Practice Test: Fill & Download for Free

I have just received my Duolingo test results.I haven't taken IELTS or TOEFL before. During the lockdown caused by the covid19 pandemic, the easily available English proficiency test was Duolingo.I created a Duolingo account and did my first practice test on 7th July 2020 without any preparation,Practice test 1- Score 95–115 (7th July)Practice test 2- Score 105–115 (7th July)Practice test 3- Score 110–135 (8th July)Practice test 4 - Score 105–145 (9th July)Practice test 5- Score 100–145 (9th July)Practice test 6- Score 105–145 (10th July)After 2 to 3 practice tests, few of the questions were repeating and I never had the patience to prepare before going for the real test since my minimum requirement was 100 for the application.And I was getting an average of 100 above in every practice test.So without doing any research on the test, I went for it on 10th July itself by expecting to score around 120.The experience was pathetic since I missed a few of the answers and I lost my attention during the test. The test is the same as the practice test, except the fact that it contains more number of questions. It is difficult to keep yourself focused for that 45- 50 minutes.Honestly, I thought everything went wrong and I will have to take the test again.And today, 30 minutes back I got my results. And the score is 125.Moral of the story: I consider myself average in handling English (you can easily judge me based on the way I have written this answer). Still, I could get a better score in 4 days without any preparation. So, take a few practice tests and go for it.

I was work at a defence company in Texas on a project for the Royal Air Force.As I was out there long time I had to take a driving test and get a license.It took 3 days.Day 1 photo taken and booked to take a theory test.Test was computer based and i was told sit there and answer the questions until you pass.I passed 1st time although questions as to the level of fines for the possession of different drugs had me scratching my head.The practical test was a joke.I took the car round the block making right turns only in a 30mph zone no manoeuvring no nothing except 4 turns and I clipped the kerb twice.I was then given my US Texas License.UK theory test is on driving and safety not the level of fines. If you fail you have to wait 28 days for a retest.The UK practical test lasts about 45 min and is very complex and includes multiple manoeuvres in traffic left and right turns reversing and parking and driving at different speeds. And for info clipping the kerb would have been an automatic fail

This was my very first year as a teacher. I was young (22) and fresh out of college. I was also a much fitter guy than I am now.I had a student who was struggling with the physics we were going over, so I decided to create a practice test for the students that I would have them do and then go over each answer with them.I decided that I would use the practice test as the form for the real test and just change the values used in each problem. It was our first test of the year and I decided that I would do this for each chapter and as the year went on I would have the practice test and real test deviate a little more each time.So this student, an attractive girl in her senior, year really worked hard on the practice test, but was still freaked out when we got to test day.When I handed out the test forms she realized that the questions were almost the same except for the values she needed to use and she got very excited. The next words out of her mouth were “Oh my god! I want to be your lover!” After she said this out loud her face turned red.Now, I paused, and forced my face to remain as impassive as possible. I could have said something in reply, but I just kept going as if nothing had happened.I know what she wanted to say was something along the lines of “I love that you made the practice test and the real test almost the same.” but with me barely being older than her at the time I figured the safest bet was to just act as if I had never heard it, even though it was loud, and I was standing right in front of her at the time.
