The admission will be available in 2 sessions, in July (last date 30th June) & January.The university will provide the study materials and its okey.It follows year system and in first year 7 courses (6 theory & 1 practical) and 6 in 2nd year (3 theory, 1 practical, 1 Internship in which one needs to do at least 240 hrs in total, and 1 project/research (can only do if you pass the Research Methodology and Statistics subjects in first year))In IGNOU'S MA in Psychology 2nd year, there are 3 optional to choose from and they areClinical psychologyCounselling psychologyIndustrial psychologyEach have different job prospects and I think you will be knowing them as it's already very evident from its name that what fields it denotes.The term end exam is conducted end of the term and the results mostly will be published within 45 days (in the case of theory papers) after the last exam date (there is chance for some papers result may left out and it will mostly published before the last date for registration for the next TEE, which happens in every 6 months intervals). The exam has only 2 hrs duration. The exam conduction is very systematic and conducted on regular followed time periods (in 6 month intervals i.e, June and December) also one can write exam at the near available exam centre (if chosen the centre while filling the application form for exams). But the practicals and viva-voce are an exception as some of the exams conducted a little lately (depends on the Regional/Study centre) by my study centre/regional centre while I did the course. In first years it is acceptable but if it happens in 2nd year, it may cause hindrance for the higher education as the certificates may not be available at right time for seeking admission (luckily it didn’t affected me as I got the certificates within a few days after the Viva-voce results reflected in the website (seems IGNOU is nowadays fastly distributing the provisional and statement of marks. Good thing is that you will get it directly to home through post at free of cost after the course successfully completed).The learner has to submit assignments for all theory papers and writing it will consume lot of time though it will be a benefit for a passionate learner of psychology.Doing research/project is seems little tough as one need to find himself the guide who instructs and guides him throughout the conduction of the research (One can select the Academic counselor of IGNOU too and it depends on the availability). Sometime one may need to pay some fee as remuneration for those guides and it depends. If you doing research at the same time of internship, then you can choose the professors available in that internship organization (if they are eligible) and thus can reduce the expense. There is no need to pay remuneration (fee to the guide) if you study in regular stream as your professors in college will be your guide.If you are wishing to pursue this MA in Psychology from IGNOU, then you have to fully dedicate yourself into this course because the realm of psychology is very wide. So doing job while pursuing this course may not be an ideal option as one may need to do 3 months of internship, pure research work and an ocean of writing works.Considering the job prospect, as a student of the particular course, I am aiming to win the UGC NET/JRF and to pursue higher education for become an lecturer. If I get the JRF then optimistic about pursuing M Phil in Clinical Psychology and to become an licensed clinical practitioner in mental health field.“If you have any chance to get admission for regular PG in psychology then do the regular. They can apply without MCI registration. The Medical Council of India will provide temporary registration on the payment of the fees for the registration of the Post Doctoral Course. There is no option of submitting the application form through offline mode. The application process for the entrance examination will start from dates notified by the conducting body. The candidates have to fill correct information in the application form. There are some fields in the application form which cannot be changed after the submission of application form.So candidates must be very careful when filling the form. They must cross check the information filled once before submission. In the registration of the application form, the candidate will get a user id and password which will be sent to the candidate’s email address and on SMS also. The candidates will also have to upload their passport size photograph and signatures. The examination fees has to be paid by the candidate on as well. Without the payment, the registration process will not be complete. At the end of the registration, an acknowledgment receipt will be generated which will be a confirmation of the registration.Application Fee: Rs. 3750/- should be paid through payment gateway, using a credit card or a debit card or through online banking.NEET SS 2019 Admit CardThe admit cards will be issued to the candidate after he or she has been allotted the test center by the NBE. Candidates will be sent the admit cards on their email id’s seven days before the examination. The admit cards will not be sent by post to the candidates. The notification of the issuance of the admit card will be through SMS as well as Public Notice. Once the notice is issued to the candidates, they have to download it and affix their passport size photographs. It must be the latest photograph.NEET SS 2019 Test CentersThe examination will be conducted in various cities. Following is the list of test centers where the examination was conducted last year:At the time of submission of the application form, the candidates will be asked to choose the test centers. The chosen city will be allotted by the NBE to the candidates on first cum first serve basis. Candidates will be able to see the test center allotted to them on the admit card when it gets generated. The test centers will be allocated 7 days before the examination.If the test center which the candidate prefers is not available then he or she can choose the option “Others” from the list of States. In case if the test center is not available due to logistical or other reasons, the testing center of the nearby State will be allotted to the candidate. The candidates will be informed the same by the NBE.NEET SS 2019 ResultThe results will be declared on the official website on the dates scheduled by the NBE. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the examination. There will be a separate merit list for each Super Speciality courses. The candidates who obtain 35 percentile or more in each super speciality merit list will be declared as qualified.NEET SS 2019 Cut OffThe cut off for NEET SS 2019 will be announced with the result. There will be a common counseling for all the seats of NEET SS for 2019. The counseling session will be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India.
