If you’re being told some sob story, you’re being scammed or the service member is exceptionally poor at handling his/her money and that alone is a huge sign to back away as quickly as you can.Some non-USA military members will receive double pay. I know a couple of the former Soviet block countries participating in operations in Kosovo back in 2000 were receiving ten times the pay check they were receiving back in their own country. They LOVED being deployed to Kosovo and extended as many times and as long as they were permitted. They were sent home as a PUNISHMENT.Again, I’m sorry, but this is a scam.
