Well this is interesting. My gut feeling says that atleast 10% -15% people in passenger trains, 5% in express trains traveling shorter distances travel without confirmed tickets. Around 75–80% travel in trains and is very huge for a nation like India. So demand of confirmed tickets are hard if not planned earlier.When we say without confirmed tickets it is either RAC or WL ticket.Traveling without confirmed ticket is absolutely legal provided the following conditions are met:You have railway counter ticket. WL ticket can be used even if the ticket doesn't get confirmed throughout the journey but need to adjust without a seat. In some cases TT can provide you a seat by paying out some cash. RAC ticket has an advantage over WL ticket. You are allotted sitting seat on side berths of sleeper class (AC/non-AC) and RAC ticket can get confirmed over the journey which we need to check online using any PNR status related app instead of railway facilitated 139 which is expensive.You have online booked ticket. Online booked tickets are IRCTC tickets which if remains WL after chart is prepared then you are not allowed to travel as it becomes invalid and amount will be refunded back to the original payment gateway after standard deduction. If caught traveling then TT would charge penalty which is double the ticket amount and need to travel in sleeper non-AC class irrespective of your ticket is AC or non-AC.Last but not the least, sometimes TT even forces you to board GENERAL compartment if TT's mood is disturbed.Small information but important for urgent matters. If you are not allowed to book train tickets over the railway counter in case of REGRET then the only option is to get a general ticket and board into any sleeper non-AC coach and insist TT to upgrade to sleeper non-AC ticket by paying only the difference amount plus some other small charges.Make sure the above steps are taken only when no option is left as I don't like people who travel in trains suffer due to lack of space.Hope I made it clear.

I’d recommend a company called AutoAid anytime. I’ve used it for two years when living in the UK. Look it up on online comparison websites likes e.g. comparethemarket. It should come up quite high price wise and offers two callouts for each incident. I think if you’re married your spouse can be insured there at no extra cost. Service is realiable. I had to call them out twice for myself on my old Focus when the water pump failed and after a minor accident on an icy road. I was satisfied with how things went. It’s important to be able to call them twice on the same issue without extra charge because like in my case I could have my vehicle recovered home first and then to the garage the next day as it has happened in the evening. The other time this was useful as I first had my car recovered to the garage and then back home when they found a repair was not economical due to the age of the car (17 years) and a bent frame and steering column. Then I had the car recovered home and had someone pick it up for scrap and got a 100£ for it. Better than nothing.Regarding the companies like the AA or RAC I think it depends on what you want and need. For just breakdown insurance get AutoAid. If for example the AA offers other benefits like its German counterpart ADAC like a proper club and other discounts associated to it, then the higher price might be worth it if you think you make use of it. Otherwise when just comparing recovery from a breakdown it’s more expensive and I do not think necessarily better than the rest. Hope this helps.

Since there is a gap between the syllabus that we study during our engineering and the applications in the industries and also we lack practical exposure so there is a great need to do some courses so that can make usindustry ready.You can do some designing courses and automation courses or courses on RAC.Designing courses: autocad, solidworks, catia, ansys and unigraphics Nx, creo, pro-e.Automation courses: this includes topics like Plc, SCADA.. etc.There are other courses on refrigeration and air conditioning.you can choose from them according to your interest but all these courses are expensive so i would suggest the designing courses because you can learn these from online tutorials anf e-books and your money will be saved because the content available online is quite good.
