in. the work around in Filmora is either copy pasting tiny consecutive instances of that effect and setting their numbers one at a time, which is time consuming and tedious. or save, delete everything except the section you want the effect, export that part, load it back into the main project, and use transition effects. but if there were automation lines, you wouldn't have to do any of that. i also think they need more effects that react to audio, there's very little on Filmstocks, but this would just be extra credit if anything. either way, Filmora is definitely worth having, i just hope it continues to get better over time.
