In the British era when the Portuguese term “Casta” was adopted by the British to create the Caste system, the Anthropological Survey of India came out with an encyclopedia called “The castes and tribes of India” which was enforced and implemented throughout the British Empire by the Army, Judiciary, Bureaucrats, and Police under the wary eye of the Indian Political Service.New castes have been created by the Indian Constitution, Government and Laws by preferring and empowering some sections of society and raising them above accountability and laws as compared to others. These may be collectively referred to as the “acronymous” as they go about under various acronyms such as IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, MLA, MP, SC, ST, BC, OBC, MBBS, LLB etc etc. This has turned India into a Feudal-Colonial-Communist relic.In Bharatha Varsha (pre British) there was no caste system. There were Varnas among the Aryas, and Gyathies among the Non Aryas. I elaborate this belowBoth Varna and Gyati refer to Professions. The Former is Aryan and the latter is Druhyu (Dravid/Dasyu/Druid).In the Rik Vedic (Evolution of fire technology, metal working and the domestication of the horse) Period following Brahma giving the Prathamo Upanishad to the Saptha Rishis (from which the notions of Karma and Dharma were born) and the formulation of the Aryan Constitution represented by the Swastika, when the pastoral, Brahmin, multi racial Aryas roamed the grass lands from East Europe to Mongolia, there was no Varna. During the Shukla Yajur Veda (Archery, chariot war fare and the harrying of the Druid Civilizations of Mesopotamia and Persia) Period there were two Varnas. Arya and Dasyu (Serf or Slave). The tall, fair, semitic, encycephalic, idolatrous, agricultural and archtiectural Shiva, Vishnu and Lalitha worshiping Druhyus (Druids) scattered from the Ur civilization to escape the constant harrying by the Aryas as well as their own apostates who had embraced Yahweh who said unto Abraham, "Put no other Gods before me for I am a jealous God". Some of them headed East and formed the Indus Valley civilization displacing the indigenous tribals.Some Aryas followed and settled in the Indo-Gangetic Plain and were bound by the treaty of Bharatha (a codicil to the main Constitution of Arya Varsha). They over laid the Druhyus and exacted tribute in the form of agricultural, architectural and other produce and services from the Dasyus. Here was born the joyous tones of the Krishna Yajur Veda from plenty and luxury. Here too were born the Varnas. The Brahmana, the Kshatriya and the Vaishya. The Varnas were decided by the Brihaspathi in the Pathashala. Then came the decadence of the Sama Veda. The Great Civil War (referred to in the masterly literary work "Mahabharatha" by Vyasa) decimated the Aryas and broke their hegemony. This began the Atharva Veda Period. Thereafter the Dravids and the Aryas began to inter marry. The Druid dieites were Sanskritized and the compendium of the Thaithreya Upanishad was created including the Druid deities for the use of all previous Vedas.The temple worship, architectural and agricultural technologies entered the Atharva Veda through the Aagama (that which came from outside) Shastras. The Dasyus entered the Guru Kula system as Shudras with full Varna mobility thereafter. The Druhyus already had a complex system of professional specializations as behooves an advanced civilization and this was verniered and integrated into the Varna system. The Vedic Period was brought to an end by Ashoka who destroyed the temples, dismantled the Guru Kulas and drove Brahmanism and Sanskrit under ground. He replaced the Swastika of Arya Varsha with his Chakra. With this, the Varna system ossified and education passed from father to son as Varna mobility was not possible without Guru Kulas. Many of the indigenous people as also the Dasyus never accepted Aryan Law and remained out side the Varna system. Many others who had been put into "Bahishkara" (open prison or exile) could not be reintegrated as the Ashwamedha Yajna when the laws were recodified and this took place were no longer conducted as Ashoka had ended Bharatha Varsha when he performed the Raja Suya Yajna (sacrificing the heads of the defeated Kings of the Sukla Yajur Veda period) instead of the Ashwamedha Yajna (consensus under Bharatha Varsha Krishna Yajur Veda). These were called Dalits by Phule and Amnedkar and “Depressed Classes” by the British in 1921. The British wrongly gave the term "Dravid" to the indigenous people of India rather than the semitic Druhyus from the place of the three rivers (now known as the Euphrates, Tigris and Jordan) who brought agriculture and temple building to India.Shudras are savarna. They were, originally, Druhyus who entered the Guru Kulas afer most Aryan males were killed in the Civil War of Kurukshetra during the Atharva Veda period with varna mobility thereafter. Ashoka put an end to the Aryan and Vedic system when he created his Theological Empire. Those who adopted and followed Aryan Brahmin Law thereafter were considered Shudra as they could not go to Guru Kulas, there being none, and the Varna system had become hereditary.However those outside the Aryan fold had their own gyati (profession classification) system and inter se arrangements which was respected by the Savarna Aryas and became a vernier within the broad category of "Shudra" when they accepted and adhered to Arya Dharma. Those who did not, co-existed outside the agriculture, temple congregation, tribute, chivalric and welfare system and came to be labeled Dalits by themselves for the “Depressed Classes” classified by the British as part of their “Divide to Rule” policy by the British since 1921Brahmanism the religion is purely hereditary. By patrilineal descent. However, any male line that has not performed the Brahmin Karmas and Veda Adhyayana for three generations ceases to be a Brahmin and cannot return. The word Gothra means “Breeding” or “Pedigree”A Rishi can create a Gothra. But the Rishi must be bound by the Laws of Arya Varsha and the Rules of Karma and Dharma to be a Rishi. Basaveshwara, a Brahmin, created Lingayaths to bring back those orphaned by the Islamic invasions and the war babies and widows that were created then into the Aryan fold. . They wear a thread with a Linga on it. They abide by Aryavarsha Dharma. Many of them learned and became proficient in the Thaithreya Upanishad (the compendium that was formed after the Kurukshetra Civil War during the Atharva Veda Period).Similarly Ramanujacharya, a Brahmin, created Shree Vasihnavism. Though an apostate to Brahmanism, he proclaimed his followers to be Brahmins. They have come to be accepted as Brahmins by Caste though they are not Brahmins by religion. Just as Jangmeyas among Lingayaths may convert anybody to Lingayath by laying his hand on the head, so also can a Jeeyar of the Shree Vasihnavites do so.Guru Nanak a “Bedi” (Vedi) Brahmana created Skihism which converts those depsoiled by Islam back to Arya Dharma.For example, to which Gothra did Karthyaveeryarjuna belong? He was, most probably, NOT an Arya by patrilineal descent. A Haiheya Yaduvanshi, he could have been Angirasa, Gargi or Bharadwaja. But, as he was a devout disciple of Dattatreya, he was most probably considered to belong to the Dattatreya Gothra among his contemporaries. Ravana was the son of a Kamarupi Rakshasi and younger brother of Kubera, an Asura. He cannot lay claim to Pulasthya Gothra or being a Brahmana because his mother begat him from Pulashty Rishi through deception. And he is not, therefore, imbued with Pulasthya’s spirit.The body is given by mother, the "spirit" by father. The Aatma by Brahma. The spirit enters the foetus on the 42nd day after conception and the Aatma 6 months after conception. There are also two additional spirits. One is an animal “spirit” that tries to misguide the spirit and the guardian “spirit” (usually one of the ancestors) who seeks to guide the spirit. The Aatma a fractal of Brahma Jyothi or Mitra) is above these activities. If one is able to use situations of distress to rise above,one will find oneself in the stillness of the Aatma.Vishwamitra was not a Yadu (Chandra vanshi) as is often claimed. He was a Kusha (hence Kaushika) and Ikshvaku by lineage (Surya Vanshi) but born into the Bhrigu Gothra (Hence Bhargava). There will be many Vamshas that lay claim to Vishwamitra because of his unique accomplishment. "Success has many fathers" (!)As for Brahmanas, there is a great deal of misconception that has been deliberately created owing to the British (Indian Political Service engineered) movements designed to eradicate the Brahmanas, and thereby, the Savarna, and by extension all resistance to alien religions, ideologies and rule. Some such movements that the British created which have become far more vicious and virulent since 1947 are “Dalitism” (via Ambedkar around a word created by Phule) “Dravidism”(around Naiker and the Justice Party), “Akalism (around Kartar and Karag), The Indian National Congress (via Alan Octavian Hume), British made Free Masons to whom much of India’s Higher judiciary belong to this day. Nehru is on record for having humiliated K.M. Munshi in public and said, “I don’t like your trying to restore Somnath, it is Hindu revivalism”.This was part of comprehensive plans commenced by the British (Indian Political Service) following the Sepoy Mutiny (1857). Field Marshal Lord Roberts of Kandahar, and Lord Curzon vehemently opposed such ideas and delayed their implementation. However the plans were finalized under Lord Chelmsford and their implementation began in earnest under Viceroy Lord Reading.All these movements were designed to turn the masses against the education and law giving Brahmanas, the Arya Dharma and Sanskrit which had hitherto held the myriad religions and nations of the Bharatha Khanda of Arya Varsha together for thousands of years in order to destroy all resistance to alien rule, religions and ideologies and was buttressed by the British confiscation of the Savarna Temples, Commonwealth, Treasure, Lands, Water Bodies, Educational Institutions, Gymnasiums, Health Institutions, Religious Freedoms and the Temples Centered Congregational Welfare System. which was followed through by their PANGOLIN* stooges, notably Nehru and Ambedkar who ruled India after the British.The British also created the William Hunter Commission, like Titus Flavius created the “literati” to invent the Jesus myth and Christianity to subjugate the Jews or Uthman the Third Calipha reinvented the Quran to make Moslems wage Mahomet’s war of Lust, Greed and Cruelty as per his bidding. With the help of some ill educated and mercenary renegade Brahmanas expelled from Guru Kulas, the Commission prepared a faux religion by writing down deeply flawed versions of what is forbidden to be written such as Vedas, Samhithas, Smruthis and Ithihasa which formed the basis of the works and theories of their stooges such as BR Ambedkar, EVR Naiker, Bandit Jabberlal Neckscrew etc etc. and attempted to replaced the Brahmana Prathamo Upanishad from which the entire basis and laws of Karma and Dharma flow with an excerpt from literature, the Gita.The purpose, of course, was to “Divide to Rule” and by breaking Bharatha Varsha into an “India” that would remain in perpetual civil war, subservient to alien ideologies, religions and people, importing goods and exporting wealth.All this found full expression in the Government of India Act (1935) which was modified for Nehru and Ambedkar by Sir Maurice Gwyer, then the Chief Justice of Delhi, and adopted by the Constituent Assembly with the grandiose preamble and directive principles drafted by Bhashyam Iyengar from the sense of the Constituent Assembly and quite incongruous with an essentially Colonial Constitution. To this Nehru, Ambedkar and their successors embroidered principles of Communist Totalitarianism such as the Ninth Schedule, inequality under law and so on best exemplified by George Orwell in “Animal Farm”I recount the facts here about Brahmanas for those who would like to know the truth rather than the century of propaganda that obfuscates everything:Brahmanas are the Patriilineal descendants of the Saptha Rishis who follow the laws of Karma and Dharma that the Saptha Rishis received from Brahma as the Prathamo Upanishad in reply to their question to Brahma as to why Manushya was created. Brahmana is a religion and comprises all the four Varnas who are invested with Yagnya Upaveethi. Any lineage that does not perform the Tri Sandhya Karma for three generations ceases to be Brahmanas permanently.Brahmins WERE the cement that held the many residual nations, cultures and religions of Bharatha Varsha** together till 1921 when a legal fiction called "Hindooism" was created by resurrecting the defunct Nationaity of Arya Brahmanas of the Sindhu River Valley who were so named by their Persian coreligionists during the Vedai (pre Avesthan) Period of Persian History as a "religious" identity. This cement has been eradicated with greater viciousness and precision since 1947.Only those of patrilineal descent from the Saptarishis who have received the Prathamo Upanishad from their fathers can be Brahmanas by religion. They are Brahmanas by practise only if they perform the samskaras required of Brahmanas. Practising Brahmanas may be and are Aryas of ALL varnas whether Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya or Shudra. These were interchangeable and varna was determined at the Guru Kula till Ashoka dismantled them, destroyed the temples and brought Bharatha Varsha and Bharatha Khanda of Aryavartha to an end thus ossifying the varna system. All other "Brahmins" are a "Caste" of political convenience. The founder of Shree Vaishnavism was a Brahmana, but an apostate. Many (Vadakalai) who became apostates with him were of Brahmin origin. The Tengalais were converted to Shree Vaishavism from a very wide and inclusive range of Non-Brahmins. This and because they practice rituals in Tamil rather than solely in Sanskrit is why they are more acceptable to, and less persecuted by, the Dalit-Dravid Fascist majority. I do not mean this pejoratively. There is much I see in Ramanucharya's actions that are highly praiseworthy. But the truth is that Iyengars are NOT Brahmanas. Jayalalitha is a Tengalai Mandiyam Iyengar.No orthodox Brahmana family is wealthy by heritage. This is because Brahmanas were proscribed from owning land (you cannot buy and sell your mother "Bhushree"). They derived their income from their professions and their security from the congregational social welfare system centered in the temples that owned land in the name of Brahma and his delegates. Even many Brahmana-Kshatriyas (Rajas and Maharajas) ruled in the name of their patron deity, and did not, themselves, own any land. So, particularly after independence, when the convented secularist socialist tyrants took India, the Brahmanas were the easiest to dispossess and orphan by the Islamic-Dalit Majoritarian Republic of India that stole the temples and temples assets and lands and applied this to others’ benefit. Brahmanas have never had the wealth or the power to practice the atrocities they stand accused of by the British, their stooges and political propaganda masquerading as History.Brahmanas have never oppressed anybody. They were driven underground by Ashoka who dismantled Aryavarta Dharma of Bharatha Khanda and have never had either the power or the wealth to commit the atrocities that they stand accused of.As custodians and trustees of the Knowledge and Commonwealth of the People of Dharma, the law and education giving hereditary priesthood, Brahmanas, were poor and honest. Why do you think there was so much wealth in the temples, lands, water bodies and educational institutions for the Indian Republic to plunder? How do you think, the civilization and culture of Dharma survived for thousands of years of alien invasions before, finally, succumbing to the mortal wounds from those ungrateful and venomous creatures that the Brahmanas wrongly believed to be their own people?On the Basis of Dharma (Law). All disputes and crimes were brought before the Shastris at the Temples for adjudication including those against the Chieftains and Rajas. The process of appeal went up to the local temple from the Panchayat and traveled up to higher (larger) temples and finally to the Royal Court. But there were hardly any appeals except against Panchayat rulings, as all adhered to the Dharma and the Shastri's word was final.Anybody could walk up and present the case and receive justice. Usually those who were party to the dispute or to the crime (accused and victims or victim partisans) were present as audience. The whole ,matter was public, open and settled orally with no need for documentation. The facility and personnel was maintained by the temples as were the Jyothishis, Purohithas, Poojaris and Vaidyas.The Joythishi's task is to guide individuals towards Jeevan Mukthi. Focus is the individual. Shastri's focus is the Society (stability, safety and harmony), Purohith's focus is family units, Poojari's focus is community.. .Brahmanas must undergo an education in the Vedas, Shastras, Samhithas, Upanishads and so on for some thirty years beginning at the age of 5. 7 or 9, Thereafter they go through a life time of apprenticeship and learning to specialize, as Panditas (educationists), Shastris (Law givers), Jyothishas, (personal counselors in spiritual evolution), Vaidyas (Personal guides in health matters), Deekshitas (Maintainers of standards in one or more disciplines), Bharathis (repository of the History and Geography of Bharatha Varsha), Archakas and Tantris (performers of temples rituals) , Purohithas (those who guide families through spiritual evolution by means of rituals) and others.With their eradication by the British who confiscated the Temple based commonwealth (of agricultural lands, water bodies, educational institutions, gymnasiums, sacred medicinal groves etc) of the Savarna (who followed the Arya Brahmana religion) and by the Indian Rapeublic in 1959 which confiscated the commonwealth in residual India including the formerly well governed Kingdoms of Bharathavarsha (such as Mysore, Travancore, Puri, Kohlapur etc) that had now fallen into the maws of the PANGOLIN* Rapeublic, the British formed lumpen of “Hindoos” were now left to tender mercies of politically correct, populist God Men as individuals and Secular Politicians and Judges as communities. This is because, just as you cannot have a University without a campus and professors without grants to maintain them, you cannot have Brahmanas without an eco system and funds to maintain themThis brought spiritual progress to an end as a prelude to religious extinction as was the intention of the British and their stooges who ruled India after 1947.*Note: PANGOLIN: An enemy of India who believes in inequality under law, exceptions to the rule of law and persecution of some for the benefit of others. Under the treaty, any attack by any outsider on any one Chief was to be considered as an attack on all and all the Chief would unite against the outsider.The Rig Vedic and Shukla Yajur Vedic Raja Suya Yajna whereby the most powerful Chief would offer the heads of all who opposed him to claim the paramount Chieftain was replaced with Ashwamedha Yajna of the Krishna Yajur Veda where, in the absence of acceptance towards consensus, whereby duels between champions would take place for the benefit of the general populace but, in reality, once every Twelve Years, the Supreme Council would decide by a process of consensus as to who the next Chakravarthi should be. At that time the laws would be re-codified and all the out castes (law breakers) would be re integrated with society.The tribute that was exacted from agriculture went a fifth to the agriculturist, a fifth to the temples that functioned as a welfare set up and provided free food to the needy, justice by interpreting the laws, shelter and reserve provisions in case of calamities. A fifth went to Public Works such as irrigation. A further fifth went to running the educational institutions that decided the caste of the students based on their talent and proclivity as well as for the care of widows, orphans, destitute and travellers. The last fifth went to the ruler for military preparedness and maintenance of law and order.Over time as the Indo-Gangetic alliance grew in strength and power due to the enormous wealth and agriculture based civilization, they stopped paying tribute to Arya Mihira and the original Aryan stock who went their way. Until the Atharva Veda period, the Druids were excluded from the benefits of the Aryan system as well as the liability to bear arms when summoned to do so by the Chiefs, except for their fifth of produce.The Kurukshetra civil war, where eight out of ten Arya males died, broke Aryan hegemony giving rise to the Atharva Veda Period when the Dasyus and the Aryas inter married, the Shudra Varna entered the Guru Kulas and a great number of Aryas migrated back to their home lands and beyond.At this time Vyasa led an enormous team of Brahamanasa to recodify the earlier Vedas for interse consistency and the Thaithreya Upanishad as a compendium for the Ritviks of all the four Vedas. The Agricultural Science and Architecture pf the Druhyus came into the Atharva Veda as the “Aagma” (that which came from the outside) Shastras as the fourth Varna entered the Guru Kulas.Ashoka was considered too young, rash and impetuous by the Supeme Council for the position of Chakravarthi which he demanded by dint of is military prowess. Thus denied, he broke the treaty of Bharatha and declared war, by surprise, on his fellow treaty members. The Fraternity of Aryan Chiefs. (Something like the US declaring war on the other NATO members). He broke the back of the Indo-Gangetic alliance and destroyed the Aryan might together with the treaty of Bharatha. For this act of fratricide, Ashoka was declared an out caste by the Supreme Council. He then became a Budhist and, out of vengeance, destroyed all the Dravido-Aryan temples and Gurukulas bringing the Dravido Aryan Civilization, Laws, Culture and caste mobility to an end. (Note that there are no great temples or stone structures structures older than Ashoka's Sarnath in his erstwhile empire while the Ramayana describes, in detail, the countless Vimanas (towers) during that pre-temple worship Aryan age). Ultimately, as the Aryan military reputation began to fade over the Centuries and devolved into warring petty chieftains with the extinction of Bharatha Varsha, this rendered the Legendary Aryan Military Might extinct and laid India open to every possible adventurer and plunderer who came this way.“So aryan invasion theory is true”(Aryaveer Singh)Aryan Invasion Theory is just as absurd as Out of India Theory Aryas were never a race. They comprised several pastoral tribes of many races from Caucasian and Mongoloid to Semitic united by a common Constitution, religion and laws. Thereafter. there were the multi racial Aryas who originated from the grasslands of Eurasia (Stretching from the Urals to Mongolia).
