Muhs Internship Transfer: Fill & Download for Free

I am a parent and have initiated this process for my daughter for a transfer from a college in Pune to Mumbai. My answer is based on my current experience.The internship transfer procedure has been described in a notification dated 19th July 2017 on the MUHS web site (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) titled "Notification No. 06 /2012 (Amended) : Rules Governing Procedure of Internship Transfer of Student(s) after passing Final year professional examination (UG) of Health Science courses."One can apply for internship transfer for special reasons like medical but one can also apply to simply experience a better college (though in this case selection is based on relative merit score of applicants)In brief the procedure requiresa. An application form for internship transfer to MUHS (all forms are available on the MUHS website) to be submitted along with following documents:-a. NOC from relieving college and NOC from accepting college (in the provided format)b. Attempt certificate from relieving college (describes no of attempts in which candidate has cleared his university exams each year)c. A certificate from the relieving college that it is a university approved college.d. A medical certificate / or any supporting document. This is not necessary if your reason for transfer is simply to go to a better college.e. And in your case, since you intend to transfer to another state/university, you will also need an NOC from the Relieving University which would be MUHS.The above documents have to be submitted to the accepting university within a stipulated timeframe. In my case the accepting university was MUHS itself and their deadline is typically 15 calendar days after the final year results are published.Hope this helps.

I don't know exact procedure for 2nd year transfer. But I had helped my friend for his internship transfer. And morever procedure is same,I guess.I'll tell what we done.We got NOC from both, native college and receiving college. There will be a form (performa) on MUHS website. Download that and fill it up. Attach necessary documents mentioned in that form. You will have to draw a Demand Draft for some amount mentioned there. After all this, enclose all documents along with form and DD in an envelope and send it to MUHS, Nashik via post. You can submit it personally too by going to nashik. Later, they will put up a list for the students who got transfer on MUHS site on the basis of merit. Download that list and take that list to receiving college for taking admission.

Firstly It is an amazing experience believe me!!! You have to score good in your final year minors and majors a decent 64%and above. I got a transfer within MUHS nashik university itself. If you want a transfer from deemed university to other university you have to pay more thats the difference otherwise the process is the same for both.1- Download an application form for transfer of internship from you respective university website in my case It was http://www.mush.ac.in2 Take a NOC no objection certificate from your college with a sign and stamp from the dean. You will be probably asked to Clear all your dues from the college.3 Take this NOC along with the transfer form to the desired college dean office. Get their signature and stamp.4 You will be asked to post this to the university of the desired college and your college university as well. In my case both were the same. Enclosed would be a stipulated amount 5000rs DD OR CASH in the name of the university and some documments like final year mark lists, id proof and stuff (this all would be written in the form itself)5 Wait for the list of transfer of the students which is publised on the website itself. Ehich probably takes around a month. Meanwhile you can start you internship in your parent college and also complete a non clinical posting. To save time.Also take this into consideration that all this procedure has an end date. Probably 15 -20 days after the result thats is published on the website as well. It starts from the day your final year second sem results are out.6 After the declaration of the transfer list on the website. Take the document and submit it in your desired college, obviously if your name is there in the list. Yous have to pay 20,000 rs to get admitted and thats it. You got yourself a golden year of your career.PS You dont get stipend. You dont get hostel facilities.Hope this helps. Good luck!
