Okay, at the time of joining in TCS, your salary will be 3.36LPA ctc. After 1 year, your salary will be 3.68/3.75 lpa ctc. After 2 years, your salary will be 4.05 lpa ctc. After 5 years your salary will be around 5.5lpa CTC only which is very very low.
