Auckland is New Zealand’s largest city with a population of 1.5 million and has a large international airport. Auckland is pretty multicultural. Dunedin is a smaller city on the southeast coast of the South Island. You will have to catch connecting flights to reach Dunedin with Auckland having regular flights down there. It can get really cold and windy in winter. Dunedin has a more European population though the university area is pretty diverse and multicultural.You should also consider what you are interested in studying in. Computer science, economics, information systems, and business analytics are different subjects. There are not many scholarships available at undergraduate level so it will be pretty expensive for international students, who have to pay a higher rate of tuition fees. Best to get in touch with the undergraduate course advisers at those universities. They will be able to give the best advice on your study plans.
