The system at CVS allows the pharmacy team to add “Comments” to patient profiles. These comments show when you pull up patient profiles. This is free text, which means the staff can type anything they deem necessary.Also, the following information is on a patient profile:Last name, First nameDate of birthAddressPhone number(s)Doctor(s)Insurance planMedications you filled at the store or another location of the same company, and their Last Filled dates.

As you are well aware, the Chartered Accountancy course is a professional course . The question papers are set by ICAI, which is of very reputable standard ( question papers) and the corrections are done by the members of ICAI. The corrections are not outsourced but done by our seniors who have cleared the CA exam.If I was correcting a paper I would expect some level of decency in handwriting. ( I have to admit, I do not have a great handwriting myself)At least ensure what you write is legible and not similar to writing seen on a doctor's prescription. I am told that, the assigned members who do correct papers, receive a very nominal amount per paper corrected and are also given a huge number of papers to correct. Be legible and do not irritate the member. Everyone are professionals here so they do expect you to draw a line after each answer and use of sketches, color pencils etc.With respect to the other technical aspects, assuming you are writing your Taxation paper, always state your assumptions/ respective section explanations as a foot note. For ex, if you are solving a PGBP problem and arriving at the taxable amount, state the following in a foot note:80C : Max deductible limit is 150,000 hence the excess amount has been ignored.Similarly for other sections.32(1) : Not elgible for additional depreciation as machine not used in manufacturing.Also, only if you are confident of section number s mention them otherwise REFRAIN from mentioning a section number.These footnotes help the member in correction and also expresses to him/her that you have understood the concepts and are confident of the section number s. ( I feel this helped me score a 79 in my direct tax paper )In your Law paper, if you are confident about a case law relevant to an explanation mention that case law in brackets apart from the explanation for the question asked.In auditing always try to ensure key words such as materiality, tolerable error, sample check, reasonable assurance are there in your answers. Similarly when you read your auditing standards highlight the key words in the respective auditing standards and try to recall them from memory.In costing and fm, just ensure you have the formulas right for the respective chapters. Keep a log book of formulas for MAFA as you study so that you can revise those formulaes prior to exam day.In accounts, just pure math. Try solving them as per the presscribed approach i.e. amalgamation, demerger etc. If your balance sheet is not tallying move over to the next question, you are sure to be awarded step marks.Hope it helps.All the best man,,,,,
