I’ve been investing in the cannabis industry for several years now… since about 2013.For the first couple of years I was going at it alone. There were some HUGE gains to be made in the cannabis penny-stock market.You could trade stocks based almost purely on political news.For example, I knew that cannabis was going to be a hot topic during the last presidential election in 2016… so I bought a bunch of cannabis penny stocks in 2015.I knew that once people heard about cannabis in 2016, they’d think, “Hmmm… I wonder how I can invest in cannabis?”Then, they’d log into their brokerage account and search for marijuana stocks.When they searched, all of the obvious ones would come up like $MJNA or $PHOT. Then those same investors would think, “Wow these stocks are only .08 cents!”But, they didn’t know anything… they were just buying off of emotion. They didn’t do any research into the market.And they also didn’t know that a whole bunch of people (like myself) bought those same stocks a year earlier at .02 cents.So, those “late” investors drove up the prices of many of those stocks and allowed early investors (like myself) to exit with a nice profit.Now, I think that will happen again in 2018, when cannabis makes the news again with States like California becoming legal.But… I don’t think it will be anything like it was a couple years ago.Plus, this isn’t really ‘investing’… this is more ‘trading.’ When you invest in something you are expecting the value of the underlying asset to increase.When you are trading, you are just making money off of the change in price of an equity.I’m sure there will be lots of money to be made in cannabis stocks.However… the REAL money is going to be made in private cannabis companies that are going to get gobbled up by the big boys.What I mean by that is that most of the early stage cannabis companies that become successful in the next couple of years will be acquired by big alcohol and tobacco companies.Earlier this week, Constellation Brands (think Corona beer) bought 10% of Canopy Growth (largest cannabis company in the world) for $191 million.Imagine if you were an early investor in Canopy Growth. You’d probably be pretty happy right now.So… now I am investing in private cannabis companies. That’s where I think the best opportunity is in the cannabis market. And I’m not going at it alone anymore…

Let's go season-by-season.1998 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: 1998 Indianapolis Colts were just 3-13 in Manning's rookie season, not close to winning much. Two best teams that season were 15-1 Minnesota and 14-2 Denver; Denver beat Atlanta (which shocked the Vikings in the NFC Title Game) in SB. Best team that year: 1998 Minnesota Vikings OR 1998 Denver Broncos. I'll go to my grave believing the '98 Vikes were among the greatest teams never to win the Super Bowl.1999 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: 1999 Indianapolis Colts went 13-3 but got KO'd in playoffs by a terrific 1999 Tennessee Titans team with a killer D, that upset the best AFC team that year, 1999 Jacksonville Jaguars (14-2), before losing dramatically in the Super Bowl to the Greatest Show on Turf 1999 St. Louis Rams, an all-time great team that OUTSCORED teams by 284 points (topped only once in history -- by the 16-0, 2007 Pats). Was Manning on best team this year? No.2000 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: No one was beating the Ravens that year, one of the greatest defenses ever with the 1985 Bears. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2001 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: Colts gave up 486 points and went 6-10. Not Manning's fault. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2002 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics:The Raiders dominated the AFC, but no one was beating the Bucs this season, with a D featuring HOF Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks and borderline HOFers in John Lynch, Ronde Barber and Simeon Rice. That D was ridiculous; Tampa gave up 196 points BUT scored 9 defensive TDs; essentially they netted out under 10 ppg. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2003 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: The Colts were really good, but the Pats were just better, with a much better D. People remember the AFC Title Game loss to the Pats; they forget Manning took this Colts team on the road and outgunned a 13-3 Chiefs team in KC the week before, a major upset at the time: 2003 Indianapolis Colts Was Manning on best team this year? No.Through this point in his career, Manning's teams has no realistic shot at winning the Super Bowl. These first few Colts teams, pardon the pun, didn't have the horses, clearly.2004 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: The 2004 Indianapolis Colts were a VERY good team; outscored opponents by 171 points; scored 522 points; Manning threw a then-record 49 TDs this season. BUT the Colts were not better than 15-1 Pittsburgh or 14-2 New England; the Pats beat the Colts, and Steelers, en route to their third Super Bowl in four seasons in 2004-05. You can't say Manning choked; he didn't have the best team. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2005 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: In 2005, it is fair to quibble with Manning. The Colts (14-2) outscored teams by 191 points and were clearly the best team in football all season. Seattle and Denver were good, too, but Indy was the playoff favorite - 2005 Indianapolis Colts. But the Steelers beat Indy, 21-18 n Indy (in a game that wasn't that close until very late); Manning went 22-38-290-1-0 in the game, just OK, and he did very little as the Steelers raced out to a 21-3 lead. Now, to be fair: The Steelers didn't suck; they went on to win the Super Bowl; they were a team that got hot at the right time that year. But this has to be a legit miss on Manning's resume -- he was set up to win in 2005. Box Score of playoff loss: Pittsburgh Steelers at Indianapolis Colts - January 15th, 2006 Was Manning on best team this year? YES, and he blew a big chance.2006 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: If 2005 was a black mark on Manning, 2006 made up for it. His Colts were 12-4, but the AFC favorite that season was the 14-2 Chargers, followed by the 12-4 Pats. Manning famously rallied his troops from 21-3 down to a 38-34 win in Indy against the Pats. But that Pats team was +148 on the season to Indy's +67 in scoring differential; the Pats D gave up just 237 points all season, very good. The Colts gave up 360. That Manning won with this Colts team, even at home, against that Pats team (which had beaten the 14-2 Chargers on the road the previous week) is impressive. And the 13-3 Bears were no easy out in the Super Bowl, either -- they were +172 in scoring on the season, top to bottom, a better team, than Indy. Was Manning on best team this year? No. But he overcame that and won anyway.2007 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: The 2007 Pats were, to me, the greatest team in NFL History IF they stop Eli Manning's final Super Bowl drive. They outscored foes by 325 points that year. Peyton's team went 13-3, and choked on the backup QB Billy Volek Chargers at home, 28-24 in the playoffs 2007 Indianapolis Colts, but even had they won that game, they almost surely would have been crushed the following week by the Pats. So it was a bad playoff loss, but not a title choke. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2008: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2008/: The Steelers, Ravens and Titans were better than the Colts; the Pats would have been, tooo, had Brady not been hurt all season; the Colts went 12-4, but finished second in their division, then had a bad playoff loss at the 8-8 Chargers 2008 Indianapolis Colts. It's a playoff choke, sure, but Peyton could not have been realistically expected to win a Super Bowl this season. Was Manning on best team this year? No.As of this point in Manning's career, you would have expected one title --- 2005. He has one title, albeit coming in 2006. So he's about where you'd expect.2009 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: People beat Manning up for this one, since his 14-2 Colts were the best team in the AFC (and started 14-0, before resting players in the seasons final weeks). BUT the Saints went 13-3, and started 13-0; outscored foes by a wider margin (169-109); the Colts had a 10.8/5.2 expected W/L (2009 Indianapolis Colts; the Saints had an 11.6/4.4 expected W/L 2009 New Orleans Saints); the Saints were the statistically better team, and won the Super Bowl. Manning gets drilled for this, because the Colts blew a lead in the game and because he had a killer TD-INT to seal the Saints win, but I'm not certain that's fair. Was Manning on best team this year? Maybe.2010 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: Clearly, Indy wasn't a true Champonship threat this season; they had the fourth of fifth best team in the AFC, outscoring foes by just 47 points. Was Manning on best team this year? No.2011 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics: 2011 Manning gets hurt, misses season; Colts fall to 2-14.2012 He's released and signs with Denver. The Broncos and Pats were pretty evenly matched as the two best regular season teams, but the Ravens beat both and beat a great Niners team to win it all: 2012 NFL Standings, Team & Offensive Statistics Was Manning on best team this year? Maybe.Overall:Manning should have won the title in 2005, when he has the best team. He didn't.He had around 50/50 shots in 2006 and last year (albeit with Denver that year), and lost.He couldn't have been expected to win in 2006, when he did win.I would realistically think he should have two titles by now; he has one, and an 11-11 playoff record.His personal brilliance tilts the field of our analysis; we expect him to win more than we realistically and fairly should, given the teams he played on.He's never had a great defense, like Brady has had, like Big Ben usually has, and so on, to help carry the load.Manning vs. Brady is a bit like the old Elway vs. Montana, or Marino vs. Montana debates in this regard.I think the four greatest quarterbacks of the Super Bowl era are Montana, Brady, Elway and Manning.Manning is #4 for me in that group right now. If he wins SB48, he'll be #3 (ahead of Elway).Then you get into the Favre, Marino, Young, Staubach, Bradshaw, Starr, etc. group.Just my $.02.

The worst accidents that occurred in IR according to me are as follows:1. 7th May, 1950- Punjab Mail plunged 50feet from a bridge in Bihar. 100 passengers were feared killed and 225 injured whereas the official figures state a casualty of 81 and 100 injured.2. 28th September, 1954- Five coaches of Hyderabad Kazipet Express fell into a flooded Yasanti river due to collapse of a flood weaken bridge 50miles off Hyderabad. 139 people were feared killed and 100 injured.3. 2nd September, 1956- A bridge collapsed under a train between Jadcherla and Mahbubnager, about 100 km from Hyderabad. At least 125 dead, 22 injured.4. 23rd November, 1956- 104 people were killed and 100 others injured 175 miles south of Madras when a train plunged into a river from an embankment weakened by flood.5. 23rd December, 1964- The Pamban-Dhanushkodi passenger was washed away by the Rameswaram Cyclone killing all 150 passengers on board.6. 6th June, 1981- Seven cars of the nine-car train tumbled into the Bagmati River after falling from a bridge near the city of Mansi. Original reports estimated that 500 people were aboard the train, but two Indian officials quoted by The Press Trust of India said that the toll could pass 1,000 and might reach 3,000.7. 8th July, 1988- Train No:26 Bangalore - Trivandrum Island Express train derailed on the Peruman bridge over Ashtamudi Lake, near Perinadu, Kollam, Kerala, India and fell into the lake, killing 105 people. The exact cause of the accident is still unknown.9. 16th April, 1990- Nearly 70 passengers are killed when a shuttle train was gutted near Patna.10. 20th August, 1995- 358 killed as Delhi-bound Purushottam Express rams into the stationary Kalindi Express near Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh. Kalindi Express was stationary due to a brake malfunction after it hit a cow. This is also known as the Firozabad rail disaster.11. 14th September, 1997- Eighty one killed as five bogies of the Ahmedabad–Howrah Express plunge into a river in Bilaspur district of Madhya Pradesh.12. 26th November, 1998- Calcutta-bound Jammu Tawi-Sealdah Express collided with six derailed coaches of the Amritsar-bound "Frontier Mail" near Khanna on the Khanna-Ludhiana section of India's Northern Railway in Punjab, at 03:15. At least 212 were killed; in total the trains were estimated to be carrying 2,500 passengers. The initial derailment was caused by a broken rail.13. 16th July, 1999- Seventeen killed and over 2000 injured as the 2616 UP Chennai-New Delhi Grand Trunk Express collides with derailed wagons of a DN Goods train in Agra-Mathura section ( near Mathura ) of North Central Railway.14. 2nd August, 1999- Two trains carrying 2,500 people collided at the remote station of Gaisal, 310 miles from the city of Guwahati in Assam. The crash was at such high speeds that the trains actually exploded upon impact killing at least 290 people. The crash occurred at about 1.30am on 2 August, when the Avadh Assam Express from New Delhi was stationary at the station. The Brahmaputra Mail from Dibrugarh, packed with soldiers and security police heading for the border regions at very high speed, through a signalling error, was transferred onto the same track as the express train. Nobody noticed the error on either train, or in the signals & station master's office, until the Brahmaputra Mail train crashed headlong into the front of the Avadh Assam Express. The engine of the Avadh Assam was thrown high in the air, and passengers from both trains were blown into neighbouring buildings and fields by the force of the explosion. Unofficial totals have claimed that over 1000 or even more were killed, including 90 soldiers, the reason for this is that though there were only 72 seats in each of the seven general compartments that were involved in the accident, all of them were crowded way beyond capacity. Gaisal train disaster15. 27th February, 2002- The Godhra train burning was an incident that occurred on the morning of 27 February 2002, in which 59 people died in a fire inside the Sabarmati Express train near the Godhra railway station in Gujarat. The victims were mainly Hindu pilgrims who were returning from the city of Ayodhya after a religious ceremony at the disputed Babri Masjid site.16. 9th September, 2002- The Rafiganj rail disaster, the accident occurred at 10:40 PM, when the Eastern Railway's high-speed, luxury Rajdhani Express train derailed on a 300-foot bridge over the Dhave River near the town of Rafiganj near Gaya. The train had left Howrah with over 1,000 people on board six hours before, and was heading towards New Delhi when the tragedy happened. Fifteen of the eighteen train cars derailed and fell across the tracks, two of them tumbling into the river beneath. The death toll continued to rise over the next weeks. The river was searched for bodies. Several were found near villages downstream. The full death toll is unlikely to ever be known.17. 29th October, 2005- Repalle Secunderabad delta passenger derailed at Valigonda in Nalgonda district of Andhra pradesh. Some of the rakes fell in the Musi River killing at least 100 persons. This was due to severe rain.18. 26th November, 2005- The first five coaches and locomotive of the Mandovi express were crushed in a tunnel near Ratnagiri after a rockfall. More than 100 people died and 500 were injured.19. 11th July, 2006- The 11 July 2006 Mumbai train bombings were a series of seven bomb blasts that took place over a period of 11 minutes on the Suburban Railway in Mumbai. The bombs were set off in pressure cookers on trains plying the Western line of the Suburban Railway network. 209 people were killed and over 700 were injured.20. 28th May, 2010- The Jnaneswari Express derailment occurred on 28 May 2010 in the West Midnapore district of West Bengal, India. The Howrah – Kurla Lokmanya Tilak Jnaneswari Super Deluxe Express was travelling from Howrah to Mumbai. Thirteen coaches of the express jumped the track between the Khemasuli and Sardiha stations in the early hours of Friday and an oncoming goods train rammed the derailed coaches resulting in the deaths of at least 141 passengers. It was disputed as to whether sabotage or a bomb caused damage on the railway track.21. 19th July, 2010- The collision occurred 191 km from Howrah at 02:00 am (IST) when the Uttar Banga Express, travelling from New Cooch Behar to Sealdah, hit the Bhagalpur–Ranchi Vananchal Express which was just leaving Sainthia railway station. The impact destroyed the three rear compartments of the Vananchal Express. 66 people died as a result of the accident, and 165 people were reported injured.22. 10th July, 2011- The accident occurred at 12:20, when the 15 coaches of Howrah-Kalka Mail derailed near Malwan. The number of passengers on board was not immediately known, though initial reports said that up to a thousand people were on the train at the time. The train was travelling at the speed of 108 km/h on the Howrah - New Delhi Line when it derailed. Seventy people were killed and more than 300 injured in the accident.23. 30th July, 2012- One of the coaches of the Chennai-bound Tamil Nadu Express (New Delhi - Chennai) caught fire early on 30 July morning, near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh. 47 people have died and 25 others have been injured.
