PDF Editor FAQ

Will a forensic audit of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank help the Govt of India in finding the command and control structure of the Kashmir unrest of 2016?

The first thing is to find out is CAN WE ??? will they allow a central investigation agency to do it or will they cry hoarse. The J&K bank does throw some tantrums when it comes to transparency & wishes to be in the list of ‘holy cows’ insulated by ARTICLE 370As far as the Kashmir Unrest is concerned I don't think the masterminds (read dumb retards )would have needed it. Though it was a prolonged agitation it didn't seem like financially expensive one. The ISI fake minting enterprises across border are efficient enough to handle such financial needs. In fact they are really efficient ….look at the stacks of cash recovered everytime the army bursts a hideout .They even managed the 2000 notes just days after they became publicPoor people might have agreed to throw stones at paltry sums of Rs 50, 100 & so on.If u notice even women & pre teenage children were involved knowing fully that the security forces are under pressure to adopt non- violent means (mind u pellet guns came at a later stage).A meme of Sakina Bibi wouldn't be out of place hereThose high on religious brainwashing might have well done it for free. Now coming back to J & K bank........ (Phew...... I know it's getting long but I am answering Nadia :-p )The number of times the J & K bank gets robbed in a year, makes my head spinPulwama,Srinagar ,Saroda,Badgam only the place changes ….headlines remain the same...... & that really smells of an Inside Job (Hows that for a conspiracy theory.....!!! )And a good news coming in as I write this answer…… J & K bank manager’s militant son killed in encounter with the Indian Army (Hows that for a co-incidence)

What did you want to become when you were a child? Did you get what you wanted to become? Has that goal changed over the years?

Not yet.I have never wanted to become anything other than a fighter pilot. Right from when I was very little. There used to be this TV advertisement on Doordarshan. Action Shoes or something. Kid ties his shoe lace, throws a paper plane and it sort of changes into a fighter plane in the next frame. I can barely remember it but now I think it was a Jaguar.Kids say all kind of darned things and my parents let me dream on. They bought me toys and books and comics with an aviation theme. But they used these to totally manipulate me. I did not like to run early in the morning so dad would tell me of some pilot ejecting in enemy territory and running cross country to get back to a BSF outpost. He would say that if I did not run, I was not being serious about becoming a fighter pilot.Mom is totally whacky. Kg class, drawing exam, I say that I am having difficulty making the face of the clock round. She hands me a compass :p . 2nd Std, I ask her why is the sky round? She ends up explaining the whole solar system and shows me a lunar eclipse the next month. I am not sure that my mother realised I was a kid :pAs I grew, I became very good at studies. I sucked at most other things. But I knew a lot. Than one day, my mother decided my destiny. I was in 6th or 7th class. She had just given birth to my baby brother a few weeks back and she was pretty weak. It was the 1st week of December and final exams had ended the day before. At 3 am she wakes me up and sat me down in front of the TV.It was the launch of INSAT 2C. Told you. She is whacky.By that age, I had already realised that may be Fighter Pilot is not the best job in the world. The pay is good but I did not want to be middle class. I realised that there are so many restrictions. But most importantly, I realised that I will be bonded. I knew too much scinece and geo politics and god knows what else that a bored kid will read up from the amply provided book shelves of her busy parents.I began devouring books and articles on Space flight. Very difficult and expensive affair in the pre internet era. To my great pleasure, I realised that do not have to change my goals in life. I just needed to aim higher. Most astronauts have been fighter pilots. Especially in the beginning. ( All my heroes. If you do not know, u do not deserve to know)It was not all smooth sailing. As India turned 50, I was winning seminars where I made presentations on India’s progress in the field of IT, Satellites, Rockets and Defense tech. I was sort of a local academic rock star already. Everyone had high hopes for me. Except, I was slowly dying inside.I did not know how to become what I wanted. For starters, India hadn’t and still hasn’t launched an astronaut. 2nd, up to that time, there had been only one Indian Astronaut. Rakesh Sharma. Only 2 were trained. Sharma and Ravish Malhotra (I still feel sad for Malhotra). Both had been fighter http://pilots.an And India did not allow women to fly fighter planes.Ashamed to say but I wished I were a boy. I could go to NDA and atleast one difficulty would be solved. How I was jealous of boys, only I know. And than a miracle happened. If there is a god, I would give thanks for this womam. Her first space mission began on November 19, 1997, as part of the six-astronaut crew that flew the Space Shuttle Columbia flightSTS-87. Chawla was the first Indian-born woman and the second Indian person to fly in space, following cosmonaut Rakesh Sharma who flew in 1984 on the Soyuz T-11.If she being born an Indian could do it, so could I. From suicidal thought, I went on to be one of the state toppers in 10th and couple of months later, cleared NTSE.“What do you want to become in life?” is an expected question for NTSE interview. By this time, my parents began to realise that I was actually serious about being a fighter pilot and began to oppose the idea. Violently. Dad wanted me to be an IAS and played all his mental tricks. Mom wanted me to be a doctor and tried all her emotional games. Grandma to aunts to uncles to neighbours, everyone began to put pressure. In the interview:Interviewer 1: What do you want to do in life?Me: I am going to be an Astronaut.Everyone looks up. Looks to around. Looks at me..Inv 2: How are you going to become an Astronaut?Me: I am going to study Aerospace Engg at IIT Kgp and than I am joining IAF to become a fighter pilot. By the time I am ready, I am sure India will be launching Astronauts.Inv 3: What if we still do not have the technology?Me: I will go on deputation to ISRO and make the technology.Everyone looks at each other.. they must have thought i am one cocky upstart..Board President: Any alternative plans?Me: Yeah. I will leave the IAF and marry an American. Join NASA.And than I smiled. They laughed. I got through :)हजारों ख्वाहिशें ऐसी कि हर ख्वाहिश पे दम निकलेबहुत निकले मेरे अरमाँ, लेकिन फिर भी कम निकले(hazāroñ ḳhvāhisheñ aisī ki har ḳhvāhish pe dam nikle/bahut nikle mire armān lekin phir bhī kam nikl)Thousands of desires, each worth dying for...many of them I have realized...yet I yearn for more...Indians have a twisted sense of social behaviour. It is ok to ask people how much is their salary. If you do not tell, they will tell you. But it is considered arrogant to show ambition. It is considered desirable to have money. Foolish to have passion.I am yet far away from the goals I set for myself as a 15 year old kid. I am not sure how I am going there. Marry a Chinese, have a fling with Elon Musk, invade ISRO or become the pirate of Dalal Street and pay the Russians…. I do not care. I am going to space.

Is there an airplane graveyard that I could actually walk into and check out the planes up close?

Go to HAL Heritage CenterIt is our petting zoo :)I have a lot of pics of the place but I am in most of the pics. (such be my vanity :p) Even after Cranio facial surgery, showing too many pics of the old face is a risk. But still, Shradhanjali to aarpit karni hogiSome of them are in excellent condition for outside storage. Not much difference between this two, if u know what I mean.I am obsessed with the MiG 21I don't know why the Canberra has a squint eye. But I hated it instantly. Same reason I prefer the MacLaren F1. Has to do with the algorithms IN my head. BTW, I am a sucky sucky driver on the road. I hardly ever go above 40 mph. Now, bikes, those are a whole different question :)Blimey..bus :pTold the director he did a good job of replacing the composites. He must have freaked :pBaby Killer... Grrrrr...I could be blaming people for breaking my brother's spine. But he is not the first I lost.Shaheedo ke beech khara hona nahi hai aasa
