However small time lawyer or legal firm will help you with that in probably 100–200 rupees. It is to be made in 10 rupees non judicial stamp paper.2 witness - Their ID proof- PAN Card, Address proof- aadhaar, passport etc.Now when all documents are ready scan each one in a way that all documents are below 100 kb and photos- passport size and wedding pic is below 50 kb- you can do compression through mobile apps or powerpoint.Next StepsCreate online credentials at http://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.i....
